My son worked at the one in Foley al till today. After numerous issues with employees and evening manager and getting cussed out by kitchen employees I decided to come get him. I've had numerous discussions with the manager. He's autistic and knew that from day one. Yet she still allows him to be mistreated. The staff is not managed and has untrained people...

KFC Drive through at my local KFC

I got brave enough to visit my local KFC this afternoon after work to get an order for me and my husband's dinner. I didn't know if the potholes had been fixed or not, so I skipped the drive through and went inside to place my order. I stood at the counter for around 5 minutes without anyone noticing me, so I decided to take the plunge and left. Sure enough, potholes, potholes, potholes! I'm not talking about little potholes, I'm talking about big, deep potholes, monster potholes that have been there for over a year, ridiculous potholes! I asked the gentleman that brought my order, he was dressed like he might be the manager, when are they going to fix these potholes, his reply," I don't know, I just don't know", he then turned and walked away. Now don't tell me with the price that KFC charges they can't resurface their drive through, or at least fix the darn potholes!...signed Dissatisfied Customer, who doesn't plan to visit my local KFC for quite a long time.

I have sent a request in previously to have this addressed and have not gotten a response.
I will explain the situation,
there is a menu board outside the building as well as behind the counter of the above KFC that reads as follows:

TENDERS

K3 3 PC 6.99

K4 4 PC 8.49

K5 5 PC 9.99

No where on the menu for the above items does it state that this is a COMBO which includes a medium drink and fries.The cashier asked what side I would like and I replied none, chicken only.

She insisted that a side is included. I stated that I wanted a 3 pc tenders and a 5 pc tenders with no sides. Again, she insisted that a side is included. The staff could have simply given us a K3 and a K5 a la carte which would have totaled 16.98 according to the menu board.

She turned to ask a co-worker how to enter this order into the register as it asked for the side. She told us that we could simply order an 8 pc tender that was chicken only. We were not told the price of this option nor did I think to ask as it could not have been much more expensive than the 5 pc.

As you can see from the above receipt information, the total we were charged was 24.55, this included a medium sweet tea.

As for the tea, it was given to us in a cup filled to the brim to the point of spilling with no ice. When I asked for ice, I was told there wasn't any. I was also told that all carbonated beverages were unavailable due to a problem with the carbonation system.

I told the staff that there was ice in the beverage machine on the dining room floor and helped myself.

This is a common occurrence at this particular restaurant, being served warm drinks as the ice maker isn't working properly.

I feel the staff at this location needs better training and knowledge of the menu. It would have been much clearer if it was explained that these options are COMBO meals that included a drink and side.

I have visited this address in the past and have not had good experiences, Generally, I just let it go chalking it up to the staff having a bad day but this is just ridiculous.

19.99 for 8 pc chicken tender with no sides.

I would like to be reimbursed for this entire meal and will not be visiting this address nor any other KFC restaurants until I do so.

I am giving your corporation a chance to make this right before I bring it to the attention of my friends and family in the Herkimer/New Hartford/Utica area.

KFC Not receiving my money back after the product wasn’t in stock

I ordered on my kfc app with the offers which is the 2 zinger box meals large which was accepted through the app which took my money. When going through the drive thru they then said they haven’t got any zinger burger which resulted in us not getting food and not getting our money back

KFC Having to wait long time for my meal then not feeling well. Then receiving a parking ticket parking ticket

Hi on the 23/3/23 at 13.28.42

I went to KFC for my lunch at beacon way hull. I ordered is a wrap meal I was waiting well over half an hour. I went back to the count to 3 times and they kept on apologising when I finally got my food sat down to eat it it was over an hour. I then didn’t feel very well went to the toilet felt sick, then went back to my car. Didn’t feel well again have to go back to the toilet again.

Today 4/4/23 I have received a parking ticket. I am very upset about this as I don’t feel it was my fault after having to wait a long time for my meal, then not feeling well after my meal. I travelled from Eggborough goole. It is a long way back there and I wasn’t in any fit state to drive.

This ticket has deeply depressed me as I feel it wasn’t my fault. I do use that KFC quite a few times.

I would appreciate it if you could help me out with this as I don’t make a habit of staying in car parks too long.

KFC Management problem

Hello I am writing because of what I have seen today as I was sitting in the store at 2229 W. Gary Boulevard, Clinton, OK 73601 as I watched a manager yell and cuss at disabled customers I also watched as this manager stayed on her phone as a new first day worked was asking for help she was very rude would not help anyone along with this new worked who she put down and made fun of the worker walked out as did myself and a few others I understand that this is not the first issue with this nasty woman and I do not understand why she still has a job I myself have worked many years at your company starting in high school in KY where I am from I know this is not how your company is I am very proud to be from KY and love KFC and this is a shame it makes you all look bad and that is not how things the reason they never have workers there is they walk out because of this woman... I was in the shop at 2229 W. Gary Boulevard, Clinton, OK 73601 at 1200 noon when this went on I wanted to cry after seeing how that woman was treated I do not blame her for walking out not one of them was nice are helpful and yelling loud at her and everyone. I really thing this needs looked into KFC does not need people making them look bad

