I ordered 2 night gowns on kohl.com on11/11/23

After waiting over 3weeks I called their customer service dept to find out when I could expect my delivery. I was told to wait until Dec.5th. I called again a few days after that date and this time I did chat instead. The agent insisted I would receive said pkg in 48 hours. I asked for a tracking number and after trying to locate said order the tracking number showed that the package NEVER LEFT THE WAREHOUSE. I called today 12/11/23 insisting to speak to a supervisor and the person flatly refused to get me one. After I became extremely upset he supposed went to connect me to one - but alas none was available. He swore one would call me back. I asked for a refund. No one EVER called me back, as I suspected. I just now noticed that the refund they will be sending me is missing $8.93. Adding insult to injury. First and last time I buy anything from kohl. Can you please help me get my full refund cause now I have to buy those items somewhere else! Thanks. Debi garcia ferry
