Delay my insurance for universal sompo
My name is afzal khan my car number GJ 15 CH3035 I took universal sompo insurance as per kataria I trusted kataria that trusted company will insure my car after that my car was claimed it was 1 month universal sompo approval very late , paper work has been completed, the survey has also been completed, yet it is taking so much time, so why do you swear by such a company, because of which the name of your company is bad, please solve my problem. Insurance please solve my query
2nd service
I had provided my Maruti ignis for 2nd service today that is on 22/11/2021 and have come accross the most pathetic service from Kataria which was never expected for a Nexa car.
The person came to deliver my car after service and it came to our notice that the remote key was damaged at the time of service which costed me 3500 rupees, also I spoke to the person in Rajkot Kataria whom I had dealt with while providing the car for service but got a poor feedback from his side, later when I went to park my car it came to my notice that the reverse camera was showing upside down video and the back camera was not fitted properly it was hanging at it's place.
I am afraid in future I may come to know some other issues as well.
This was one of the worst customer experience faced by me
And can never suggest someone to buy a Nexa car from Kataria after such aweful service.

Cheating post booking of swift vxi
This is to express my discomfort about how bad I and my wife was treated post-booking of the swift VXI at the JP Nagar Bangalore showroom.
They first offered a price of 7.15L for the car with all extra accessories fitted, post confirming my loan will be approved the sales guy Mr. Lawrence, called and said there was a mistake in calculation and now the price will be 7.40L for the car. When asked for a solution they were just stubborn on the pricing by saying sorry and claiming all humans make mistakes.
Their behavior towards our expectation was you buy it for our price or else leave. The so-called team leader came in disrespected us and just left in mid of the conversation without any conclusion.
I need to know how is the brand going to react to this.

I have booked my car at your kataraiya rajkot office befor 15 days and at that time of booking we have mutually afreed that car will be delivere on 13/11/2020 i.e. the holly ans prosperous festival of DHANTERS. Let me clarify that the same car was offerd by many of my banker's friends (as I was ex bankers) as well as many agents. But I prefer katariya rajkot showroom that's was suggest by friend of mine.
Now it was biggest mistake of my life. Bcz this is my first car and this car id surprised gift of my father. So today I and my whole family visited your showroom for car delivery. But sad to share that the answers I get from showroom was that car is not available.

I had provided my car for a free service at 8 am and it was returned to me 7pm on the same day without service they gave a bill of 2318 but not one complaint was resolved the lady who called me said they would change oil fix the break and clean the car . Not one work was done by then upon that i had again wait for them to come and fix my car for break and to clean even after they coming they just applied wax all inside my car and left .
I dont understand why do you guys have to cheat the customer every time this has been done every time i give it for service. I have also sent a mail to the consumer court for your pathetic service along with proofs.

I have purchased vehicle on 12/06/2018. I had applied Fastag Card when I purchased my Car but still after a 1 year 2 month still I am not getting my fastag card.
I was contacted many times but no one is answering me properly and nobody helped to to get my Fastag card. I called today to know the status but some lady told the that this is a lunch time she will not be answered my query and she disconnected the call.
This is such a pathetic services I have ever seen.

I was contacted by Kataria automobiles PVT.LTD talgatpura branch Bangalore to purchase Maruti SWIFT car in exchange of my maruti Alto on DATE 4th September 2018. It took few days for me to decide by 6th sep 2018 We spoke about the car loan so the kataria automobiles pvt.ltd talgatpura branch Bangalore sent me an agent name Gopi(contact number: [protected])who was assisting me to apply for a car loan from SBI, the day one when i went to bank the behavior of the agent was unprofessional, rude, unethical.In fact he also threatened me that he will make sure i do not get a loan ... and all this conversation started from
1)I was not informed to bring the print outs/photo copies of the document which i need to submit in the bank for the loan.
2) In spite of his ignorant mistake he repeatedly demanded me to get the printout on a band day ? dated Monday morning 10th september, which was bharath bandh the banks were operating but not any local store. IF that well informed AGENT GOPI would have informed me to bring the document in advance i would have done the same and not wasted my valuable time.
3) He was talking to me in an extreme rude tone not bothering that in am woman. and when i walked out of the bank branch he followed out and spoke to me in a louder tone out side the parking area and went till and extreme level of threatening me by saying... I will make sure you do not get the loan approved. His behaviour scared me. and all this cheap act has been recorded in the bank cc cam.
Now my concern is .. Is this kind of people represent a brand like KATARIA ?
Later after a day i receive a call from Kataria automobiles PVT. ltd. from a person name ARUN sales Executive stating that my loan has been rejected from AXIS bank.
Now I have two questions :
1. I was seeking for a car loan from SBI bank
2. I did not give them the authority to apply for a loan in AXIS bank. Then how did they go a head and applied for a loan .
They gave a lame excuse saying that the reason for the loan to be rejected is i am an employe of a TRUST* Rangadore memorial hospital which is run by a TRUST. hmm
really?
* i had my previous car loan on the same job basis.In fact i did an early closer of my car loan on dated 5 th september 2018 prior to taking a CAR from kataria.
*I payed a token amount of rs11, 500 on 5th sep 2018 They took my old car in exchange which i have a receipt of rupees 3 lakhs10 thousand .. which is not followed up yet. what is the status i am still clueless its 16th September and i am still waiting for the delivery of the new car.
Its a complete mess with this company.
They are completely unprofessional people, lack in integrity. i am helpless and dont know who to reach.
because of there stupidity and unprofessionalism i had to face so many unnecessary issues'. i would approach the court of laws for justice.
I am having a very bad experience with them. The people gave me a lot of stress.
Tis is not how companies operate. i request people of banglore to be very careful before approaching any automobile company for purchasing a car, i dont want anyone to face similar issue like mine.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
This has reference to my recent workshop repair of MARUTI SWIFT car MH01 AV9364 at kataria, Makarpura works, Vadodara GUJARAT to replace my front glass shield under insurance at . I am reporting below the workmanship issue for the recent service by your workshop.
On receipt of my car after 2 days it was found the cowl top was not fitted. The Car was send back to the workshop as they cannot fit the cowl top at my place. They delivered the car again without fitting the cowl top a complaint was raised with an escalation with the works manager. He mentioned on a telecom the cowl top could be damage and should have been replaced in insurance claim along with Glass. The Car was called back to workshop 2nd time as they need to remove the new glass to check fitment issue and replace the old cowl top with new spare. I received the car today after 3 days with the same old cowl top fitted improperly the glass was not removed to check for any issue.
Further your workshop manager claim the fitment issue is with all Maruti cars and it is a company issue. I will be taking up this issue with Maruti suzuki on their complaint portal and facebook page i will also tag your facebook page for better solution. I have attached the pictures of the fitment for your ready reference.
After keep the car for 5 days and 2 twice calling the vehicle back to your workshop your service centre has done a poor job . I am not happy with the job done by your team . If there is an NPS system for customer feedback in your organisation then I would rate this dealer 2 out of 10 for poor job knowledge, improper handling of insurance claim and bad communication

