20 min wait - only car through drive through. terrible service.
I never complain to anyone about food service. After getting my wisdom teeth out i wanted reg soft foods and in pain i sat at the iowa city drive through for 20 mins- took forever for anyone to answer - we thought the place looked so run down it might not even work. The guy answered and said it would be a min he had to change his battery then never answered again. The next person after we said hello over and over was so foreign we couldnt understand her and she very much could not understand us - after giving a simple order of a number 6 chicken strip meal and a large potatoe and gravy on the side - that simple order took bout 6 times to get across. We had patience through this whole experience even with my extreme pain and regret of even leaving the house to get some real food at kfc, because we are friendly folk but - even when we got our food after sitting for even longer the order was very wrong - didnt have half of the order - didnt get our extra buscuits or our extra gravy and potatoes . This was by far thee longest drive thru ive ever experienced and by far the most worst customer service and service period at any kfc much less any other drive thru. Very disappointed. Now i am in pain and will not be going to the only kfc in my area again. Also - its a shame there isnt a kfc in the coralville / iowa city area that is in a better neighborhood and doesnt look like a used to be run down place that we are scared to eat the food bc of the lack of cleanliness we noticed once we were at the pickup window . waited over 45 mins to get my order
Survey code y309205914173272 manager Danielle was sending drive thru orders out. The time on my recpt is stamped 7:57p Danelle was rude yelling at customer service not listening to the complaints of why are you send drive thru orders out when people are waiting in the dine in. She tried to say it was because the system was down in drive thru which was true but they were ringing the drive thru on fine in register. Customers ask why she was doing it and said a gentleman was rude because he was videoing the crew working and the manager. I as a manager myself explained to her what she should have been doing. I went inside to order not to have to wait 50 mins to get my order and have to get the kind of customer service that I as well as probably 10 other customers had to wait. Food was cold and greasy when I did get it and still didn't even have what I order was still going to have to wait longer. Please read and listen. Probably will never patronize your restaurant again. Dissatisfied Custer.

The last three times I have gone to the KFC at 511 N. Ferdon Blvd, Crestview. FL. 32536 I have had very bad service. The first time I went there it took 35 minutes to get two 5 dollar meals. At that time i thought there was going to be a riot for I was not the only one there at that time having the same problem. The second time i went to that location i ordered to 10 pc meals and when I got home(I live 12 miles away) part of the order was missing. I called the manager and informed them if they could just give me a credit. That didn't happen. And the last time I went was 9/15/2017 I ordered a small Cole slaw to have with my dinner at home for $2.44 not knowing that it only had two teaspoons of Cole slaw in the container.
(See picture) And one last thing. Th city closed them down last month because cleaning problems. I will never visit KFC again. I have been going to KFC since I can remember and I am 54.Churches here I come.

I recently went to the KFC 2212 S. Military hwy, Chesapeake Va. The 1st time I ordered my meal I received cold chicken as well as the potatoes still had dehy powder mix in it, no biggie mistakes happen. So I brought the order inside, instead of the cashier directing her attention to me she began to carry on a side Convo with someone who walked into the store behind me. After waiting for her to finish he convo I showed her the issued order and ticket and asked to have it remade, she than began to pull out her phone to start texting messing up my order for the second time. The quality of service there at that store is by far the worst I'd even experienced. I don't recommend anybody to ever go there to dine. In my honest opinion, the quality of food reflects on the cleanliness of the store and professionalism of the employee, both of which lacks.

On September 12th, 2017 I went to KFC store location at Fairview Mall, Toronto, Ontario and I ordered some chicken for family of ten and the experience were utterly shocking. Funny enough, this is the store apparently has the highest sales volume in Ontario.
I used to be a night district supervisor for KFC years back at Province of Alberta, Barney fast food Inc. back when chicken quality were the standards of the industry.
Saying the least, the chicken meat were dry to the point the skin was retracted exposed the Nearly Black meat for thighs and drumstick. The drumsticks were so small my thumb were sized bigger than the product produced.
The Ribs skin were fried to crisp can be crushed with gingers pinching.
The bone of the chicken were unmistakably black which signified refresh chicken. To summarize, these were reused fried chicken. If these chicken were produced while I was on duty working during the time I served as district supervisor, I would have closed down the store for a few days, transferred the manager to other store for evaluation and retraining. Staffing the store with other known qualified workers, replenish the store with new supplies from warehouse and commissary and test the production before reopen.
three piece chicken meal
I stopped in to the KFC on Woodville Rd. in Toledo Ohio about 2:15 pm 9/13/2017. I odered a three pice chicken meal just on my way to work. When i went on my lunch break i opened the box. I saw two thighs and what was supposed a drumstick. It was ot even a third of a chicken. So i tried to eat it anyway. I only got a couple of nibbles out of it and the rest was dry and hard. I could not eat the rest of that chicken. As you would imagine, i was not happy about this. I feel that this should have not been done to me or anyone else.

