I have been a loyal customer of L'ange and have one of every tool some I have 2 of, one for travel and shows and one for home. I do videos and advertising with the tools used quite a bit in my videos and ALWAYS brag on the feel and quality. Till today the customer service. My dear friends include 6 of the highest influencers that work alongside myself in the field and they all do PR for L'ange.

Let's begin, to say I am beyond mad would be a good way to start, next I am hurt deeply, highly offended and completely insulted. LIVID.

In September I place an order of 552.29 in this order was the cordless, after I placed the order, one of my fellow influencers made the announcement that it was sold out. When I hadn't got mine in its normally fast shipping, I chopped it up to fact I must have ordered just as they ran out and would get it during restock. The AIRess in that order however was actually for my husband for our anniversary as part of his gifts. (fun fact I did advertising for L'ange in showing how men with beards LOVE the AIRess because of curve works amazingly) Kim, suggested since she does PR for L'ange and has got separate packages for an order that maybe L'ange would go ahead and send it. I contacted, let the amazing customer rep I got that day, know I had never received my AIRess and considering it was ALL in same order and she could see that the order THAT STILL BY THE WAY SHOWS IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED TO ME SO AGAIN CLEARLY, I AM NOT LYING! she immediately sent the AIRess and my hubby LOVES it! I have told everyone about it. L'ange definitely did amazing work with it! Still though nothing else came. I admit confusing but again I am not a punk and Le Cordless was still showing out of stock and now so was one or two of my hair products so thought I am sure it all will soon.

November comes I still haven't, but I received an email asking for a review and I ALWAYS do my reviews and public video reviews of products especially L'ange. I had not received the Le cordless and I will not lie so couldn't do a review and found it odd that L'ange would ask me to review something they knew I had not received yet. I decided to check officially on

THE HORRIBLE GARBAGE REP I GOT NEEDS FIRED!

Not only low keyed implied I was lying and trying to get free stuff, insulted my intelligence never got the actual full order, on top of all this wanted to ONLY credit my account for JUST the cordless and wanted me to send back my AIRess for its credit if I wasn't happy since she could see I had indeed got it. Completely ignored the entire order! Made me seem like I was lying or trying to get free products. Was not listening to the entire order or issue. Literally from the immediate get go this rep was coming at me and treating me like this. I wasn't rude, I never said anything negative nothing. I am so hurt and upset by the way I was treated and the accusation. This wasn't a 20.00 order spent. I work hard for my money and choose to spend it on products I believe in and trust with my hair, the only thing I truly love about myself. To be treated like that then dismissed and basically told I'm going to lose that kind of money! Thats horrible. Treated like a common thief or scammer? They do not need to be a rep period.

After writing this she emailed me and again was trying to make it seem as if I was trying to pull one and also called me a confused person. HOWEVER even included a screenshot of conversation that clearly proved I was very clear from the beginning of the issue and fact I had never received any of my order! Literally at this point bullying me and mentally abusing me and harassing me.

Claimed loss: 522.29 PLUS at this point emotional and mental stress

Desired outcome: Customer service rep FIRED! FULL refund!