I have purchase celerio second hand car from katariya automobile vapi before few days ago, but i am facing below parable.
1) Car key is in broken condition - (before purchasing they were telling that new key we will give - but not given)
2) Stepny Wheel - Machwheel remove.
3) Car meter showing 70500 klm. Run but as per service book it showing 109000 klm already run in Sept-17 month.
4) Car Basic Tool Kit Remove - Jack, tools etc.
5) Transfer of Ownership not done- Katariya representative saying that you do it your self, (before purchase they told me - we will do it).
Baleno Tyre got burst on highway within 8 months of purchase new car
Hi,
I purchased new Baleno Delta Petrol from KATARIA AUTOMOBILES, Ahmedabad, Gujarat - 380015 before hardly 7 - 8 months with all the requried warranties.
Now my MRF tyre got burst within this smaller span and when i went for my 2nd Free Service at KATARIA SERVICE STATION, Makarba, Ahmedabad, Gujarat - 382210 they have sent that tyre for inspection to MRF station located at Satellite, Ahmedabad, Gujarat-380015.
The inspection report states that it is not manufacturing defect so the tyre won't be replaced. I personally went to the MRF person to explain what is the matter and he is just simply denying whatever written is written now if tyre got burst no one gonna replace, do whatever you can. I repeatedly told him that if there could be manufacturing defect and due to that tyre had been got burst then how can you tell me simply just due to crack and burst you can not replace it . He showed me one tyre which is swallowed and told me only if such kind of issues are there then only it can be replaced else it would not be replaced due to burst or puncture.
I am simply amazed to receive such kind of explaination from the person who thinks to having experise to inspect that if tyre got burst then its bound to have to crack then only it could have been burst now if you can prove the issue at that moment simply denying that if burst its not gonna replaced. Isn't it simply rediculous ?
The MRF person is arrongant to explain the issue and speak out with customer.
This is a matter of safety, i was lucky that i was not at high speed while tyre got burst otherwise it could lead to severe damages at various stages. Here it appears to me that niether KATARIA people nor MRF people is really thinking towards the same. Simply focusing on money matter and at denial mode to get away from the issue which could have lead to serious consequences.
Maruti has differntiated NEXA segment as Luxury segment for which customer is expecting some kind of reliable services which is completely unavailable at every stage. Specially post sell services.
As a customer it appears to me that there is no reliable person who could help out as everyone denying to take care when it is something really affecting. This attitude applies to KATARIA AUTOMOBILES, MRF and MARUTI too. I am totally disappointed at all level the services and reply i am getting and specially with KATARIA people who should be at the highest level person to make sure customer's trust won't be broken.
It appears to that in india, you would always be a victim if you are simple and straight forward customer.Once you do something wrong then only your voice would be heard and the matter would be resolved. I am completely disappointed with KATARIA people who are misrabely so bounded that matter is not able to handled by them so even if the CAR purchased from them there is no reliablity or responsibility could be handled if you are a straight forward customer.
I got a call after MARUTI had pushed KATARIA guys to resolve the matter and they are still replying ridiculously and giving such a reason that if that is a manufacturing defect then it should happen with all tyres not one tyre... i am again amazed the shameless answers they are giving to the customers..i mean my concern for one tyre which is having manufacturing defect with all logical end i have proven them and above is the logical reason provided by them.
I think KATARIA guys are soooooo much miserably poor to handle the customer and shamelessly denying to take up the matter.
front suspension problem
Dear sir, while driving baleno my front suspension are not as before I was comfortable while driving when off road comes I can feel the jerk n noise from my steering after visiting 2 time still problem is not solve n this time after servicing after some few days I'm facing the same problem of front suspension I have given my car for service at vapi Kataria Balitha. N after servicing washing vapour is created on my left headlight

Inspite of giving it in the service department of Kataria Vapi two times after Diwali the work has not been done till date. .Mr Nipeshkumar Patel was service in charge. then his senior Mr Patil had also been informed. but only false assurances has been given to me.
