Took my Kia in for a quick fix on Nov. 21st, it's been a hot minute and I still don't have it back yet. Every time I give them a ring they let me know they broked something else trying to fix the problem and gotta wait for a new part. No loaner car for me, either.

Kia of Des Moines did a repair on my daughter's car's short block on July 26th, 2022, under the *** warranty coverage. It cost nearly $6000. But on August 15th, the head gasket blew and her car broke down. She got stuck on the interstate. After investigation, they found that the cylinder head had become warped due to overheating. I told them that when the head gasket blew, oil spilled on the interstate due to which the car overheated and caused damage. But they refused to take responsibility and quoted nearly $4800 to fix the car. After many discussions, they agreed to split the cost of inspection of the car's head. They performed repair work on it costing around $1700 without taking permission. We were unhappy with the repair quality and didn't want the same problem to occur again. Even so, my daughter had to pay $1700 to get the car back. We feel that their initial repair work caused the need for the second repair and that they should have paid for it.

I gots my car from KIA of Des Moines on February 12th, 2022. I got me a 2014 *** LTZ. I put $5000 down, thinkin' I was gettin' a car without no mechanical issues. But nah, dey lied to me. My paperwork ain't done right and they ain't givin' me the right info. They didn't give me the car fax for a whole month, and they ain't wanna talk to me. By the time dey did, it was too late to return da car or negotiate nothin'. Dey sold me a busted car overpriced by thousands of dollars, with body damage dey fibbed about. The finance was different from what dey advertised. Dey done some quick and dirty repairs, but it weren't done right. Dey even cleared out the error codes on purpose to trick me. And now me and my wife be gettin' hounded by different loan handlers, messin' up our credit. This ain't right, and it ain't legal neither. Folks go to jail for falsifying odometer readings! And dey didn't even show me no buyers' guide neither. I won't stand for it. I ain't gonna let *** rob me and put me and my family in danger. Plus, da car was way overpriced according to the honest blue book evaluation. Dey done me dirty, y'all.

I got in a car crash in June , so my car went to *** which sent it to Kia of Des Moines. But Kia of Des Moines didn't recalibrate the sensors right and sent it back with broken sensors. *** brought it back to Kia of Des Moines to do it right. After the fix, I noticed that the blind spot system wasn't working right and I had to talk to Whinny at *** of DSM to get it fixed. But she said I had to bring it in so they could test the electrical stuff. So *** of DSM put in a new button, but it still wasn't working right. Then Kia of Des Moines tried to replace some harnesses and said it was covered by warranty, but it still didn't fix the button.
I got a rental car from Nationwide 'cause it wasn't my fault, but then they said they wouldn't pay for it anymore 'cause Kia of Des Moines changed some stuff under warranty. Kia of Des Moines hasn't given me a loaner car and I don't know when I'll get my car back. *** of DSM has had it since October 29.
