On February 11, 2013 I purchased a 2005 Dodge Neon from the Belleville location. The salesman James G., deceived me into believing the car was in excellent condition. Right after signing the contract, I ended up putting over $300 in repair costs. One of the repairs was him offering to fix car with no labor cost, but charged me $50 for the part. Effective last night, we hear a loud knocking noise in the front of the car. After taking the car to a reputable service repair company, we were informed the axle is cracked. Uuuuugh! We contacted James, he responded with hostility, rudeness, defensiveness, and unprofessionally. We asked for the owner's contact information and he refused to give it. This company took advantage of a senior citizen who just needed a reliable vehicle. He deceived me into believing the car was reliable, but now it just sits in my driveway. I advise no one to purchase from this company. As in all other prior complaints, they need to be investigated and shut down! This company has gotten away with fraud and deception for years.
Please no one EVER buy a car from these guys at Kennedi in collinsville. The manager is a liar and the workers are the same. Bryan is one of the guys that work there he is a low down disrespectful liar as well. They're unprofessional and dishonest. They actually need their location closed. They turned off the check engine light and sold me the car knowing it would come back on after the fact but they deceived me into believe the car was a good buy. The check engine light came on a hour after I left the lot, so when I called and asked could they fix the issue they said no it's my problem... Not even a day later, a hour and they can't do anything. Please people dont buy from Kennedi in collinsville. If the manager isn't right then you the people that work for him can't be any better
