last minute needs to see this place amar sina egyptian village sharm el sheik. absolute disgrace of a hotel all inclusive same food for breakfast lunch dinner 6 pots with candles as heaters. warm water for 1 hour a day. electrics falling off the walls. 2 foot wall to get out ot shower ,no hand rails to hold on to . hot water will not reach top of shower head . television with no ariel adapters electric power points hanging off wall. single bed with 2 wooden slates. in the bedrooms fleas bites all over and moscitos all night. pool tables with cues snapped off at ends table tennis set with solid ball. no air con anywhere in hotel . but i must say food is a big concern and somebody is going to get very ill.i have some good pics if you would like to see them. get your reps to inspect this hotel if i can call it that. more like a dogs hotel. i will not book again if i see this hotel still up and running

My son is travelling in South America and purchased flights through last minute.com to fly from Sao Paulo to Columbia. He received an email to say flights were suspended and have now been cancelled. They claim they cannot refund until they hear from the airline which could be 2 months- meanwhile he needs to purchase more tickets and doesn't have the funds.

Booking and cancellations to the flight and non-existent customer service
Booked a flights and hotel via lastminute.com from Brisbane to Sydney from the 17th to the 19th feb 2023. Both the flight from Brisbane and Sydney going back were cancelled. I contacted lastminiute.com who advised that we will receive confirmation in writing and in text. To date, i have yet to receive anything. We had to cancel hotel and yet to hear back from the. The whole trip was a disaster and were unable to join out time there which was restricted to one day. I would like to make a formal complaint and seek compensation.

We booked a holiday with last minute.com and paid a £260 deposit. I work for the NHS, and 2 days later I found I could not get the time off to go on this holiday.I contacted last minute.com immediately and asked if I could cancel the holiday. They informed me I was liable for the whole cost of the holiday. I have had to cancel the holiday; they have now charged me another £1600, despite giving them adequate notice. They did not contact me to offer re-booking, or inform me of the total cancellation fee. I fail to understand how they can charge so much for a cancellation, especially when they can re book the same holiday with a new customer. I will be complaining to them directly as well.

After countless attempts to call , speak and emails for which i have had no response from i am now forced to go down the complaints route.
After our flights were cancelled twice my choice was refund the second time.

If you want to book through their website need to be very careful, they got a small term and condition you didn’t expect and also I pay for extra premium package cause they said allow you to change the flight date no extra cost, when I want make a change I willing pay for extra cost and their reply said the airline not allowing to change the date they can’t do anything, I pay for extra £140 for this service ask for refund cause they can’t change the date even is any date they say they will not refund cause is the airline not permitted, they should check with the airline before give the customer optional to choose the service but they not tell you so I waste £140 for nothing. Cancelled flights
I booked flights with lastminute.com to Billund from Manchester 18.02.23 - 21.02.23 under booking reference [protected]. The outbound flights were with Ryan air, returning with KLM. This was a family holiday for 2 adults and 4 children. On the 13th Jan 2023 last minute emailed me to say the Ryanair flights out to Billund on 18th Feb had been cancelled. I then contacted them to ask for a full cancellation of all flights as if I couldn't travel out, then I wouldn't be able to travel back. They assured me this was not possible and they could not cancel the flights back. Based on this and not wanting to lose all our money, I rebooked outbound flights, this time travelling to Copenhagen and paying to a hire car to drive to Billund. However, when checking in at Billund airport on the 21.02.23 I was told by KLM that last minute had cancelled the flight back, leaving us stranded in Billund with 4 children (one of which is autistic). This is really unacceptable after telling me several times that they could not cancel this return flight and thus leaving me and my children stranded. I then had to hire another car and drive all the way back to Copenhagen to catch another flight with Easyjet which cost £950 with a very upset and distraught autistic child. I would like compensation for doing such and also the original money paid to be returned to me

I had a flight to Davao Philippines from Bahrain. Departing 30th Dec 2021 returning 14th Jan 2022. Booking ID [protected].The company emailed me on 16/12 2022 informing me the flight had been cancelled and that the refund would take up to 2 months. I have received many more emails from the company in response to my repeated demands for my refund and have also been contacted by the company by phone to tell me that the refund is being processed and it will be returned to me within two months. I am still waiting to receive any refund.

