found wire in product
I mixed everything together using a wooden spoon, dished it out into plastic bowls and when I went to put salt on it I saw something shiny in my bowl. I took it out and it was a piece of wire. It disgusted me so bad that I wouldn't eat or let the kids eat any. If that's the kind of stuff we will be finding in Kraft products I don't think we will be buying anymore. I will make this public. Other customers need to be aware of what they may find. What if I would have just taken a bite and not looked before I started to shake the salt on? I am so glad I did look.

the commercial is making the children think that they will be locked in a prison
I'm complaining about the commercials Jello temptation.I find these commercials to cruel, disturbing, and awful. I feel this should be removed because of the message it is putting out. I think it's scary children to the point that they will no longer or be to scared to eat this Jello or any kind for that matter. I think this sending a bad message about parents. To me and my mother its making it seem like they care more about the pudding then their children. I am not a mother but I found it to be mean and stupid. The commercial is making the children think that they will be locked in a prison more less if they eat the Jello or something bad will happen if they eat. Under any circumstance will I be buying any products from Kraft until this commercial is either changed or removed.
offensive jello temptation commercials
I was comforted to see when I started searching the web that I amnot the only one to find the latest series of Jellp Temptation Commercials totally offensive and bordering on child abuse. I can't believe how low you have sunk since the innocent days of Cosbt and Pudding Pops. What is your thinking? When did lying, scaring and threatened children become a sound tactic for selling a "whoelsome" product? This premise escapes me and you have lost a customer forever. I hope the negative feedback from thse series of abusing ads hits you sqyarly where it counts, your financial statements. I hope that somewhere there is someone who could get you to pull these ads and issue an apology to all those you have offended and the innocent children you have so negative affected.
you are disgusting and I will never purchase your product again
You should be ashamed of yourself trying to scare children about eaitng their parent's desserts. You make a child-oriented product, yet vocalize some of young children's worst fears of falling, being tied up, never, ever coming back, etc. You are disgusting and I will never purchase your product again. I also will inform all of my Facebook friends, especially ones with children, to boycot your product until you apologize to the children. Shame, shame, shame.
You've got some serious hangups leftover from childhood.
I will never buy kraft food product again
Your company has stooped to an all time low.in a world where there is terrorism and fear lurking everywhere for our children. Where there are bullies hurting children in our schools and then you dare to stoop so low to bully children in a commercial of scary and intimidating parents. I will never buy kraft food product again! All of the sick profits from the temptation product better go to the 1 in 4 children in america.
I will no longer purchase any products your company makes
I can not believe my eyes when viewing television lately. Your commercials for Jello Temptations are just unbelievable! Why on earth would you market a product, that when viewed by young children, would scare the living daylights out of them and possibly scar them for life when seeing a commercial about something that a parent might want just for themselves? Children are so vulnerable in learning from adults, and where you might believe this is good marketing. It's just in bad humor. Did you consult with Hershey to see what their philosophy of a chocolate monster is? Who knows, maybe they will sue you because of lagging sales because children will no longer eat chocolate any more! Personally speaking, when I was a child, "Don't touch!" was all I needed to hear from my parents when it came to items they didn't want me to have. Until these commercials are removed from viewing, I will no longer purchase ANY products your company makes! I am sure there are other parents who will agree with me on this.
Special ordered bathroom vanity cabinet from Lowes in early August 2017. Took 5 1/2 weeks to get it, was supposed to be delivered to store within 4 weeks. I had a contract with a bathroom renovator who was to start October 15, who stipulated that the vanity had to be ready to install when he started the project, and he would not remedy any problems with the vanity. He required a sizeable deposit, so cancellation was a problem.
When brought home and opened up in mid-September, the single central door was out of alignment vertically by 1/4 inch, the sets of three doors on either side were also out of alignment vertically by 1/4 inch, the rail along the upper back was bowed outwards by 3/8 of an inch, the left-hand side panel was bowed inwards by 1/4 inch, the left-hand upper cabinet was not fastened to the back rail, the only wood screws supplied were 10-2 1/2 inches long(required only 2 screws 3/4 inch!). None of the cabinet hardware could be installed as all of the screws supplied were either too long or too short.
Lowes was prepared to take it back and re-order, but as I explained I had only about 3 weeks to have the vanity repaired or replaced. The said it could not be replaced in time, as did Kraft Maid's so-called "customer service". They generously offered to send the correct screws, when received only 2 were usable. No offer to correct the other deficiencies!
Lowes, some days later sent a staff member to my home, and with my assistance and personal collection of assorted hardware, he did some "fixes".
I am not at all pleased, especially with Kraft Maid's so-called "customer service". The just could not give a ***! Last time I will buy a Kraft Maid product!
This is a package of cookies entitled "10 Portion Packs - 2 Cookies per pack". 1 of those packets contained only 1 cookie. I know that this must seem trivial to your company, but I work in Sort/Inspection, and this is what I am trained to spot. In my family, the male members each receive 1 packet of cookies in their lunch. They really look forward to that addition to their lunch box.
Just thought that I would bring this to your attention!
Yours truly,

