I have brought 4 packets now of my usual cigarette. L&B crushballs to find over half of the cigarettes dont actually have the crushballs in. Seem to be every packet i have brought over the last 10 days.
Very disappointed as i smoke these as i enjoy the menthol part. I have always smoked your brand and never had a problem like this.

I purchased a 20 pack if your cigarettes that I have smoked for a few years, I was displeased to find one of my cigarettes had no crush ball inside and some clumpy white powder was instead (video evidence taken). I was horrified to think what I could've been smoking. I then took out another cigarettes and went to crush it and again no ball. I'm horrified to think what is also inside. I am able to send off this cigarette to your company if needs be for further investigation.

Hi me husband and i have smoked these cigarettes for a number of years and over the past couple of months more frequently the ends are beginning to fall off just as your having maybe your 3rd or 4th drag of them. It's be coming extremely annoying as we have to keep on re lighting our cigarettes again & again. We don't really want to change our brand (we do buy 40 a day aswell) but the way things are going this is becoming to cross our minds quite a bit. Thanks for reading 🙂

Bought packet of real blue from shop on lan coed road winch wen Swansea.cigarette didn't taste the same as another from different shop took them back to the shop I bought them from and was told they were bulk bought from bestway cash & carry Swansea lady put me on phone to her partner who was in another shop in gorsenion (but earlier today was told that owner was in Canada ) spoke to him told him wot was wrong as the shop in question has been selling illegal tobacco in the past he said I got it wrong there's nothing wrong with the cigarettes when I questioned him he said he wasn't the husband he was her cousin when I asked her who I was speaking to she said my brother check this store out plZ told lady I will b contacting trading standards she begged me not to hmm something not right

I am a regular smoker of your Lambert and Butler Blues. I went to light one this afternoon and noticed there was a thread protruding slightly at the end. I opened the cigarette to find quite a substantial amount of white string inside? I have smoked your cigarettes for almost 20 years and spend around £70 a week on them. I understand that the tobacco is of a lower grade, but this is unacceptable. I have attached photos.

I bought a box containing 20 cigarettes and I'd left the shop and got home. I took one out and tried to light it.

After trying and trying the cigarette would not light. I then took another one out the box and it still did not light.

I wasn't sure what to do so that's why I've done this.

I no longer have the cigarettes because I threw them in the bin not thinking.

As I am a regular smoker of crushball cigarettes I'm complaining that half my pack of 20 wasn't crushball I'm really disappointed about this as I pay about £110 a week for your product and it's making me think about changing my product of cigarettes therefore if my complaint doesn't get resolved in the near future I will definitely be considering not buying your product again

The last 4 packs I have bought 3/4 cigarettes didn't have the crushball in them to pop, I buy these as the crushball is all I can smoke, and I am very disappointed to pay all that money per pack to have faulty cigarettes, I would like this to be resolved, and recommend in the future you have different checks to ensure that you are actually putting in the cigarette packets what is advertised as currently you are false advertising as you are not selling what is advertised.

Today I purchased 20 lambert and bugle crushball
To discover that none of the cigarettes have a ball to crush inside this isn't acceptable as they taste disgusting and not at all what I expect the quality to be and a waste of money . One without I would except it to have an entire packet without what is actually the most import part as to why I choose these cigarettes

Hi I purchased a packet of Lambert and butler green from a local shop yesterday and I am not sure they are real or if they are just old packaging.. they taste strong and the Lambert and butler logo is not on the filter paper it's on the actual cigarette.. they were sold as normal price and were not from under the counter.could you please clarify this for me please

I bought 200 cigarettes at Newcastle airport when I returned home I had one packet which only had 8 cigarettes in the packet the packet was sealed still with all the wrapping I don't like to complain but for the price that you pay for cigarettes you don't expect to receive less than half a packet in a box you expect it to be full with the correct amount

Getting sick of keep paying out nearly £10 for 20 original l&b crushball when about 40% of the pack turnout to be normal l&b! Tonight is the final straw so far only 2 out of 15 have turned out to be crushball! On average I spend about £110 a week on l&b crushball and they are about to loose a customer!. Reading through other posts I'm not the only one having this problem

I recently bought a packet of cigarettes from yourselves witch usually I have no issues, but unfortunately today I bought the lambert &butler crushball to be greated by plain old lambert&butler with NO CRUSHBALL in 90% of the pack! Absolute shame as I do enjoy your crushballs!

On 21st I went to purchase my usual brand of cigarettes which I've smoked for many years. When I opened the packet many of the cigarettes were stained with a brown/yellow colour like something had spilled on them or they got wet. I have taken photos as it was on several of the cigarettes. The cigarettes aren't packed fully neither so you light one up and you realise you have burning paper on yourself with a quarter of the cigarette burned away. Not good quality at all for the price you pay.

I have bought 2 packets of crushball recently from local newsagents the first packet with no ball in the filter in any of the [censored]s so I couldn't smoke them, second pack being last night and only 5 of them had the ball in the rest are empty! So again, I can't smoke them. So I am spending £10 each time on a pack of cigarettes that I can't smoke! It is ridiculous.

I have purchased 7 packets of lambert and butler crushball from my local supermarket (Morrisons) - I am on my third packet and I am rather annoyed as each packet has had around half the packet with NO crushball. I pay that little bit more to have the crushball - I would expect the cigarettes to be up to standards. How do I go about getting a refund/replacements? I am assuming that the supermarket cant do anything

Ive been smoking lambert and buttler for years now but only last while ive been taking one out of packet and the tobbacco is that loose its all fell out in to packet out of a 20pack ill be lucky if im getting 17.plus when ciggs are lit the head falls off unexpectidely and on so doing this i burned my 155pound stone island jumper and a 55pound tracksuit.There for if nothing is done about this i will stop buying my 2packs a day and start smoking regal again thank you

Purchased a packet of L&B crushball from my local news agent this morning, on opening I couldn't find a ball inside the filter on the first cigarette, thought it might be an odd one, so far after checking another 10 there hasn't been a crushball in them, I gave up checking at the 10th one as it had a ball in it, now I don't know if this is a one off or you have a dodgy batch but I'll be very annoyed if I find out I've paid more money for them to be crushball and they turn out to only have a couple of crushball cigarettes in the pack, hope I can get a reply on this email and thanks for your time

I'm writing to whoever this may concern. After many years of using your brand I've usually always been happy with the quality of your product. However for the last couple of months I have constantly been loosing tobacco out of my cigarettes, and some have less than half of the tobacco contents in the cig. As I smoke a minimum of 20 a day at £8 a packet, I don't think that is acceptable! Is there any way in which somebody could contact me back because I think I should be compensated for the cigarettes that I have lost out on. Thank you in adavance.

I've been smoking lambert & butler blue for a couple of years, only recently since you no longer sell 10 packets have I been having the issue, I'm taking out ciggarettes and half the tobacco is missing, it's a joke, I expect what I pay for, not for 3/4 half ciggarettes in a packet!

I'm not the only person having the issue and there should be something do about it!
