You have sold us a fault car. The engine breaks down every other month. The engine is faulty. The car stops abruptlyWe really dont understand why you have sold us a faulty car.
We have bought an expensive car so that we have no problems but we are not at all happy with your services.
Urgently replace the velar with a brand new velar.

This meant that our life has become miserable ever-since we have bought this car. The car needs to go to the showroom every other month.
Replace this faulty car by giving us a brand new range rover.
