LanceSoft SCAM
Lancesoft is a scam and a phishing company that uses malicious social engineering techniques to solicit people's personal identifiable information from various places and claims to offer a job or pretends to appear as a placement service—while in reality it phishes for information. It is unclear if this company is one of those Indian/Nigerian scam callers who try to scam people their tax money and other background information (phone number, social security, address, full name, phone number etc) and use those pieces of information to scam people.
They claim to be a Tier 1 Supplier for Boeing but can provide no evidence of such boisterous claims. See picture!
Lencesoft talent acquisition team in India asks job seekers to provide identity document such as PAN Card, Bank accounts etc
Recruiter from Lencesoft with this official emailLaxmi Prasanna called for a job opening.
Complaint: Identity Documents collection from Job seekers, 3 people from Lencesoft called to collect these information.
Details:
She called 3 times 2 times on mobile number and 3rd time on whatsapp and asked below documents to send to them.
1. PAN Card soft-copy (Original)
2. Photo
3. aadhar card copy (Original)
She asked these are REQUIRED to apply job in client. When carefully check with the Client company career website, they do NOT require any of these documents to apply for job.
This clearly indicates, they may misuse these identify documents . This MUST STOP immediately
Recruitment
A recruiter called me telling me that a job is paying 35 an hour for skills that I have get the email. The email says it’s 20 for an hour so I question recruiter which I had already recorded. The call is asked as this was a 35 as you stated on the car, he never responded, but he responded to me wanting to work in person but again I asked if it was 35 is he stated no response, so I basically told him to destroy all of my information do not call me and I would be reporting them
Desired outcome: That no one from land south call me ever again with a fraud job offer, and that everyone from land soft not call me or reach out to me by email because they are all full of lies

Consistent, Harassing Chronic Recruiting Calls
For over a year, I have been bombarded by "recruiters" from Lancesoft for job opportunities. I have alerted them numerous times that I am not in the market and have no interest in doing business with them. All that happens is a different recruiter reaches out. It is common to get a half dozen or more calls/texts for THE SAME POSTING from these recruiters. This is unethical and harassing. They are using the resources of their targets much like the fax scammers of a decade plus ago used resources to advertise at consumer cost. I want my personal email, LinkedIn and phone number STRUCK from their system.
Desired outcome: No more contact unless I initiate it.
Unwanted calls, emails, voicemails, texts
Lancesoft but have gotten my contact information from an on-line resume and despite being asked for months, do not stop calling, texting, emailing and leaving a voice mail, all at the same time, sometimes multiple times daily. I never asked for them to contact me, and have repeatedly asked them to stop all communications. They are not even a legitimate recruiting firm. They leave messages for the same job every time. I answered once, told me no, then tried to convince me I lived close enough to the job location. When I once again said no thank you, they got angry. And yet, have never stopped. I don't even know what to do to make them stop.
Desired outcome: I would like them to take me off of every single contact list they have. It's a different person every single time so no central number to ask to stop, or an unsubscribe on emails.
LanceSoft
I was hired, completed an extensive on-boarding process and then, after an offer letter detailing that I would be paid for training, I completed online training. Two days before my 8 week assignment was to begin, Lancesoft informed me that the company, a nursing home, had cancelled the job. I told Lancesoft that I still expected to be paid for my training time as agreed. I've sent two communications. No response from this company that calls and writes you incessantly while you're on-boarding
Desired outcome: I want to be paid for my 5 hours of training.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Non stop calls, emails, etc
I applied for a job with Lancesoft during my unemployment. Recruiters from LS started calling, texting, emailing, and messaging me on LinkedIn daily, anytime of day, non stop. One day I received 7 phone calls and a LinkedIn message! I block the phone numbers, but they just call back from another number. I have replied to all forms of communication, emails, texts, messages, and phone calls and told the recruiter to take me off their list or database, whatever, but they do not. It’s been two months and I have had enough.
Desired outcome: I would like to be put on their do not disturb list or have me removed from their database- something!! I do not ever want to be contacted by then again.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
no you literally don't. I've asked literally since the first call and it's still almost everyday for over a month. Then there are the emails and calls "not from lancesoft" fitting the same exact email schema, scripted approach and everything... So even if "lancesoft" isn't calling you, they're stillll phshing for you.
Recruitment Phishing Scam
I was contacted over LinkedIn by a man named Vasu Vankawala who claimed to be recruiting for AMD which seemed fishy. Talked to him over the phone from a Virginia number while claiming to be in Austin, Texas; but it turns out he was really calling from Surat, Gujrat, India.
I didn't get too far through the process but from what others have said they request a fee for "recruiting services" and then blow your phone up with calls.
They also claim to be recruiting for CVS, Qualcomm, and Intel at the moment, so look out.
You have to be cautions because some are real, and others are using the company as a scam. I had something similar happen with Aya. It is a big company well known.
The contract they got me was legit. Good interview from one of the hospitals in Milwaukee I got the job. HR process is kind of little different. My team's names are Akshat Pandey, Frank Hook, Kent Jones and Harsh Sahu.
Sadly disappointing to find out this company is not so legit. I will add photos from the emails upon which they sent to me ECT. If you notice where the footer information usually appears, you'll see the logos are missing, all but the same guys name who was mentioned in a post I read before mine. Be very wary, cautious, and do not give any personal info away at all to these people. Best to block each one if their calls and emails