You cannot answer simple question
I posed question regarding my booking for last Xmas trip which is very simple: how much the original journey cost and I am yet to receive the answer. it seems to be impossible to look up the history of my ticket and find out how much each part of the journey was.
Company of 4-family went to Warsaw from Heathrow on 23.12.22 and was supposed to come back on 27.12.22 Warsaw to Heathrow but the plane was cancelled, no help was provided and no more tickets for this day with BA, so we bought our own tickets via Vilnus. we simply want a break down of the cost for each part of the journey please - booking No [protected] - Lastminute.com

My wife and me had our flight from BKK to BHX cancelled, my wife booked her flight T different time to me so used different travel agents. Her travel agents came back with a new flight within 48hrs, but last-minute.com told me It would take 7 days so I sent them a copy of wife's new booking. They replied with totally different flight going the day before my wife's flight on contacting them they say that it was only flight available so I contacted the airline Oman Air who said yes we can both go on same flight but must do it through travel agents so back to so-called agents they do not want to know we can fly on different days and different flights they are not interested just keep saying if not happy you can have refunded I can't put here what I really think of lastminute.com because they would not print it terrible company not interested in helping customer

Missed Flight due to wrong flight time given by Lastminute
I have missed my flight due to the wrong flight time given by lastminute.
As you can see in the screenshots below according to the Lastminute flight time is 23:20 on 30th of January, but in fact it was 21:20.
Flight was already gone when I get to the airport.
It's flight from Islamabad to Doha then I had connecting flight from Doha to Dublin, as I couldn't depart I have also missed my flight from Doha to Dublin.
I really want them to refund my money.

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Travel agents
The issue that I have experienced was: We booked a holiday package with Lastminute.com, London to Malta.
There was no clear pricing for the flights and hotel.
After deciding to go for a different hotel, we canceled for the hotel (and were charged for the cancellation).
When I looked at the cost of the flights individually, I called Lastminute.com and questioned the price match as the difference we had to pay for the flights without the hotel was way too expensive compared to the advertised price on their website. They said they couldn't do a price match and we couldn't change.
We tried to cancel/change the destination but were not able.
It occurred on: 23/01/2023
This meant that Lastminute.com are asking us to pay a cancellation fee of GBP 1843.46!
Here is their communication:
"A cancellation fee of GBP1843.46 will apply in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of your booking which you can find in your confirmation email.
As the provider cancellation fees are more than the GBP 355.32 deposit paid there is an outstanding amount of GBP1410.89. In this regard, on 23/01/2023 we tried to charge automatically the difference between the amount paid for the deposit and the indicated cancellation fee. Unfortunately, we were unable to take this payment automatically.
Therefore, we regret to inform you that if we do not obtain the payment of the 1410.89 gbp in full within the next 10 days starting from 23/01/2023, we will have no other alternatives but to undertake court actions against you in order to retrieve the unpaid amount."

Changing a booking
I made a booking for a trip to Paris with lastminutebooking.com and requested a change of date as we found out after the booking that my daughter is pregnant and will be unable to travel as the holiday coincides with her due date. I contacted the company who advised me to contact the hotel direct to request the change. I sid so but they are now asking me to pay a further £960 cancellation charge but I am not cancelling but reqesting a change the date due to the circumstances outloned