KFC Store employee Cassandra

I was told I had to park and first it was a 15 min wait then said a 40 min later refused to park because there was already 2cars ahead of me and it had already been like 9 min so I told her nobody is behind me I’ll wait here she then said she was refusing to serve me I asked for a manager she there wasn’t one until Tuesday she called police on me and when they got there refused my refund or food told me they take it up with corporate all the employees were standing around laughing very unprofessional instead of arguing with me they could have made the food it was a Sunday night it was not busy at all I sat in like asking her to have manager call me and she said I had to do that her and cashier were rude

KFC Poor food and staff

I visited the recently opened KFC branch on Friday evening 31/03/23 with my family. I had previously had really superb food at this branch, however on this evening the entire experience was appalling and the food was cold and incorrect, topped off by the staffs appalling conduct.

The restaurant only had 4 other customers (seated) it was not busy.

Firstly we waited 20 mins for our food which was cold when it finally reached us. Two of our burgers were incorrect. We had ordered zinger tower box meals and were given filet burgers with out meals, being told because we upgraded to a box meal we had to have filet burgers. I’m a regular at KFC and know full well this isn’t true. The staff member was not remotely interested in our issues and made sure we were aware this was causing her inconvenience. After giving up and just eating what we had we were then shocked and appalled that another staff member decided to empty the bin that was located about half a meter from our table whilst we were sat eating. Who wants to see and smell a bin inside a restaurant being emptied underneath your nose whilst eating your food. Absolutely appalled and the conduct and disrespect for its customers.

I will ensure I never visit this branch again.

The food and service has gone drastically down hill.

Desired outcome: I would expect an apology, and some form of compensation for our entirely awful experience from all angles.

KFC My orders

Hi,

I am sending this email as I am a very fond customer of KFC, my local store is Small Heath Heybarnes Branch, Birmingham. However this is the 2nd time I have been I given my order without dips, little portion of fries I mean really little, a drink that tasted like water which wasn’t what I ordered, This was being one of yesterday evening‘s situation. This happened previously however I thought I didn’t want to say nothing, but when it happened again yesterday I thought I needed to put a complaint in. To top it up the staff were taking time with my orders as well. It was a take out order, so when I got home I reliazed that this has happened and was too late and a distance for me to take back to the branch. I bought £23.00 worth of food and can show this as proof with one receipt while the other one my daughter left at KFC. I have my online proof of banking to prove the transaction. I am saddened by this service and feels it needs to be looked into.

I hope to receive positive feedback and to have a positive change in service.

P. S This happened last Saturday I sent a complaint email to [protected]@kfc.com on the evening however they haven’t bothered to reply back so I found this email address to resend my complaint too.

KFC Waste piled up dining in not on service board no watermelon drink

On ordering on the board was unable to access the dine in so had to order as takeaway. Could not order hot drinks would not come up on board. When I got to the counter they tried to give me 4 cokes when I had ordered a sprite and a watermelon. Was given a sprite and Alan orange. Getting to the seat the waste bins were overflowing onto the floor and had not been cleared for I don’t know how long. Although the meals were very good and we enjoyed them we would have liked the drinks we ordered. Hot drinks on a cold wet day. This was on 01/004/22 at thetford retail park at13-00.

Desired outcome: Would like the instore computer problem and the cleaning problem resolved as soon as possible. I paid £19 for our meal I would like a refund or a hefty discount on further orders

KFC Rude customer service

01 April 2023 @ 10am,

It started when we were ordering food, the worker had an attitude and was very rude. My partner asked if we could have thighs in value pack 6 which she said no rudely and then we done everything separately and I paid and that was fine $50.60. We were diss missing the attitude she had unti. Our meal was finished and then my partner asked

for a tray because we were eating in and she was like just eat it like that in the bag yelled, he asked her what was her problem and she was annoyed because he was asking for that and he asked for plate and a cup. Anyway I had enough! I was furious! I started yelling at her and swore aswell. The disrespect she had towards us, it felt like she was looking down on us. I told her get [censored]ed, how dear you talk down to us if you don’t like this job why do you work here and I also was swearing hardout to her over the moon. Actually a lot of your workers here in kaitaia are [censored]n rude as [censored]. Disgusting! I told her to [censored] off back to her country aswell. Omg she ruined our whole morning, I never ever do this either. I’m going to social media sort your guys [censored]n staff out. Here in Kaitaia! Watch and listen on your CCTV cameras. Below this is the person who must just hate her [censored]n job.

