very poor service
On the 11 November 2015 we ordered a meal for our family, they told us that it would not take longer than an hour. After an hour I phoned just to be told it should be here in ten mins. After another ten mins I phoned just to be told that the driver left thirty minutes ago. I then cancelled my order and phoned the Customer Care Centre who said the call was recorded and the service is unacceptable and they would send me a reference number. Which I am still waiting for. So nothing has been done about it.

Good evening I just order a Grilled twister from this KFC, what a terrible meal, it is tasteless, I can't even finish eat. To think I missed your twister and this is what I get, I was one of those people who thought you can't go wrong with KFC, now am not so sure. I have never been so disappointed.

My wife and I ordered for a delivery at 7:20pm on line. We were given a time for delivery of 8:07pm EST. At approximately 7:42pm I received a phone call from a staff member at the site that I had ordered from stating that my order would be at LEAST another hour past the time that I had placed my order. This is the SECOND time that this location has done this to me. I will never place another delivery order through KFC again.

Your store at Deer Valley and 67th Ave. is a disgrace. I walked in, looked at the menu and had a question. The clerk was as unprofessional as it gets. He said something to the effect that all of your questions are answered on the menu above. When I tried to detail my question he said "did you want to order or take up time"! I am 72 years old and resent this attitude from a punk that thinks he is better than me.

On July 23, 2015, I wrote a letter of complaint on the KFC website concerning a wrong order from the Southport, NC location. As this is a tourist town and the establishment is located several miles away, I took the time to write this complaint. I tried to call the restaurant but all I got was a fax machine. By the time I tried to contact the restaurant and wrote the complaint, our food was cold, most of my order was wrong and not edible.
Several days later, I had not received a reply of any kind and I called the customer service number listed on the website. The lady on the line, who was not very courteous, told me she was sorry that this had happened and she would contact the regional office and the matter would be taken care of immediately. A week later, I still had not received a call or anything, so I called again. Another representative assured me that she would contact the regional office and I would hear from someone immediately.
Today, several weeks later, I still have not had a response. I called a third time. Got the very same answer. I asked to talk to a supervisor. She gave me the same answer: We are so sorry that you had to wait, we are not ignoring you, we will contact the regional office and they will respond immediately. I still have not heard.
I have lost faith in KFC.
I am retired and $12.79 for a meal is a treat for us. I don’t make $100, 000 a year. If I did I wouldn’t eat at KFC. I realize you are a billion dollar corporation, but you seem to forget that the majority of that billion dollars come from people like me. The way your customer service department has treated me is shameful. If you have so many complaints that they cannot be answered by this time, no one should eat at KFC anyway. If my complaint is without merit, I deserve at least a phone call telling me so. I have been a customer for years, since I was a little boy. If this is the way complaints are handled, you have become arrogant and belittling to your customers. Perhaps you should take a few moments to look at your customer service practices. It needs a lot of reformation. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had, either in retail or restaurant practices. I don’t expect this type of treatment from an establishment like KFC.

On the 10th September 2015 20:52, I purchased 2 x streetwise two at the Kyalami Boulevard branch.The cashier at the drive through window sold me the chicken however when I got to the collection window the Cashier told me that they are out of chicken and I have to wait 20 -15 minutes for a new batch to be cooked.I waited (15 minutes) for the chicken and arrived home 5 minutes afterwards (ate the chicken for dinner), then went to bed.I woke up with a stomach ache and diarrhoea.I have no been able to eat anything since, been having diarrhoea and stomach pains for three days now.Surviving on water and fruits. This is my second visit to KFC Talladega, Alabama in recent weeks and it is rapidly going down hill. I ordered a $5 box, the server suggested strawberry lemonade since they did not have the lemonade (the old one before - I think it was minute maid) drink I wanted. She also proceeded to charge me an extra .30 for the drink. They did not have water so they gave my co-worker some "flavored water" (water with strawberry syrup). Really, KFC that lemonade and strawberry lemonade are two of the worst I have ever tasted in the history of restaurant drinks. What person on your team really thought these drinks were tasty? Where has the quality gone in your restaurant? Just be aware there is a Popeye's Restaurant and Zaxby's Restaurant opening less than two blocks away. I would step up my game if I were KFC Corporate.

