JPMorgan Chase review: Bad service and an aggressive employee

Good day, two days ago August 30 between the hours of 12noon and 1 P.m. I visited my local chase branch located on the first floor of John Hancock building in Chicago to obtain a check so I could transfer money to a different bank, I asked the teller for one check and she told me that they print 3/page and I said fine and then she asked me for $3, I was very disappointed and expressed the fact that I didn't agree and thought this was "Nickle and Diming" clients and is uncalled for, she refused to give me a check and I asked her for a manager to talk to, i was very upset and just disappointed for this behavior and insisted to talk to a manager, a young man approached me and asked to help me and I told him this was not agreeable to me and he also told me that I would need to pay a fee, I was so upset at this time that I asked him to close my entire account and pay my money to me in cash, around this time another man(Alex Rodriges) came out and asked me what the problem was, I told him that I wanted to close my account and expressed my disappointment, this man was very disrespectful and asked me "if I wanted to close my account there or somewhere else" and told me that I was "being aggressive" I told him that I was not and in fact I had asked the account to be closed PLEASE, but this man was looking and confronting me with disrespect and it showed, I told him to get away from me and the young man took me to his office and helped me with this issue another words" he took care of the customer instead of intimidating him" I shook his hand and thanked him before I left. Rodriges acted more like a saloon bouncer and not a bank manager in fact he didn't even look like a manager, he had a wrinkled suit with no tie and top 3 buttons of his shirt open and long unkept hair, over 45 years of banking I have never seen any bank employee that looked that let alone a manager. I felt threatened by his behavior and also his words and since he's your manager I like to know if he was enforcing bank policy or just trying to impress the folks, was I upset and agitated yes but I didn't disrespect anyone and kept me distance from all. All of this is on your cameras, and I ask you please preserve the tapes since I may request them in the near future. I await your response,