I will never buy your products especially jello temptations
I will never buy your products especially jello temptations. Your commercials are absolutely horrible. What were you thinking showing a commercial scaring children. Terrible!
Are you being forced to watch these commercials? Do you only have one channel on your TV? Dont quite understand what your complaint is all about? Are you forcing your children to watch these commercials? Would think these commercials if they are so upsetting to you that you would pick up your remote and change the channel?
I did not like or enjoy this so called cheese dinner
If we / I intended to be healthy / loose weight; I would not, will never recommend this food product. There 's hardly any adequate proteins, cheese, other wise healthy caloric fiber in this package, because you've added corn starch & breading Southerners, no Americans should eat this, Now, I know most foods today prepared and not, on the shelf or otherwise should be eaten with at least 5-7 fresh raw fruits and vegetables including { herbs}, too. My complaint is that you should recommend adding to this dinner on your package vital veggies, fruit, fiber, and esp herbs + minerals or Do Not Eat this alone as dinner, Thanks
who cares? it's comfort food. nobody has to eat healthy 24/7/365
human hair inside my cheese package
I purchased these a pack of 12 mozzarella and cheddar cheese twists. Each of the twists is individually packed inside the larger package.
I was shocked to see a hair inside the package of one of the twists. Not sure how your manufacturing process let hair (human or animal) enter into the process. Needless to say I have not eaten any of the twists because its simply disgusting. I have tucked it away in my fridge as proof to show to Kraft.
If it is within the allowed return policy for the store. Return it to the store and either get a refund for it or get a new one if you want.
deli fresh turkey bone shards
Purchased two containers of the Turkey "Deli Fresh" item for making my kids sandwiches. I pulled out the rolls and began slicing them into strips every 1/2 inch. I sprinkled them into a burrito wrap. My son took one bite and claimed his had bones in it. I said no it doesn't it's just the lettuce or maybe a piece of tomato. I then heard my husband and daughters say the same thing. This time I listened. I took apart their sandwiches and looked at the meat. Yes, it was bone and lots of it! Because I cut it without unrolling the pre rolled slices I didn't feel it or see it. Wow, it could have been alot worse cutting their gums etc. I am throwing out both boxes and trying to get in touch with Oscar Mayer for a refund of the 3.99 each. Needless to say, we've all decided to go with a different brand of turkey meat from now on.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I've had issues with the Deli Fresh coldcuts, the maple ham is full of fat and gristle, I don't recall it being this way before. I'm talking the last 6 packages all have been gross.
Same issue as the first, Bone Shards in the pack of Deli Fresh Turkey I recently bought.
Our family has bought Oscar Meyer products for years. The last two months we have thrown out weiners that smell so bad when you cook them. Not just a little bad, but bad. We bought them at a Wal-Mart Super center so I assume the meat boxes are well maintained and the meat had good expiration dates on them. Has Oscar Meyer dropped their quality? We're going to start using Hebrew products.
fully cooked bacon
Since oscar mayer has changed the box, so that the customer can no longer see what they are getting the oscar mayer fully cooked bacon has gone from bad to worse! I am very disappointed in the way the quality of this product has declined. I have notice the bacon getting narrower and more miss-shaped. This last box purchased was the worst! Not only was the bacon very narrow, it had so much fat on it that one box of "15" slices yielded only 10 slices with some meat on them, and it was so clumped together and broken apart it was difficult to separate. Therefore, I will no longer waste my money on this product until they improve the quality and put the window back in the box. I will also be telling others not to trust the quality of this product. This product was very good and a time saver. But I will go back to buying regular bacon and cooking it ahead and freezing it like I used to, and it will not be oscar mayer bacon either!
I purchased this in clintwood va about a week ago its discolored and has a hole thru it.
My wife and I have purchased Oscar Products for decades. Lately we have been buying the Mega packets of Center cut bacon and lately the cuts of each slice in the last three we bought have been inconsistent they have been very thin to almost translucent. I think something must be wrong with the automatic slicer. I know that when we first bought the mega packs they were cut evenly and consistent...but, it is ridiculous to have slices that you can see through...and these slices burn quickly and shrink to less then half the raw piece. Please, can you do something to correct this problem...you can contact me via email: magiclynn@sbcglobal.net
we are upset about this quality control issue,
Mr. L. C. Craven
Just purchased some Oscar Mayer bacon -- worst bacon I have had in years-- full of fat, thin slice & fat slice, odd shapes- certainly not the quality of past - now buying Smithfield- great stuff.
I have eaten Oscar Mayer for 50 years but now I have quit.
The ready cooked bacon is now mostly fat and is more raw bacon than partly cooked. I use to cook six slices in my microwave for 40 seconds at power level 5, but now for one minute at power level 6.
Worst of all is the packaging for the ready cooked bacon. For seniors, it is virtually impossible to open by hand. The little tear strip rarely works and with arthritis, hard to grab. Just a few years ago, the ready cooked came is a plastic box with a lid but they switched to the present packaging to make more money if they could maintain sales.
I tried calling their help line this morning, and the message was I would be on hold for 120 minutes! Ridiculous!
If you want a good hot dog, buy Hebrew National For ready cooked bacon, try Boars head.
OM presently doesn't feel they have to please a retail customer which is a bad long term strategy.
I tried the XXL Smoked Hot Dogs for the first time. I like the size of the dog but really disliked the amount of salt. When I read the ingredients, salt was the 4th ingredient along with 4 other sodium ingredients. This seems excessive and masks the flavor of the meat and smokiness.
I recently purchased a package of oscar mayer beef summer sausage and it had big blobs of fat that went clear through the slice and when I picked it out left a hole clear through the slice. I did not like this at all, could you please explain this to me by e mail.
I purchased Oscar Mayer fully cooked bacon "Thick Cut". It was suppose to have 9-11 slices but only contained 10 partical pieces'. They were almost impossible to separate as the slices were anything but "Thick Cut". I do not like purchasing a product such as bacon that I can not see. The packaging was difficult to open, first the box, then the resealable porch wasn't so resealable. In the past, Oscar Mayer was a trusted brand...NOT ANYMORE! This is the second package I have been dissatisfied with. I need to contact you now and let you know that I no longer trust your brand and will go elsewhere. I hope you take this opportunity to fix your broken quality control and/or policies. Use by:07 Jan 2015 est 7202 2 14:41
worms in chocolate
Today i bought two chocolates of Cadbury Dairy milk roast Almond and Dairy milk fruit and nut from Carrefour Singapore(Suntec city). To my surprise the chocolates had worms in it. The white coloured worms and my daughter who is young ate it.
The expiry date on the chocolate is 10/10/11 and I have the reciept and chocolate intact.
I have taken the videos and the picture of the worms and luckily the chocolate was opened in a resturant and some 10-12 guests witnessed the horrifying product. I will do a stomach wash for my daughter(poor 2 year old). The videos and pictures will be uploaded to youtube and will be circulated to media.
But, i request all consumers to be careful and dont let your kids blindly eat these animals