KFC literally robbed us and im sure many other people of the same . i called to place a delivery ([protected]) so i bought 2 x colnel meals 1 x zinger burger meal and 1 mini twister . they charge me R53.90 for each meal the meal is supposed be R42 even they charged us R45 that would have been fine so what they did was they charged me an additional R11 per meal and said it was for the coke . the coke was supposed to be included in the meal . KFC Franchise Applications are not entertained, and website carries a message " no franchise enquiries at this time" and this message has been there for more than 2 years, telephonic conversationsare cut short with the same message, the funny part is they are franchising out to many places during this period! what i want to know is, who is responsible for this below the table, not so transparent deals? and why? He is the worse impersonator i have ever seen. There is no one that can imitate the colonel so please don't try. It died with the colonel. on 6 June we went to the kfc outlet in hemingways mall east London, before we even walked in the door we saw that there was cool drink bottles, kfc boxes, chicken bones and used serviettes lying all over the tables out side where the customers are suppose to be sitting for their meals. When we walked inside there was a queue of people waiting to be served and there was only one person asisting. When we finally did get to the front the staff member then decided that she had to leave the people to stand while she picked up a few things from inside the store. The others staff were walking around the store or just chatting. Once we got our meal we went to sit outside where we had to clear the tables ourselves in order to have somewhere clean to eat. This is also not the first time that this store has looked so neglected. I will not be going back there and will definitely not advise others to either. Utterly disgusted.
1hr delay on the orders and unprofessional service
I ordered a 12 piece chicken delivery service from KFC on 10th June 2015, requested that it has be arriving at 12 noon 11th June 2015. I also got a confirmation from the staff in the morning about the delivery item, time, and address on 11th June morning. However i have wait until 12.15pm, still did not receive any call from KFC.
I decided to call KFC at 03-[protected]. Not sure which branch is this, they said that driver has already took off at 11.45am and there might be some delay at Sri Hartamas and thus causing the delay. I have a whole bunch of colleagues waiting while they are having dominoes pizza, I agreed and understood that i have to wait due to the rain (although there was no rain at my area, but i do not about Sri Hartamas.)
All of us waited, and called KFC at about 1230pm, 1245pm to find out about the status. Worst of all the food were finished and all of us were still not full. At 1245pm there was a lady calling from 03-[protected], said that it will take another 15 mins as the driver was not familiar with the road.
Then here came the 'best' customer service i have ever faced in my life. I apologised to the staff as i might sounded unpleasant because i had waited so long just for my lunch. she asked me if i we were willing to wait, we were enraged. However, there were few questions we had and caused us to have such unpleasant experience with the Bad customer service KFC has:
1. Why are you hiring a driver which does not know the area at all ? Heavy rain and therefore you were late for 45 mins -1 hrs ? There is also no intention telling us when is the ETA, only willing to telll 15 mins everytime i asked about.
2. When we asked "if there is a mean that i can file a complain". This lady sounded funny and answered back "Thank you, terima kasih, and bye bye" and cut down the line, which really made us so angry. This is the worst service i had with the F&B industry. I think it would be great to just apologise if your service is late. However, this lady tried to sound funny and really made the customer had a very bad impression with the KFC. It is unprofessional and bad service. She has no means that the staff would like to apologise for the delay, and even tried to take customer's complain as a joke.
We seriously think that there can be a lot of improvement with the KFC, especially when it comes to customer complain handling.

I ordered snack plate take away. When I reached home there were no chicken inside the box. Only have bun, potato whips & coslow. Can u imagine what to eat? KFC but no chicken? I cannot accept the employee said she forgot to put in the chicken because that is their main menu. How can she forgot? She say sorry but her face don't shown she was regret. On Jan. 7th, 2015 at around 4pm I went to a KFC in Vicforville, CA., At Managosa near Bear Valley Rd. I ordered a Chicken Breast meal which I had a coupon for. I also ordered an unsweened Ice tea. (3 times) When I finallly got to fhe window I asked the young man if he was giving me unsweetened ice tea and he said yes. Then I asked him for equal, splenda or sweet and low sweetener and he said he didn't have anything like it. When I got home I put my unsweefener in my ice tea and discovered it was the sweetened ice tea. Being a diabetic I disgarded it. Went to eat my meal and no fork, or napkins. I think someone needs to retrain this young man.
