I had roof damage due to high winds. An insurance adjuster came out and did his inspection. He recommended a full removal and replacement of the roof, but it wasn't done properly. Now, I have dips and humps all over the roof. Not everything was replaced, like the roof exhaust fans, roof vent turbines, and plywood. This happened on 11/14, and it still hasn't been resolved. That's why I'm reaching out for help to resolve this matter.

I put a deposit of $1000 to hold a home for me while we tried to finance. When the financing didn't go through, I was told *** would put a refund request in on 3 different occasions via email. I haven't received my $1000 deposit back yet. They haven't sent my money back as they have stated 3 different times. All I want is my $1000 Back and am not getting any resolution in my refund. I keep being told it will be mailed on Tuesday.

I bought a mobile home from Kentucky Dream Homes LLC, also known as Family Dream Homes. There were many construction problems that were noticed during the initial walk-through in November . *** acknowledged these problems. Every time I discuss this with *** the manager, he says "we are going to take care of you". However, he never calls or texts or anything until I go back to complain. *** has come out two times but never fully resolves the issues. There are cracks in the top of the ceiling connecting to the walls, and I can attach pictures to show. The back door would not stay closed. *** finally came out and said this is the last time they will come out. The hinges on the cabinets are cheap and the doors do not close properly, they are crooked. There are lots of unresolved problems.

My friend and I went to the Bowling Green, KY location of Kentucky Dream Homes. The salesperson we met with told us a secret, asking us not to tell anyone else. He claimed that he could give us a lower price on some homes because other deals had fallen through. That was the first lie. We chose a home but had to return to our home state. The same salesperson said he would go to the bank and take $500 out of his personal account to make the required deposit for us. He told us to send the check overnight. We offered to write a check to him directly, to test if he was telling the truth, but he insisted that we make it out to Kentucky Dream Homes. That was the second lie. We changed our minds about buying the home and asked for a refund. However, they told us it would take "30 days to go through." That was the third lie. We contacted the corporate office in Owensboro, KY. They said they never received a refund request from us, but they did receive the first request a day after our phone conversation. We are currently on the phone with the Owensboro office, and it seems like they are not communicating well internally. We feel like we are still being given excuses and have not received our refund yet.