missing product
I just opened a package of oscar mayer "fully cooked canadian bacon" which I have been purchasing from walmart for over a year. the package is supposed to contain 2 sealed packets of 7 slices each. this particular one (useby 23may2011 est20758) only contained one packet (total of 7 slices). if I am to continue purchasing this product, I expect to be compensated by oscar mayer - since this was an obvious failure of their quality control!
kraft cheese of america singles contaminated products
I recently purchased a Kraft product and found thousands of hairs right on the cheese in every single container of cheese. I got so grossed out that I had to throw away the cheese. Kraft needs to better handle products in the factory, because there should be no reason why someone washes their hands and then finds horrible hair and stuff in the cheese product. I also saw white threads in the cheese which looked like some type of plastic or string. This can kill people. Something needs to be done about how Kraft Cheese manufatures their cheese. They claim that it is the American cheese, but that's not completely true. It's American cheese gone wrong. Every time I buy this product I find hair within plastic wrap. Isn't it the slightest bit possible that Kraft wraps the cheese in closed plastic that is sealed to protect the cheese from germs and infectious diseases and infections, or better yet put the cheese in a closed container? The cheese sticks to the plastic wrap and the plastic wrapper that is open lets germs on the cheese and allows hair and other things from the air to contaminate the cheese. I say the U.S. government needs to observe the cheese more closely in stores and in factories. I get sick always after I eat this cheese, and I'm never buying this cheese again. It is disgusting and gross and icky and disgusting.

