Online when you pull up the item it count up one price and when you add it to your cart, it's another amount. I called and talked to three different employees of Kohl's. After about an hour on the phone, I was told by the first guy I dealt with that I didn't have an account with your company. About an hour, she found the website that I was on.
The second person I talked to for about an hour, she found the website that I was on, her ID is 1B3D, I didn't get the ID on them, that first guy I spoke to was really stupid and sorry for me saying that, I asked him several times to transfer me to another customer service person and he refused to. He kept saying I didn't have an account.
He insisted I didn't have an account I gave him my phone number, address, email, everything he asked, and he kept saying I didn't have an account. The third person I talked to well she didn't even try to help me. She just said well or something like that that's what the website site said, no help at all.
I told all three I can't help what the court said I have it on the website, I asked if I could send them a picture they said no. I told them I can't help it, that went right and I should get it for the price on the website one at $ 47.04 and one at $12.48 because you buy one and get one for half price.
I'm with you because they or your company should do the right thing and make it right. I've been a customer of Kohl's as long as I can remember, and I have a charge card since 2013.