Fake Recruiting Service - Phishing Scam
This is NOT a legitimate recruiter, but a sophisticated front for a phishing scam! They come across professional at first, even getting you to agree to a "right to represent," but as soon as you make the mistake of giving them any personal information, they ghost you.
I interacted with them on one job posting, and now I am getting two or three new "recruiter" emails a day from different people, all with India names. I'm assuming they are all fakes as well. The only purpose of LanceSoft is to harvest and sell your personal information.
Do not be fooled!
ANNOYING, HARASSING phone calls.
LanceSoft is basically CALLING & HARASSING me everyday! They took my information from my resume and call nonstop everyday and all hours of the day. Even when blocking them they continue to call and email! I receive hundreds of calls from multiple people within the company, about the same job day after day after day. Oh, did I mention DAY AFTER DAY AFTER DAY AFTER everyday. I would like my phone and email information removed from all your contacts. Please STOP CALLING ME!
Sends too many emails and calls about fake job opportunities
Thick accents but they claim to be located in 'Virginia'. Something just wasn't right with this company. They have sent so many emails about remote temp jobs that I didn't apply for. It's very annoying to have strangers pretend to be recruiters and tie you up on the phone about a job that they know doesn't exist. No one should have to worry about someone taking their personal information while job searching. Hopefully Lancesoft inc is able to stop these crooks that are impersonating them online.
Desired outcome: Don't keep my resume or information in your database.
Really because my recruiter is from Virgina, and they got me a job. I talk to the manager from the actual hospital that called me. May ask what were their names?
I have not been paid
I worked the week of 1/24/2022 to 1/28/2022 and have not been paid. I tried calling them and they never answer the phone. They finally called claiming for me to wait till end of the day for my money...i waited for end of day on 02/04/22...no money...they told me to wait till end of day on Monday and it would be in bank on Monday and not Tues., claiming they had some kinda problem with ACH. Here it is..end of the business day and no communication/no money on my paycard. Darshan I. sent email to his "team" for someone to give me an update on my paycheck and nobody responded...they just let it goto voicemail when you try to call. I worked 35.5 hours at 19.00 hour. I did contact the recruiter of the actual company I worked for who used Lancesoft for hiring and let them know what was going on and advised them to reconsider next time they consider using Lancesoft. She said she sent an email to notify their vendor management company to look into it.
Desired outcome: To get paid asap!

contract employee CVS immunizer/payroll chronically late
This agency is late on every single payroll date. One day late for first day and 2 days late so far for second payroll. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. No replies or updates from HR or payroll department.
I have not been paid
I have been on contract for 11 months and I get paid weekly. I did not get paid this week even though the client has been billed and payed out. On their site it shows me as being paid. I have direct deposit and there should have been no reason my check was not direct deposited at midnight. They called me at 6:30 am with an alleged HR person asking about my vaccination status...for the third time. They are on the East Coast and woke up my whole family for information they had, only for the same man to call me again at 8:30am and ask the same question. Ironically when I need a live person to answer my question about my paycheck and nothing but voicemails. I was just told last week my contract will be extended until June, yet I have not seen this new contract from them, nor agreed to this contract yet. IF they can not pull their act together, I will seek employment elsewhere and they will loose another 6 months of getting paid from my hard work! CALL ME BACK, I NEED MY PAY CHECK!
Desired outcome: I Need my paycheck
I've not been paid either. This company must be a scam. I'm contacting better business bureau tomorrow and labor commission.
Recruiter scam
MARCH-SEPT. 2021
I am an Art Director, they said I was hired, sent me multiple congratulatory emails and phone calls BUT afterward was asked for unconventional and unreasonable request. These unprofessional company was asking for paystubs from 7 years ago. Why? I am in business for over 28 years. These"request" were not done previously to being "hired". All information asks was done so at last minute, that is not MY problem. I did the drug test, gave them my personal info and they kept making odd and unconventional request to, as they said… "verify" my background. I uploaded the w2's I could find, then I was stil asked for more information and told I was not getting the job? WHAT A SCAMMY COMPANY. If you are in the power to hire, DO NOT USE this agency!
Desired outcome: I want them to go out of business
Employment with cvs
The so called recruiter assured me I had high expectations of being hired for a RN position then when I didn't hear from him on the expected day I texted and he wouldn't return messages other recruiters were calling me with other locations but this particular one Rahul would not communicate with me. I'm not sure this is even a legitimate company Priscilla Hall

I received multiple calls and e mails after attempting to apply for a job posted on glassdoor and indeed. I filled put tax forms, had a urine drug screen, blood test and background check done. These people have all of my information and according to them I was hired. Then they informed me that the job was no longer available. I have all of the e mails and phone numbers from the recruiter and the onboarder. I need to know just what is going on?
Desired outcome: Response
I received an e mail with questionable grammar regarding my complaint assuring me that my personal data was safe and that they were still looking to CVS to find me employment. The person who e mailed me asked me to remove my complaint, I guess that I am supposed to do that because I was reassured by an e mail. As far as I know this was fake, as CVS has sent notices of 2 openings for the position I had applied for in my area within the last week. I still am concerned as to what exactly this company is doing with my information.
I got the same "offer" and since I had actually applied to CVS, we followed through with several repetitive and unnecessary calls and emails asking for the same information multiple times. I was told that if I didn't give them my social security number I would not be offered the job. When I replied that I would give them that info for the employment tax forms, I was miraculously offered the job. Then they send me a list of software and laptop specs that I would supposedly be asked to purchase and they would send me a check. From a company as large as CVS? No way would that ever happen.
SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME!
Unfortunately I also spoke with this company about the same position but in GA. The paperwork does look legit but the more I spoke with them the more skeptical I got. I did give them some personal info which I am kicking myself about. My advice is to lock her credit reports. Sorry this happened to you and me.
Job that was not
I was told I had a job with a company. I had signed and been hired. Then suddenly I had no job and was told it was due to my background check not coming back in time. If I see my personal info being used there will be hell to pay. Please remove all of my information from your files and do not get in touch with me again. I will get a cease and desist order.