cheese packet has a hole in it.
I recently purchased a pakage of the new Kraft Macaroni & Cheese Homestyle. I opened the bag and pulled out the cheese packet and saw it has a cut in it, you can see some of the cheese sauce dried up on the packet. I am not sure how that happened because the outer bag has not been cut, no punctures at all. I would like my money back please.
You have to return it to the store of purchase with a receipt.
Did you take it back to the store where you bought it? That's where you'll get a refund or exchange.
does not care for employees
Company does not care about employees. Supervisor Danielle Mennon is by far the rudest, most incompetent person I have ever worked for. She does not care for the quality work we provide and does not care about the client we are supposed to be helping and has even said so in front of us. When she asked if I had a problem with her in front of the entire staff...

The TV ad that shows parents trying to frighten their children is beyond disgusting. Threaten children with a dark pit full of snakes and leave them there for one hundred years to sell "adult" jello. What were you thinking! Your Old English Cheese is one of my favorite things in the world and I will Never buy it or any other Kraft product again. Do you not realize that there are *** people out there who will think it is okay to try frighten children into good behavior because they "saw it on TV". What is wrong with using the word angry? I cannot believe I had to mark a Pissed button to write a negative comment. Grow up and act like adults!
I find your use of the ford "frigging" in the Miracle Whip commercial concerning artichoke dip to be completely disgusting and totally inappropriate. I really thought Kraft Foods had more class than that. The commercial was aired during the week of

premium saltines; no longer premium
Premium Saltines have so much breakage now, poor flavor, that like New Coke, this Nabisco/Kraft icon is going away if not corrected. I have tried Saltines too many times to keep finding awful crackers. I now realize this is the new cracker, despite the original looking box and my memories of childhood eating soup with my family. The brand image makes people buy with their memories. But that wears off. I now buy Kroger (their much better than the current saltines-and less $$ too).Kroger brand which ironically used to look like the Saltines are so much better. Only because Saltines have become so bad. every cracker in a sleeve breaks.Multiple lots/multiple codes. Kraft/Kroger have crossed qulaity paths. The store brand is actually better ! Saltinbes quality gone (more than down), Kroger to the bank improving. Nothing like a recession for customers to try something else. The store brand (well Kroger is so huge with their own manugfacturing( they are "a Brand"). Why would Nabisco/Kraft do this to themselves. Sales numbers have to be down. Complaints up. And the risk of not getting customers ever to return.
No wondere Private label is winning. Why would Nabisco hurt the beautiful blue box image.
the selling of expired meat
I purchased a pack of Oscar Mayer Kraft Foods Honey chopped Ham, and was preparing to put it in my salad, and discovered that it was expired. I purchased the lunch meat from Certified Warehouse grocery store in Joliet, IL, on Richard St. I was wondering if there was any type of reinburstment for the inconvience of having purchasing expired meat. i bought the meat around 6:30p-7:00p off of my link card. The upc is [protected].

maggots
Just made lunch for my friend and I and after eating half our meal we noticed small maggots attached to the noodles. I looked at the date on the box and it doesn't expire for few more months. I am beyond disgusted with this product. I wanted mac and cheese not maggots and cheese!!!

When I opened the kraft macaroni & cheese the cheese packet was opened causing it to spill into the boiling noodles.
