K&K Insurance Group I was told to send a form to cancel my policy on 2/18, which I did on 2/19/202020 to start on 2/28

I was told to send a form to cancel my policy on 2/18, which I did on 2/19/202020 to start on 2/28. I didn't get any confirmation from the company reps even though I checked on 2/29, 3/20, and 4/2. So, I haven't received any cancellation notice or refund. The system got my email, as I got an automated reply, but no confirmation from customer service.

K&K Insurance Group I bought insurance for a clinic

I bought insurance for a clinic. I needed some changes, so I emailed them to ask for a call back (7/1). They replied back on 7/8. I called them on Friday (7/9) and they told me I could only make changes through *** and it could take *** business days. I needed the policy revised by Monday (7/12). I made the requested change and told them that if they couldn't make the change by the following Monday, I would cancel the policy. I made this request on Friday (7/9). Furthermore, I emailed them again on Monday (7/12) to request a refund because they couldn't make the changes for a policy that was supposed to start on July 12th. According to their website, refunds can be given if cancelled on or before the effective date (July 12th). I have sent several emails since then, but I haven't received any response or the refund I requested. I had to buy a different policy from another company because they couldn't provide me with the updated changes by the effective date.

K&K Insurance Group My son got hurt playing baseball for Stafford Baseball League on 4/13

My son got hurt playing baseball for Stafford Baseball League on 4/13. His two front teeth got knocked out for good. K&K insurance knew about the accident, the cost of the treatment plan, and that he couldn't get dental implants until he stopped growing, which usually happens at age 21 for guys. In 2019, I contacted K&K Insurance to tell them that my son was starting the long process of getting dental implants. But they said no to the claim. They claimed they were only responsible for medical expenses within 52 weeks from the accident date. My son had to get braces, surgery to realign his jaws, and now he can finally replace his two front teeth with implants. Even though it's been more than 52 weeks, K&K Insurance should pay for what my dental insurance won't cover for the implants. They were told about the accident and treatment costs within the specified time.

K&K Insurance Group I bought an Event Policy from WedSafe on 9/20, policy number: ***, and K&K insurance is the underwriter

I bought an Event Policy from WedSafe on 9/20, policy number: ***, and K&K insurance is the underwriter. The policy is for my son's wedding reception, which was originally scheduled for 9/5 but got rescheduled to 7/3 at ***, Springfield, VA-22150. I received an email on 8/19 from Mr. *** of *** firm, saying that *** at Springfield has closed down and filed for bankruptcy. I contacted WedSafe on 8/21 about the bankruptcy and they told me to reach out to K&K insurance. So, on 8/24, I emailed K&K insurance. Some *** replied and asked for the contracts with ***. I emailed them back with supporting documents, explaining that the events won't happen because of the venue's bankruptcy. I didn't hear back until the first week of October when I called K&K and followed up with an email. Then, on 10/12, *** told me that I didn't send her receipts of ***. I don't understand why the insurance company needs my payment receipts when I asked them to contact *** directly. I can't contact them because their attorney doesn't allow lenders to reach out due to the Bankruptcy law. Also, I want K&K insurance to pay the full amount mentioned in the *** contract for this event, along with the money I paid to other vendors. I can provide their contracts if needed. I also wrote to their CEO Todd Bixtler, but haven't received a response. I believe that K&K insurance is conducting unethical business practices in Virginia and victimizing citizens like me. Please investigate their business practices.

K&K Insurance Group Don't buy insurance from K&K Insurance!

Don't buy insurance from K&K Insurance! They'll rip you off! I got general and football accident insurance for my son, who plays high school football. He sprained his ankle on Sep 21, 2021, and the doctor's bill was $568.67. But this stupid insurance was useless when I needed it! It's secondary insurance, so I had to pay upfront and then file a claim with K&K for reimbursement. It made me so mad to pay upfront. And it took four months to process my claim. The time I spent on it was probably worth more than $568.67. K&K Insurance seemed to want me to give up. Finally, they said they're only responsible for ***% ($213.60) of the total bill ($568.67). They say it's based on the school district's fee schedule! But I can't find that fee schedule anywhere in my insurance documents. It seems like K&K Insurance is hiding it on purpose. They never told me how much they would cover. Is there any insurance that only covers ***% ($213.60) of the total bill ($568.67)? But K&K calls it insurance! They never explained clearly that it's secondary insurance, the coverage percentage, or the school district's fee schedule. If they had, I wouldn't have bought their policy. It's just a rip-off!
