On July 5th I ordered from just eat and received a pizza which was half stuck to the top of the box. I complained the next day and without asking they refunded me in account credit. Despite offering me no choice but to get my refund of 9.35 through spending more money on the app they point blank refuse to sort the matter out.

I spent over £300 on this app last month and feel extremely saddened by the lack of customer service I have received. All I get is templates sent to me telling me their default decision is final and cannot be overturned.

Claimed loss: 9.35

Desired outcome: Please refund to my bank as I do not wish to spend more money to receive my refund.
