I received a notification that 39.97 was charged to my account . when I had not even used my card. when i called customer services they told me because it was pending that they could not do anything for me. leaving me with alomst nothing in my account for the weekend with no money for food or anything else. this is the 2nd time that something like this has happened and it took a month to get my money back last time. this time i dont have it to just forget about it until i get it back. i littlerly have no way to feed my family . at this point i feel like kikoff is stealing my money. any other bank can and will stop payment when it comes to fraud. i cant even trust kikoff with my money.this is not right and im so disapointed in this company that its ok to do this and let a family go with food when the money is rightfully the customers. date of this happening is 11/10/2023
i am canceling my work deposits asap due to i cant trust yall with a little bit of money much less my full check that i just had changed it to at the begiain of the week. so disappointed in the way your banking is being handled
