Our experience with Just in Time Plumbing was great! He was a pro and super nice. We had a clogged toilet line that was a real pain, but he worked hard and fixed it up. We've used other plumbers before, but we're sticking with Just in Time Plumbing from now on. They're the best! Would give them more than five stars if I could.

[protected] I called Just in Time Plumbing, LLC to fix my shower. They replaced the thingy that controls the water and charged me $154.78. But then the shower wouldn't stop leaking from the shower head. I called the repair guy, Doug M and his boss said they'd give me my money back. I called them three times and they said they'd send a check, but they never did. So I called another plumber, Tom M Plumbing, and he showed me that Just in Time Plumbing, LLC messed up the thingy they put in and broke it.

They put in new water heater for us on Oct 18, 2018. But they installed the water lines wrong. I didn't find out until Sep 12, 2022. We started getting leaks and things kept breaking on our geothermal heating and air system that connects to the hot water heater. They made the pressure in the house go up from 50 to 73 psi. I called a lot and talked to different people, but the owner never called me back. His wife was really rude and hung up on me and wouldn't answer my calls. I told them I didn't care about the money I spent on fixing the geothermal unit because of their mistake. I just wanted the owner to come out and see what was wrong and fix everything that was leaking. But they didn't want to do that. They made it really hard on me. So I went to another company, *** heating and air, and talked to *** who installed the geothermal unit. He gave me receipts for the parts they are responsible for. So they have to pay for those too. I just want them to fix what they messed up. They are being really bad. I hope they aren't always like this when they make a mistake.
