Chipotle Mexican Grill - Middletown Ohio worst chipotle ever!!!
I placed an order online at this chipotle yesterday 9/22/2024 at 4:30. The app said my order would be ready at 4:40. I got into the drive thru at 4:36 and realized 10 cars ahead of me. I instantly regretted going to this chipotle because I had this same issue a few months before. Waited in the drive thru for an hour until I finally decided to pulled out and...
Read full review of Chipotle Mexican GrillDisappointing Experience at Sunset Chipotle: Parking Woes and Order Mix-Up
This particular Chipotle location on Sunset near Alvarado has a parking situation that is less than ideal. It seems like people park in the areas that say "5 or 20 minutes only" and stay there for much longer than that. When I order online, I always hope that I can find a spot, pick up my food, and leave without any issues. Unfortunately, my most recent order was the final straw for me. I will no longer be going to this location. Even if I have to travel to a different city that is 5 miles away, I would rather do that instead.
Here is what I ordered (see proof of purchase pic): 1 chicken burrito with corn, guac, sour cream, and cheese. What did I get? A burrito with black beans, hot red sauce, sour cream, cheese, and guac (see other pic). It turns out that someone named Marissa received my chicken burrito while I got her vegan burrito. Is it really that difficult to understand a simple order from the app or computer? Look at how it says "Doordash" and "order 1 of 2." I only ordered one item, yet I received part of a Doordash delivery. It's not rocket science to understand a simple order. At least McDonald's has another person checking the order. Why can't Chipotle do the same thing? They are part of the same company, so shouldn't they have the same training?
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Chipotle location. The parking situation is terrible, and my order was completely messed up. I will not be returning to this location ever again.
Chipotle Online Ordering: A Frustrating Gamble
Ordering Chipotle online can be a bit of a gamble. I've tried it eight times now, and every time I hope that my order will come out just right. Unfortunately, that's not always the case. One time, I ordered a steak bowl, but when I got it, there was no steak to be found. Another time, I ordered two burritos and chips, but they forgot the chips, which cost me a couple of bucks. And to top it all off, I once got a burrito with beans, even though I specifically asked for no beans.
I don't want to come across as a Karen, but this is just plain frustrating. I understand that the people working at Chipotle are probably young adults who are dealing with a lot of stress, but come on, guys. You're getting paid to do a job, so please put in some effort and think about the customer.
To be fair, it's not just the mistakes with my order that bother me. They also seem to have trouble putting the correct name tags on the right orders. This has caused some confusion and mix-ups in the past, which is never a good thing.
Now, I don't want to hate on Chipotle. I actually really like their food, and I think they have a lot of potential. But the fact that they have a 2.46 out of 5 stars rating on some review sites is pretty concerning for a fast food chain of their size. I would recommend ordering in person if you can, just to make sure your order comes out right.
In conclusion, I hope that the folks at Chipotle can step up their game and start delivering on their promises. With a little more effort and attention to detail, they could easily turn things around and become a top-notch fast food chain.

Chipotle: More Than Just Fast Food - Quality Ingredients and Exceptional Service
I gotta say, I'm a big fan of Chipotle. Their burritos are just the bomb. And don't even get me started on their guac - it's a little pricey, but totally worth it.
Now, I know what you're thinking - "Chipotle? That's just fast food, right?" But let me tell you, it's so much more than that. Yeah, you can get in and out with your food in under five minutes, but the quality of the ingredients they use is seriously top-notch. No preservatives, all natural, and always fresh. You can taste the difference, trust me.
My go-to order is the barbecued pork burrito bowl - it's like a burrito without the tortilla, so you get even more of the good stuff. And of course, I always add guac. It's got just the right amount of kick to it, and it's always super fresh.
But here's the thing that really sets Chipotle apart for me - their service. Every time I go, I'm greeted by friendly, helpful staff who really seem to care about making sure I have a great experience. And one time, I was waiting in a long line when the guy in front of me decided he didn't want the burrito bowl they made for him. I was like, "hey, I'll take that one!" and the manager actually gave it to me for free. How cool is that?!
All in all, I'm a big fan of Chipotle. If you're looking for fast food that actually tastes good and is made with quality ingredients, this is the place for you. Give it a try - you won't regret it!
Disappointing Experience at Chipotle: Confusing App Order, Cold Food, and Fatty Chicken
Went to Chipotle with my grandson and it was quite an experience. My husband and I ordered our food at the counter, but my grandson wanted a cheese quesadilla. However, he didn't want the small one from the "Kids" menu. So, the girl at the counter told me that I had to download the Chipotle App on my phone, create an account, and order it online to get a regular quesadilla. I was confused and didn't understand why we had to do all of this when we were already in the restaurant.
The girl at the counter apologized because she knew it was ridiculous. After I ordered the quesadilla online, I received a message on my phone that it would be ready in 10 minutes and would be put on the pick-up shelf. We could see the pick-up shelf from our seats, but when the pick-up time came and went, there was nothing on the shelf. I walked up to the counter to ask where the quesadilla was and found out that it was in a bag on the shelf at the back of the room near the drive-up window. All of this for a quesadilla!
