Evening of 08/16, I obtained 2 TrueCar Vehicle offer certificates for the purchase of 2022 Telluride, VIN:5XYP5DHC6NG210576(Stock# NKLXXXXXX). 1st Offer obtained using my credit union's Auto Buying Service/TrueCare Platform, $50,920. 2nd offer obtained through TrueCar website directly, $51,619 which included dealer fee of $599. (Offer Code 3G5FVXJRW). Both offers were sent to me via email distributed by TrueCar on the behalf of Nalley Kia. Based on the receipt of both of these offers I decided to take off work (08/17) the next day to visit the dealership with the full intention of purchasing this vehicle at this price or less, if still available. Vehicle was still available when I arrived. Dealership would not honor the TrueCar certificate offers. Price offer provided at dealership included $7,000 price adjustment. Dealer is using deceptive advertisement practices, not meeting contractual obligations as Certified TrueCar Dealer. Dealer provides the prices to TrueCar.

I purchased a car from Nalley Kia, on 10/03
I purchased a car from Nalley Kia, on 10/03. The only reason I went through with the purchase was because I was reassured I could refinance loan. 'm writing this complaint on behalf of myself *** L. ***. I purchased a 2019 Kia Optima S, from Nalley Kia on 10/03. My salesperson was Rodney *** and the manager who assisted in the process was Clive ***. Now, there were some issues with numbers and the monthly payment that I was willing to pay and this is where Clive *** came in, he told me "If you could afford the payments for 6 months, then after 6 months you can get the vehicle refinanced." Now, as a customer who is unaware about the refinance process, I'm being instructed and given information by a sales manager whom is well established in his career. So I agreed, I purchased the vehicle under the impression of getting it refinanced in 6 months. Now here is the problem, I went to get the vehicle refinanced and found out that I couldn't. I was instructed by another salesman, when I went to another Kia dealership and allowed him to review my paperwork from Nalley Kia, upon review I was informed "you would have never been able to refinance this vehicle, your salesman was only trying to sale you the car and he sold you a lie." He explained to me loan to value and how with the amount of negative equity, that's in the car, I would not be able to refinance the car. He explained that selling the dream of a refinance is another push that salesman use when they only care about the sale and not the customer. I feel as if the sales practices by Nalley Kia and Clive *** as a sales manager were completely unprofessional and unethical. I reached out to *** (General Manager, Nalley Kia) via email on 06/26 to address the complaint and he hasn't responded to address my complaint. I would have never gone through with the purchase had I known I could not refinance the car.

I went to Nalley Kia in *** on Monday (1/03/2022) to purchase a used car (2016 Kia *** I paid a $2000 down payment and traded in my 2010 *** Odyssey. My children and I left around 4:30 to head home (Monroe) when we got to Walnut *** station) the car stalled (in the middle of the road) and the check engine light came on and the rpm stayed on 0. I turned it off and back on to try to get it to move into the parking lot. It did go into the gas station I went up to 20 mph with no rpm movement. I called the dealership and they had it towed back to them, my husband left work and picked up my children and myself to go back to the dealership. Upon arriving there they apologized and gave me a loaner and said they would call me when they find out what's going on with my car. No communication on Tuesday. On Wednesday at 12pm I called and spoke with *** and he said that the car was ready but they could not find anything wrong with it. He then stated that his service manager drove it home and back (50 miles each way) and nothing was wrong with the vehicle that I could come and pick it up. My children and I go to pick up the car after speaking with him. I asked 4 different times if my car was safe for my children to be in, with the situation that just happened. I was assured numerous times that it was. We get in the car and leave, we made it to the turning lane to get on I-20 and the car does the exact same thing with someone behind us who had to run off the road to keep from hitting us. I turned it off and back on and pulled into the quick trip on ***. One of their employees brought me the rental back and drove my car back with his Hazards on. I took a video of me trying to get it into the quick trip parking lot. After looking at my video , I noticed the mileage and only 22 miles were put on that vehicle since I purchased it and I put the 22 miles on it. I feel like no one cares that myself along with my 2 CHILDREN were put it danger.

After being told I could bring in a faulty battery for replacement, I was then told the car was needed along with the battery
After being told I could bring in a faulty battery for replacement, I was then told the car was needed along with the battery. I specifically stated to the parts department and the service scheduler that I was only bringing the battery since the car won't start. After arriving I was told the car was needed. After going back and forth with the service advisor, I asked for the service manager, she said fine then promptly went outside to assist another customer. I asked some other employees who were standing near by for the service manager and was then told he had gone home for the day. I almost walked away but then decided to ask for ANY manager. To my surprise and disappointment, the general manager ***, was standing by the entire time and witness my entire conversation. Not once did he interject nor offer to assist. He only spoke up when I asked for another manager. This was totally unbelievable. After expressing my disappointment and asking why he didn't speak up sooner, he got upset and simply restated what I had already been told as if he had no time for me. Our conversation got somewhat heated so I decided it was best to walk away. This manager actually began to step towards me as if he might get physical. No battery is worth that... Presently I'm trying to get the receipt from their parts department so that I can purchase a new battery from another dealership and have it prorated or replaced for free. I've been told by Justin, who works in the parts department that he emailed the receipt to Kia of Morrow as I requested yesterday but they have not seen it. I then asked him to email it to me and I've yet to receive it. I don't think they have any interest in helping me resolve this issue. I've had past customer service issues with this dealership which is why I currently get my car serviced elsewhere. I only stopped by because it was so convenient and since I was simply picking up a new battery, I figured they could handle that without any problems. I was totally wrong.
