I got a Motherboard from Laptop Nuts through a Store they call Nameless. They said it would fit my Laptop model, but it didn't. I sent it back, but getting a refund was a real pain. They kept making excuses and dragging it out. I had to get consumer protection involved to finally get my money back. Don't bother with this company. They say they care about customers and will fix problems, but they don't when it comes to refunds.

I got a quote for $111 for my Macbook Pro Laptop from LaptopNuts.com. I sent it over a month ago and they got it on 01/15, which UPS confirmed. But I ain't got my money yet or even a confirmation that they got my laptop. I sent an email on 01/23 but they never replied. I called them 3 times on different days but they always sent me to the answering machine. I tried to give them a chance to fix it but they don't even respond to me. They gave me a quote number that doesn't exist on their website. I checked their reviews and didn't find anything suspicious. But now I think they cheated me and I want my money or my laptop back.

I already told them the RAM and processor type, so I don't know why they changed the offer. They said there were scratches, but I took a picture after they returned it and there were none. This is the second time they downgraded the condition of my device. I won't sell it to them now, but they should reimburse me the $18.95 it cost to ship it back. I have pictures and proof of payment.