In the meantime, our food was getting cold. I ordered a chicken bowl, but it was terrible. The chicken was fatty and gross, and I had to spit it into a napkin three times. The quesadilla was barely melted, and it cost $12.95. The only positive thing I can say is that the workers at the counter were very nice. They had to deal with these corporate policies every day, and it's not their fault.
After this experience, I deleted the Chipotle App from my phone, and I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. It's a shame because I used to enjoy going there, but the experience was just too frustrating.
Disappointing Experience at Chipotle: Slow Service, Dirty Fountain, and Limited Supplies
Today was not the best day at Chipotle. The workers were moving slow and didn't seem too excited to be there. I asked for some dressing for my bowl, but one of the employees said they were out. Another customer asked the same employee and he went to the back and suddenly, the dressing appeared. I asked for two servings of dressing after I paid, and the employee asked me if I ordered a salad. I said no, but I like to add dressing to my bowl. Then the manager came over and lectured me about how the dressing is only for salads and that I could only have one serving. She also warned me that next time, there would be a charge. I didn't have a problem paying for the dressing, but I was frustrated that I was told they were out and then someone else got some.
But that wasn't the only problem. When I went to get a drink, the fountain was dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned since they opened or maybe even the night before. There were no napkins available either, so I asked another employee for some. She told me they were all out of napkins. I couldn't believe it! I had to go to my car to get some napkins so my son and I could eat outside.
Oh, and I almost forgot about the chip and queso I ordered. I got a large, but they didn't even fill up the queso container all the way. It was just not a great experience today at all. To top it off, there was a handwritten note on the door that said they were only accepting exact change or cards. What's up with that, Chipotle?
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience today. The workers seemed unmotivated, the fountain was dirty, and there were no napkins available. I hope they can improve their service in the future.
Poor Service and Prioritization of Online Orders at Chipotle
I've been to Chipotle a few times now and I have to say, I'm not impressed. The last time I went, there was a long line of about 10 customers waiting to be served. On top of that, there were 2 or 3 people waiting to pick up their online orders. I decided to time how long it took for me to get my food and it was a whopping 14 and a half minutes!
What really bothered me was that the workers were making online orders before they even started serving the people who were already waiting in line. It's like they prioritize online orders over in-house customers. I noticed that the online station is always closed and never being used when I go there, so it's not like they're busy with both in-house and online orders.
When I finally got up to the cashier, I voiced my frustration and the employee's response was, "Yes, everybody wants to eat Chipotle." I mean, what kind of answer is that? He even had the audacity to argue with me and tell me to order online if I don't like it or not go there at all.
The reason I don't want to order online is because I've seen how they make those orders and it's not the same as when you order in-house. I want to see what and how much they put into my food. Plus, I don't want my food to be half-assed.
Chipotle, if you have an online station dedicated for online orders, why is it never being used? It's not fair to your in-house customers who have to wait for 50 online orders to be made before they even get acknowledged. The food isn't even worth the wait and the service sucks. There's never any management present and it takes way too long to get your order.
Overall, I hate this Chipotle and the way they service their in-house customers. They need to prioritize their in-house customers and improve their service.
Chipotle's Poor Customer Service and Security Measures
So, I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Chipotle recently. On Wednesday August 24th, I got a bunch of notifications about big orders being placed through my Chipotle app. I guess I made the mistake of saving my payment methods to the app, because now my account is locked and I can't access it. Chipotle closed it down because of "suspicious activity," which I guess is good, but now I'm worried about what other payment methods might be affected. I've got things sorted out with my bank, but I still can't get into my Chipotle account. They keep sending me links to reset my info, but it never works.
I finally got on the phone with someone from Chipotle on Friday, after wasting a bunch of time with their chat support (which is just a robot that sends you in circles). The first person I talked to transferred me to my own voicemail, which was super helpful. The second person said they'd email me to help me get back into my account. Here's what the email said:
"Thanks for reaching out. We were unable to fix the issue with your account, so we suggest you create a new account and delete the old one. I can help you delete the old account, but just so you know, all your history will be lost permanently. Let me know if you want me to proceed."
So basically, they want me to delete my old account, which has all the evidence of the fraudulent charges that were made in other states. I'm not sure what deleting it would even do, since my info was already compromised. And why can't they just unlock my account? I'm definitely not making a new one, and I'm not sure I'll be eating at Chipotle anytime soon. Their email doesn't make me feel any better about the security of our online accounts. And I don't even know if I had more than two payment methods on file, but so far only two have been affected. So now I have to update everything on my end.
Thanks a lot, Chipotle.
Hair in my Chipotle Burrito: Concerns with Food Quality and Customer Service
I went to Chipotle about a month ago and ordered a chicken burrito. I was halfway through my meal when I bit into something that turned out to be a little clump of hair. I was pretty grossed out, but I didn't want to make a big deal out of it because I know that things like this can happen in the food industry. I told the workers about the hair in my burrito and they offered to make me another one, but I declined because I wasn't really in the mood for a burrito anymore.