I made a cancellation request, my flight was cancelled and I was deducted 350 CHF CANCELLATION FEES. I was not asked beforehand and not informed, I was assured on the phone that if I book the flight again no cancellation fees have to pay. Now you don't want to know about it, you blame each other with the airline. I will now publish my experience in the media and sue lastminute.de. In this way, also seek other deceived for a mass lawsuit. Lasminute.de / Bravofly.ch cannot be reached in writing.and on the phone only answering machine. Go away from this dubious company.
Refusal to refund cancelled airfare
On 19 June 2022 we booked a short break package with lastminute.com and were due to flay to Barcelona on 16 September 2022 with booking ref [protected].
On 15 September we were advised by Ryanair that the outbound flight was being cancelled due to a French air traffic controller dispute. We Immediately contacted Lastminute.com but were unable to get the operator to understand or check with Ryanair.
We have constantly had to chase to get any sort of refund and finally received the money for the hotel and return flight but we are still waiting for the fare for the outbound flight, which we know you have received from Ryanair.
At 15:20 on 29 December 2022 we received at telephone call confirming that the outbound airfare would be refund but it has never appeared in our accounts.
At 10:45am on 11 January 2023 we contacted one of your operators and were advised that although the money had been authorised it had then been withdrawn. We have never had any explanation as to why.
At 15:18pm on 16 January 2023 we spoke to your operator Margita who would only advise that the case was still being investigated.
at 15:16pm on 18 January 2023 we spoke to you operator Orgen who would only say that the case was being processed and refused to provide any access or contact details of anyone who would be able to assist us.
Why is it taking so long to process a simple claim and refund the monies we are owed. When can we expect a definitive answer and see the money back into our account. Transfers do not take more that 2 days to process and we do not expect to be told it can take 28 days (again)
Desired outcome: Refund of £132.83 to be deposited back into our account within the next two days

Pour fêter mes 80 ans après avoir économisé j'ai commander un voyage en république dominicaine pour 4200 euros. j'ai été contacté par un employé de lastminute qui m'a annoncé que le voyage avait augmenté a plus de 5000 euros et qu'il ne pouvez faire qu'un geste de 300 euros alors je lui est dit d'annuler le voyage et que je prendrais un autre plus dans mes possibilité
J'ai donc commandé un autre voyage qui lui c'est déroulé convenablement et au même prix . Puis l'on me réclame une indemnité aussi importante pour le premier voyage avec un N° de référence jamais reçu auparavant ni autre renseignement sur ma première commande annulé par votre employé qui ma contacté suite à notre conversation . Je suis convaincu d'une malveillance à mon encontre de la part d'un de vos employé qui risque de se reproduire.

Refund not received for flights cancelled since 2020
Hello,
I had a flights booked via LastMinute for myself and two other family members to travel from London to Bucharest (leave Saturday 19 Dec 2020 and return - Sunday 27 Dec 2020). Booking ID: [protected] of a total cost of £539.44.
Due to COVID, the UK government advise was not to travel at the time.
Therefore, we did not travel and I have asked LastMinute for a refund. In the communication dated 17th Feb 2022 (attached) they stated that may take up to 2 months to receive it.
However, it's been 1 year since this communication and 2 years since the flight supposed to take place and I still have not received the refund. Every time I get in contact them (and I regularly contacted them) or check the website, I am being advised to wait.
It makes me wonder how many years I need to wait to received my money so much needed in this difficult economic climate?
I would appreciated your help with this matter.

No deduction of voucher from cost of flight.
I booked a FullFlex ticket on behalf of a colleague on 11.01.2023 who needed to travel on 16.01.2023. The next day a change had to be made to this booking and I was told this could take 4 days to process. Given the last minute nature of this booking I spoke to a lastminute.com administrator over the phone and asked to cancel my original booking and make a new one. It was a FullFlex ticket therefore I was entitled to a full refund, less a small charge. I was sent a voucher code to use and gave this code over the phone to be deducted from the cost of my new flight.
I believe that the voucher has not been deducted as I have been charged twice the cost of other travel agents, the airline and the same cost lastminute.com were advertising on their website directly after I made this booking. I have downloaded the invoice but there is no breakdown of the charge and I have spoken to a number of operators on line, none of whom can provide a breakdown of this charge.
It seems Lastminute.com have charged me twice. Their customer service is also very inadequate and I will not be using them again. I would like to be refunded for my original booking.

As I was planning to travel back the following Sunday I had left my car in the car park so could drive home. However the parking had cost almost £50 and the drive was £300. To date I have tried the online chat service 4 times and have not been offered anything in the way of refund or compensation
