ive used this company for over 5 years and im very happy. just hired them for my moms home this year. keep up the good work.

theyre ok i still have some clover and crab grass ive only used them since spring 2020 until now i wont be using them again next year

I been with Lawn Control Center for 3 years now. The techs are super nice and my lawn looks way better than I thought it would. I'd tell anyone to go with them if they want a company that's reliable and truthful for their lawn care stuff.

Lawn Control Center messed up my lawn in just one year. It went from lush and green to all patchy and weed-filled. We had to call in another company to fix it, which cost us more money. They didn't even do a good job - sometimes they just drove around once with the spreader and left.

I luv this compny. Ive had them for 2 yrs and my tech Mike is gr8. He was very patient w me at first, but now I just wave at him thru the window when he starts my lawn. I rarely need to speak to him cuz my lawn always looks gr8 since they took over. I highly recommend them.

These guys been fertilizin', limin', and aeratin' my lawn for 'bout ten years, and I'm real happy with the results. My lawn's hilly, so sometimes in wet weather the tech gets off the motorized cart and applies chemicals by hand, a nice touch. Compared to my old well-known chemical-lawn provider, their pricin' is great and their service is better.

I used Lawn Control Center last year. I paid for 6 treatments and grub control at a discounted price. They came in March, which was too early because my lawn was still sleeping from winter. The big problem was that they didn't come back for 8-10 weeks and it was impossible to get in touch with them. I couldn't leave a voicemail and they didn't respond to my emails. Their service and customer service were terrible. I suggest avoiding them to save yourself the headache. Also, once you sign up, they automatically renew your service and you can't cancel it normally.

No star. We agreed to 6 apps. After 3rd app we said we weren't happy with Andrew (person assigned) and he said wait for it to work. That's why we didn't cancel. 5th app we said still not good. March we got a bill for an app. Called and they said it auto renews which we didn't know. Woman said it's on the receipt but it's unreadable. We have all 6 receipts and they look the same. Maybe it was on purpose? Now they want $45.38 for unauthorized service.

I got a fake bill for a lawn service I never got. Me and my 2 girls were at home because of COVID-19 and saw a lawn guy in our side yard who we thought was doing the neighbor's yard. But then he started doing my yard, so I ran out and stopped him after about 10 ft and said I didn't have a lawn service. He said OK and left. BUT he still put a bill for the whole lawn service under my front door mat. I called the company and left a message and also left info on their contact us link. I haven't heard back from them. I had this lawn service in 2019 but didn't want it in 2020 and I never ordered, renewed or confirmed it (they don't give you an option to cancel, just to not confirm). Also my account status from before was that they were supposed to email me and text me before a service, which they didn't do. I did contact the local police and filed a report and would recommend you do the same for a similar thing, so hopefully they won't try to collect payment or ruin my credit for this fake bill.

I wanna cancel my service with Lawn Control Center ASAP. I've been calling and leaving messages but ain't nobody answering. I need them to confirm that they're gonna stop coming to my house. And don't even think about showing up next year. My account number is ***.

I got charged for stuff I didn't even want or ask for. These Lawn Control Center people just show up and do their thing without asking, then send me a bill. I've tried calling their billing people a bunch of times but they never pick up. I can talk to their sales guys but they just take a message for the billing people and nothing ever happens. I'm starting to think I gotta get a lawyer involved to sort this out.

I had them do my yard last March. Never saw anyone show up but got a bill in May. I called to say my lawn looked bad and I didn't think any service had been done. In mid-May, I got a pool, cut down a big tree, and ripped all the concrete out of my backyard. I called to cancel service altogether and after 2 transfers got a general mailbox where I left a voicemail saying not to come out to service my yard because it would be messed up all summer. The first week of June, another bill shows up. This time I call and call until I got a lady on the phone and told her I don't think anybody ever came, I have gotten 2 bills, and last month I canceled. She said she would take care of it. July a bill shows up again and still no flag indicating service and my lawn is still crabgrass and weeded from lack of treatment. August same thing. In September I get another bill and told I am going to collections. I called and called until I got the owner to call me back. I asked him to come look at my lawn and he can tell me if it looks treated or that someone had made a mistake and was improperly billing me after I had called and complained and then canceled any service last May. I have pictures galore and I just want this company to leave me alone forever.