I'm a regular customer at Chipotle and I've never had any problems with their food before, but this incident really concerned me. I'm not sure how a clump of hair could have gotten into my burrito, and I'm also concerned with the lack of concern I received from the staff. I think that just offering to make me another burrito wasn't really enough. I would have appreciated a gift card or voucher so that I could have a free meal the next time I came in.
I didn't make a big fuss about the burrito, but I have friends who have had similar issues at Chipotle. We all really enjoy the food, but incidents like this make us hesitant to come back. I wanted to let Chipotle know about my experience so that they can address the issue and make sure that it doesn't happen again.
Overall, I hope that Chipotle takes customer complaints seriously and works to improve their customer service. I would like to continue eating at Chipotle, but incidents like this make it difficult to do so. I hope that Chipotle will take steps to address these issues and make sure that their customers have a better experience in the future.
Unacceptable Behavior at Chipotle Conyers: Rude Staff and Almost Assaulted Over a Bag
I went to this Chipotle location in Conyers, not really expecting anything out of the ordinary. However, my experience was far from pleasant. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door that said they were out of lettuce, cheese, and vinaigrette. But when I ordered my bowl, those ingredients were available. I asked the staff if they were really out of cheese, and suggested that they offer queso as a substitute, but they didn't seem to care.
When it was time to pay, I asked the cashier, Simone, if they had any handle bags. She smirked and said no, even though I could see bags behind her. I asked for a handle bag anyway, and she refused to give me one. She started to explain why, but I couldn't hear her through her mask. I told her that I preferred the handle bag because it was easier to carry, and that I would pay for it if necessary. Simone became upset and went to complain to another staff member who wasn't the manager. My sister asked to speak to the manager, and I told Simone that she shouldn't be working the counter if she was going to be so rude.
Simone then ran up to the counter as if she was ready to fight, and a woman had to hold her back. My 7-year-old daughter was standing there, and I was worried about her safety. The real manager eventually came and cashed me out, but I was still upset about the whole ordeal. I told the manager that I didn't understand Simone's attitude, and that she was very disrespectful. I also mentioned that I was probably old enough to be Simone's mother.
I've been to Chipotle many times before, and I've never been treated so poorly. I drove all the way to Conyers to avoid the bad service in Lithonia, but it seems like the staff at this location is just as bad. Simone's behavior was completely unacceptable, and I almost called the police on her. I paid $9 for a bowl, but what I got was a side of attitude and almost got assaulted over a bag. Simone said that she couldn't give me a handle bag because I only had one bowl, but the other bags were flimsy and not sturdy at all.
I hope that the owner of this location takes my complaint seriously, because I don't want anyone else to have to go through what I did. The staff at this Chipotle needs to be trained on how to treat customers with respect and professionalism. I won't be going back to this location anytime soon.
Disappointing Experience at Chipotle: Chaos, Incorrect Orders, and No Refunds
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my recent experience at Chipotle. I mean, how hard is it to get an order right? They were out of ingredients, which I get it, things are still adjusting after the pandemic, but it seemed like they were just stuffing things into bags without even checking if it was the right order. The guy in front of me had to ask three times where his kid's meal was, and when I got my order, it was tipped over with my child's meal dumped inside the bag. And get this, they forgot the sides that my kid likes! When I asked about it, the employee just walked away and two other employees stared at me like I was crazy. Eventually, they remade the order, but they still forgot the quesadilla and my son's milk. And to top it off, my burrito was messed up too.
It was chaos in there. The employees were running around like they had no idea what they were doing. I didn't even see a manager around. It was like they were in open rebellion against corporate or something. And when I tried to get a refund, it was a nightmare. I had to contact corporate, but there was no way to talk to a human. I had to answer a bunch of questions and then nothing happened. And forget about messaging them, they have some other method that probably won't even get a response.
I don't know what's going on with Chipotle, but they need to get it together. If they can't even get a simple order right, then what's the point? I've had good experiences there before, but this was just ridiculous. And if every customer has to go through corporate to get a refund, then they need to know what's going on. It's not fair to the customers or the employees. I think I'm done with Chipotle for now.

Always in the evening when it's time to order dinner, every 3rd or 4th time, after ordering a salad, then after the salad bowl is complete, I ask to include a container of the vignette dressing.. And the response is, we are "all out" of dressing... Chipotle dressing is what makes the salad, what gives it taste! Otherwise, it's just a bowl of lettuce, meat and add ons, a plain bowl - tasteless bowl. A billion dollar company, and you consistently run out of vignette dressing. It's happened so many times I lost count. C'mon chipotle, you're better than this, you can get this right...

Customer services
I asked to speak the store manager for a question, one of the employees said the manger was on the telephone line and she will be out. The manger did not come out until about 7 or 10 minutes later, due to her telephone call conversation. She was very rude, when speaking to her. Also, we ask her name, she stated that quote " I DO NOT HAVE A NAME" so then we ask the cashier her name she explain the same statement about SHE DOES NOT HAVE A NAME EITHER.
