It started last year with KeyBank's Dispute Dept ignoring a claim I had filed for the return of $299 & $701, it appeared to be an obvious scam after the fact but I was never refunded or heard anything from KeyBank after multiple attempts... Then I disputed a charge later on for a service return for which I was never credited, KeyBank kept reopening and closing that dispute until they claimed that their allowed timeline had ran out - then allocated that I would need to communicate on my own with the merchant to get the refund. Long story short it took me 2 days to get the refund issued, I don't know what took KeyBank upwards of 6 months for no results? (Then to make matters worse they wrote me a letter trying to take credit for the refund - the gall of some people). If KeyBank expects their customers to fight there own disputes, then they need to close down their pathetic dispute dept and fire all the degenerates running the place. After having multiple issues I also ran into a more serious issue that seems to be ignored by KeyBank after inquiry, in about May 2023 I made the decision to downgrade my checking account - in the months that followed the formatting of the online banking didn't make mathematical sense. It looks like money was being taken from me without any transactions to show, maybe KeyBank was stealing money from me?
Desired outcome: I want to receive ALL the money back that KeyBank owes me through the dispute process, as well as money missing thru the formatting issue.