KFC Food order

I ordered KFC yesterday from Valley Drive Gravesend. The order was a zinger meal and a normal chicken meal totalling £22. The food was over an hour and a half late and absolutely freezing cold and inedible. I constantly tried to call the restaurant with no answer. I have been trying to contact someone for assistance as this is absolutely unacceptable especially in the middle of a cost of living crisis. I spoke to Just Eat who were as helpful as a chocolate teapot and have tried calling the restaurant again. I feel a full refund is required or some sort of compensation. I wouldn’t even feed that food to my dog I could have cried when it arrived as a takeaway is a treat for us. Please can someone sort this out asap thank you

KFC Chicken

I went through the drive way of KFC in Chattanooga on the third street the chicken was under cooked with the flour still showing. I love KFC but this is the third time at this location where you just don't want any chicken. The KFC on Gunbarrell Rd is clean and always good food. KFC on third street Chattanooga needs to be investigated I work in a nearby hospital and was told not to go there. You may go to me Facebook and see the picture I posted. What happened to the old good KFC, this man would be very upset if he was alive that his chicken lost its touch. Vicki Davis ( Chattanooga, TN).

KFC My order I received

I have just been to the kfc in manvers rotherham and I ordered

chips,

bbq bites,

2 corns

2 hot wings

Gravy

Paid £9.04

Got all the way home to find that I didn't even have my chips in the bag, really annoyed. Tried to call the store and constantly ringing for ages and no answer. This is not good service for such a small order and to forget chips of all things!

This is twice this has happened at this store now within a week.

Desired outcome: I want my money back for my order and for the store to be told that they need to scrub up and take more notice of customers orders. Always forgetting things.

KFC Service

Yesterday I arrived in the KFC in Taunton after my son had left the hospital. We got there at 3:45. The shop was empty. I stood where it out orders nobody came to me people then behind me were getting served because they were on the clipboard, and then I said is anybody serving over here please young lad came, took the man’s order, given him his order and then walked away and left me still stood there so after 17 minutes of standing I said to the next lad is anybody serving he said I will be with you in a minute which you did came took my order was fine I was eating in sat down nothing to eat food with so I had to go back to the counter and asked for something to put the food on to eat off sat back down then realise he didn’t give me any cups to drink out of not happy at all so all in all 17 minutes of waiting around. If the shop was busy yes I understand but it was empty, the service was awful thank you

KFC Missing and incorrect order and missing utensils

Good day. We bought a Dunked crunch meal and a Fully loaded Zinger box meal, dine in at KFC Peppergrove Mall Wednesday at 17h20 order number 2436. My chicken was missing in the dunked crunch meal and there was no salt, my husband went back and they gave the dryest centre breast ever and the salt was out of stock. No spoon with the mash and gravy given, so went back to ask for a spoon, only to realise that it was gravy only when back at the table. Had to go and change that again. Then bit into the Zinger to find out that it was a regular fillet. Imagine having to get up 4 times to go and correct mistakes that were made due to negligence and having to eat cold food. The service sucked and no amount of short staff or whatever excuses they made up could ever make this right. I had missing stuff in orders before, but this time it was simply too much not to complain. The service at KFC Peppergrove mall sucks and this is my last.

KFC Missing items and half full sides

We went to visit family in Palatka Florida for my sons 18th birthday last week. My husband got a meal from the drive through for the dinner as thats what my son wanted. He ordered the 12 piece chicken with 3 sides and added 2 more sides. When we went to set up we found the sides were only half full, even the extras he got, on top of that there were no biscuits. :( It's a bit of a drive to Palatka so I told him I would go but they didn't give him a receipt, I checked all the bags. I Planned to look the transaction up on out bank app but of course he used cash. I know it's too late to resolve the situation now but I had to contact you to file a complaint. We live paycheck to paycheck so that meal was a big deal for my sons birthday. I'm sure it doesn't sound like much for other families but for us its a big deal. Especially since we were already spending so much in gas for the trip. I understand mistakes happen but this was only part accident. They knew they were only filling up the sides half way.

Desired outcome: A voucher for a replacement meal would be an ideal solution. I would also like the manager of the Palatka Fl KFC to get a copy of the complaint so this doesn't keep happening.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the food that was given to me with this order. I am dissatisfied, that when I got home, the order did not have the gravy that I bought, so I called the store, and the girl told me that KFC does not give refunds, How could I get a refund, I didn't even get the product that I was supposed to receive, instead she told me to come get the gravy another day, I did not plan this party for another day, and I live too far to go back on the day I was supposed to get it. Your employee has a very bad disposition, and if KFC does have a policy not to give customers monies back for something they did not Receive, shame on them, and i will not participate any longer. I will take my business ElseWare. Thank You for allowing me to vent and have a magnificent day.

KFC Service

I ordered at Commercial road in P.E on the 24th of March at 21:42 as I wright this complaint it's 22:34 and I haven't received my order but the employees are busy standing, laughing and some are packing products instead of serving customers. This is the worst experience ever. Your employees need to be customer centric. The lady who was taking my order Anesipho is literally working alone whilst others are relaxing.

KFC Staff

We are regular customer of KFC, 6-8 times visitor, every time when we reach KFC after 10:00 staff refuse to deliver chicken items,

And pretend that this is late time we can’t deliver order,

We have came from 6 kilometres to eat food with my children but we are now unable to get food.

Also one staff mis behave us like we are asking food for free.
