The month of September I've purchased 2 pairs of soft cushion men's sneakers the 18th and19th only 1 pair was delivered 2 pair was not delivered and it's been 3 weeks I'm getting in patience now because the 2nd order is for my wife this never happen before first time was prompt now the 2nd time is a problem which is not acceptable because it was promisee to be delivered on time now I'm still waiting for my 2nd pair so my question is when will it be delivered to my address I hope my order would be delivered real soon thank you.
Kaaum, paints a picture of a quality shoe, sandal sneakers, what have you at an inexpensive price. You’re also lead to believe that these items are coming from overseas, hence the delivery delays. These items are actually coming from the United States. Some may be delivered from one of your neighboring states. Still the length of delivery time is over 3 weeks. It is not easy to request or receive a refund. Shoes sizes run small. Example; if you’re a ladies size 12, then this not the place for you to shop! That’s the largest size they have manufacture, believe me their twelve is more like a size ten. Take my advice and shop else where!

I ordered a leather case for my iPhone on 5/5/20 and I have yet to receive my product! I have emailed the company for an update and I'm asked to reference my shipping tracking number which has not changed status since 6/8/20. I order shoes from Kaaum on April 16 and was told I would receive them on May the 7th. Where are my shoes or my money back. Nothing from this company. I order and paid in good faith but it makes me wonder just is going on. When I said shoes I brought 4 pairs at a cost of $160.00 Im going to get ahold of my lawyer and see what I can do. Poor, poor way to run a business.

This company is such a joke, I ordered items that looked nothing like the fake advertisements I saw. The product was cheap and had poor quality, so bad in fact I had to give it to the "goodwill". Where's your integrity have you no shame? Probably not, just taking consumers money and laughing all the way to the bank. two articles of clothing.
Ordered a coat and hoody type sweater both 3xl I were a 2xl us so I thought going up a size wouldn't hurt given they are outer layer.
Arrived marked 3xl but they are a size l at best. Not even close to a 3xl. When I asked for a refund, they said I should have looked at the size chart and they shipped what I ordered an it is not "broken or damaged". Well... It is defective as it is not marked properly.
So... I'm stuck. Beware... Don't just them at all...
See pictures of these two garments next to a us 2xl and you'll see just how misleading they are and they are not loyal to their customers at all.
Pick one is the new garment on top of my 2xl similar garment I own. The next two are close ups of the two size labels so you can see my 2xl vs. Their 3xl. The other is a jacket and you can see I can't even come close to closing it up and then the other jacket is mine which is a 2xl. Then close ups to the two labels. This shows just how far off they are.

Beware, beware, beware! I had an awful experience with this company regarding a pair of shoes I ordered. After contacting customer service because the shoes were the wrong size, they did everything in their power to find a reason not to give me a refund or exchange the shoes. I sent them numerous photos showing them that the shoes did not fit. In fact, I could not get the shoes on my feet because they were 2 inches too small. After several days of exhaustion, I finally gave up and said that I will never order anything again from this company. I warn everyone to take special care when considering making purchases from this company.