I order 12 pc original chicken with 6, bisquits, TWO larger Mash potatoes, 1 gravy, and 1 large coleslaw. The receipt is in the picture attached. The issue is they didn't put the other mashpotatos even tho they charge it. Plus the one they did put the container of the mash potatoes was rip from the bottom (sorry I didn't take a picture the kids started grabing some an made the container worse so i had to put it in a bowl) but, I saw this when I got home I live all the way to the south and wasn't gonna go back to the north an waste double the gas. Plus they where in such a hurry to get rid of me since they where close to closing for the day.
managers are super rude
Im a former employee for the kfc on west 38th street in Indianapolis indiana.the new manager fired me because i didnt have a baby sitter for my child and the second time for not being able to come because of transportation problems.i called in both times to inform her.she lies about everything not professional at all .the store needs to be shut down .they work you like a slave i do not recommend anyone work for kfc period .
The store manager on west 38th street is so unprofessional.its days that she closed and the store was not cleaned .dishes were not washed .the bathrooms were not cleaned floors were black and greasy.she didn't sanitize the food line or anything .nothing was never wiped down.the only thing i ever seen her do was eat sit and gossip about people .i was worked like a slave and i was cheated out my hours .that store needs to be shut down like asap .!
order of popcorn chicken
My husband went thru the drive thru at the KFC on olive and 99 in fresno, ca and he ordered the 20 dollar fill up and a order of pop corn chicken. About 75 percent of the chicken was so hard you couldn't even eat it. And over half were small little balls of the breading. The balls were about the size of a marble and hard as rock. This KFC has on multiple occasions given us very horrible customer service and below standards on food. Needless to say after paying for food and my daughter not being able to eat it, im very upset.

My family and I went through the drive-thru...waited 5 minutes to order for one car in front of us. We ordered 1 9pc Chicken Share Tender and Large Mashed Potato and Gravy. We pulled to the window said it would be 7 minutes for tenders and offered us one small side for wait. So pulled up and waited 20 minutes before I went inside time is now 12:30pm. The order wasn't ready or near ready the cashier asked the General manager if the tenders were up. She yelled at the cashier loudly for all the people waiting to hear and was very rude. I then loudly told her that it was my complaint not the cashiers. She never said a word again but also didn't show her face. I then waited another 5 minutes then they did not give me sauces or the extra side the said they would give me. I reminded them and was given them. I also told them I wanted 5 biscuits because this was absolutely ridiculous. The two young men behind me said they weren't sure if they wanted to order if they were going to get yelled at. They said how completely unprofessional it was for the not the store manager but higher than that to be yelling at her employees. My husband was beyond livid about the wait...my 9, 7, and 4 year olds were beyond hungry. It pretty much ruined our afternoon. I will never go back to this Kentucky Fried Chicken and doubt any other. I have had problems here in the past but talked my husband into giving it another chance. Big mistake. I would like my money back. I do not want credit for in store! So extremely disappointed... We purchased 12 chicken strips. 5 out of 12 were thin (just skin coated) no meat. The order was $17. So disappointed in the quality of the strips. all coating no chicken. pix are included. Poor quality control. They should've been called chicken skin strips. Where's the white meat chicken?

I went through the drive thru at the KFC on University in San Bernardino Ca. It was Sunday evening around 9pm. I ordered hot wings (5) and 2 biscuits. The hot wings were over done, cold and had absolutely no meat on them whatsoever. The biscuits were hard as a rock and tasted as if they were 3 days old. Not to mention we were the only car in the drive thru and it took them 10 min to give us our food. That was cold. I had to throw away both the chicken and biscuits when I got home. Very disappointing experience.

Hello I recently had a sandwich at a place in China and the quality was terrible. The bun shown in the video was old and continued to fall apart before I could eat it.
I only bring this up because I don't think this store is doing a good job at checking on product dates and should have someone say something.
I am not sure of the place because of the language but also attached is a receipt so maybe that helps.
how they treat their worker with no respect.
Well working at kfc was an bad experience for me. Kfc assistance mger are so mean. It is bad enough they work you like slave. But they yell there heads off for nothing. Because they did not training you right and they wonder why they 10 to 14 workers. The way they treat and talk is horrible. For 7.70 wow. And you can't work there they hold your check. And also the workers get no breaks even when 6 hours or more. South county is a nasty place to eat if only people knew they make your food without washing there hands and there are no cameras.
the entire experience
My girlfriend and I went to the Carmel, Indiana location on Michigan and 106th street. We ordered all of our food freshly made to start with and they said a 10 minute wait. So 10 minutes turned into 45 minutes! The shift leader Shone had about 5 orders come through and his staff thought it was a great idea to all simultaneously take a break. We checked on the food and had to correct them on the order several times before they included everything on the order to get it correct. Shone thought it was a good idea to get an attitude with my girlfriend. The food was cold! We had an overall terrible experience and will not be returning to that location. The meal was $20 for everything for fast food that took 45 minutes. I am hoping for reimbursement for the terrible service tonight.

