Yesterday i got a bad experience from kuwait airways staff, it happened in kuwait international airport terminal 4. Yesterday my mother is travelling to india from kuwait, for departure baggage check in, i proceed to check in counter no: 33. Mr. Nawaf cargo officer attended me. He asked what is inside the baggage, i replied clothes, that time he scolded me, and said not you, your mother have to give the answer. I said she doesnt know english thats why i gave the answer. Mr. Nawaf told me to open my moms baggage and told to remove shampoo& detergent solution, he said as per kuwait airways rules its not allowed in check in baggage. Last 6 years i am travelling in kuwait airways, i didnt heared this rule, i told this to him. He said if i argue with him, he will cancell my moms ticket. He behaved rudly to me. At last i have to obey him, because of his ego. I removed shampoo& detergent solution. After that i approched to kuwait airways floor manger, he said this item are allowed in check in baggage, i said i want to report this incident. They didnt take any action, they simply told me to email one complaint to kuwait airways. I insulted and mentaly harassed from kuwait airways. I send a complaint mail to kuwait airways, explained all this things, till now i didnt get any reply messages from kuwait airways. Worst experience from kuwait airways. Very bad customer service.