Worst company ever! If they could get 0 stars, they absolutely would, but the lowest is 1 star in the ratings here. Be warned and do not buy anything from this company. The sooner they go out of business, the better for the entire public. They are scam artists and rip people off. Kaaum is a fraudulent company and they are thieves. They literally steal your money and do not give you a decent product in return. Then they won't refund that money when there is legitimately reported damage, incorrect items sent or products of such inferior quality that they are seriously laughable.
My husband ordered 2 pairs of men's shoes. The pictures from this company are so nice and the products look really cool. But pictures are clearly very deceiving! Wasn't aware of where they came from until getting the package finally weeks and weeks after ordering and it was from China. Wouldn't have ordered it if that had been made known on their website or Facebook. The shoes were simply awful. They came in a plastic bag wrapped up with a bunch of yellow tape and there was no packing list, no address, no phone number. They were not in shoe boxes and were not even in a shipping box to help protect them. They stunk like something terrible. They are supposed to be leather, but they are anything but. Leather is supple and smells gooood. These shoes are either some horribly stinky vinyl or a plastic of some sort, but they will literally stink up your whole house! It's a nasty, toxic smell. They were cheaply made and looked it. These shoes are of such inferior quality, it would be embarrassing to wear them, plus they flicked off of his feet when he walked and his proper size was ordered. They were also crushed and crooked and dented and had creases in the shoes, most likely from shipping in such a sub-par package clear from China, but who knows. Perhaps they were actually shipped that way in such poor condition, because after all, why would they care when their sole purpose is to scam people and rip them off? The insoles easily come out too. They fall right out and can get stuck to the socks when removing the shoes. Both pairs are creased so bad in the center of the top of the shoes where the tongue is that they literally look like tents instead of being rounded to go over the top of the foot.
I immediately emailed and asked for return instructions, a return address and a full refund. Someone named "Miya" actually responded. Clearly these are all fake names given to the U.S. public in complaint after complaint after complaint that I read on this website as they're all different names and I know this is someone from China replying as everything is written in very broken and improper English. I'm pretty sure not too many women in China are named Christina and Tracy and now Miya here in our case. They're just giving themselves American names to try to make you feel more comfortable. Of course, like so many others in this complaint forum (that I now found unfortunately after the fact!), I was told that Kaaum only accepts returns if there was a mistake made on their end, like damaged items or wrong size, or if it fits within the parameters of their return policy and I was sent a copy of their return policy...2 different times, by the way. The policy clearly states that if they are of poor quality, they could be returned. I emailed again saying that these 2 pairs of shoes are absolutely eligible for return according to their policy with regards to very poor quality, in materials and craftsmanship, and even with regards to her email itself as it was a mistake on their end to send nice men's dress shoes in a bag. They were badly damaged and needed to be returned and as a company, they should be more than willing to oblige for their customers. Miya even specifically said in her email 'damaged', and they are definitely damaged! However, I was told to then send some pictures, including one of the tracking number from the shipping label. Did that. Then I was told the shoes looked just like the pictures they have on their website and they are perfectly fine and so she doesn't know what the problem is here. Are you kidding me? She said these shoes are very popular items on their website. I'm not real sure what that has to do with anything, but she did actually say that! I guess she thinks we should keep them if they are so popular. Trust me, if these shoes were the ones actually pictured on their website, they never, ever would have been purchased in the first place! There are pretty shoes on the website and these have nasty materials, poor craftsmanship, damage, are completely ridiculous looking and are unwearable. They are truly horrible and this company is despicable for having false advertising, consumer fraud and not honoring returns for valid issues people are having time and time again with their crappy products. The emails went back and forth many, many times, but like all the other people writing here, we're not getting anywhere, of course. The only address I can find is the return address on the bag, but it is somewhere in China and I was trying to simply get information on returning before just shipping back to that address, as not only do I not know if that is the address to send it to, but obviously it would cost some money to ship the shoes back to China and then we would probably still never get our money back, plus then we would have paid more for this lame order in expensive shipping! The shoes look terrible and could not ever be worn for a professional work day.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. I ordered a shirt, 2XL. It is soooo tiny. I requested return shipping information and I had to take pictures of everything. Then they sent me their size chart and accused me of not reading it before ordering. So I sent them a photo of a 2XL from my closet with their shirt on top, with a tape measure across the front. Not even close. According to their own size chart they sent me a MEDIUM even though the packaging says 2XL. PLUS, if that isn't bad enough, this shirt has no tags, no size, no launder instruction, what it's made of, or WHERE it's made. I'm still fighting with them. This company should be taken down. I have yet to see any positive comments or reviews.
poor quality, unfair practices
Defective. The Kaaum customer services member I originally spoke to said to get rid of them, after I provided a photo of the defective product.
I feel as though this company is taking advantage of the customer. I had no way of knowing, when I threw away the shoes and reordered a replacement pair that the replacement would get lost in the mail. It has been 4 months since my first order was placed.
The company will only allow a refund of $9.99, I paid $29.99. PayPal has been less than helpful, they say I need to return the defective product to get a return on my money, no one seems to understand that Kaaum Rep said to get rid of the product MONTHS ago.
WATCHOUT, and good luck getting helpful assistance from PayPal.
I saw a number of shoes for my wife and myself...BUT after writing the comment, about customer service, fraud, return practices, wrong items/sizes, etc., I would never order a toothpick from Kaaum.