My husband and I just ate dinner at the Kentucky Fried Chicken in York, Ne. I watched the food service gal make my sandwich without the use of gloves. I asked her to please remake my sandwichs using gloves. She did but wasn't extremely happy about it. We then sat down to eat and I watched her make several sandwiches without gloves AGAIN! The store was extremely dirty and as I work in the food service area with the Dept. of Health I was compelled to write you! Yesterday, Sept.8 2017, I visited the KFC in Riverton Utah. We called in a pick up order for a 20 piece meal. When I arrived they had no idea where the order went several minutes went by while the gal asked other employees who took the order and then finally found it (strike One) then as she was ringing up the order a young man came over and stated "we don't have this "as he touched the paper with the tongs. pointing to the Coleslaw! ( Strike Two) When I asked why they didn't have any coleslaw he replied "the day shift didn't make any". (Strike Three, ) (why didn't the night shift make any?) My ticket # is 3062 Restaurant # S720191. The gay who took my money was clearly upset that there was no coleslaw, only sides they had was mashed Potatoes/Gravy and Green Beans. As we waited another 5 to 6 minutes I heard an employee say this is the last tray of Chicken( this is not the first time that this store has run out of chicken, ) When the young man called me up to pick up my order he said "I lied, I guess when they took your phone order they held back 2 coleslaw for you." I thanked him and left. I ordered and paid extra money to receive NO WINGS( Strike four) and when I got home we had WINGS and the coleslaw was DRY!( Strike Five). I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS KFC OR ANY OTHER IF I ENCOUNTER ANYTHING LIKE THIS AGAIN!
I posted my dissatisfaction on Facebook and multiple people respond, it happens to them at different locations. My mother was a manager for KFC for many years and knew Pete Harmon personally, Im sure that if Pete was alive today this store would be making changes or be closed permanently. The cashier was CALIEM and was very pleasant to us. My total bill was $59.72 not worth it if you ask me!

I have been to kfc at least three or four times this month. A week ago went drive thru and paid for two four piece chicken wings was told the chicken was fresh did check box on top chicken was fresh didn't check second box got home chicken wasn't fresh was hard and dried out called back to store and was told if i came back they would fix mix up i live about four miles from restaurant so I told him I couldn't come back i wasnt given a receipt because they were in a rush and had four cars in front of me that were waiting on returns because car in front of me had to go in restaurant to get their order so I didn't have receipt. I went to the same restaurant which is located in Georgetown Kentucky and had the same problem food wasn't fresh had receipt this went back to restaurant spoke with manager which had an attitude wasn't my fault that order was wrong. I really don't know what is wrong with this restaurant here in Georgetown they use to be top notch but here lately its been messed up ppl getn grill chicken that wasn't cook right was raw person had that complaint went i was n restaurant with my complaint on this date Sept 9 2017. The store is NOT clean food all over floor were customers can see it. The drive thur not clean can see articles under cantor can see dirt on floor where it hasn't been clean can see build dirt on shelves were boxes are stored I am surprised that this restaurant hasn't been shut down because of unsanitary. I'm quite sure you should have more complaints if don't already have them. Some of the employees uniforms are not clean you can see where they have wiped their hands which has flour on them on their uniforms and plus you can tell the uniforms are not clean. I am just a unhappy customer. I have always thought kfc was a fantastic place to eat never had the problem that I am having how the employees use to nice and friendly but now they don't seem to take their job serious. You have one lady manager that works there is a nice person i don't know her name but she is a blond head woman but you may have more than one blond that is a manager working there. I ordered a breast box meal with extra breast with extra coleslaw #1 the chicken was so over cooked and dry I could barely bite into it the gravy on the mashed potatoes tasted horrible I think they didn't use enough water cause I've never seen it that dark I normally love your gravy with my biscuit but not this time.then I went to get my cookie and guess what there was none total disappointment the older women boxing up the meals was to bust hollering out to the cashier what the orders where instead of looking at the screen right next to her.she had the cashier in such disarray she could even think straight
