An unsatisfied first time customer
I had an unsatisfactory experience as a first time customer. I should have had an idea right off the bat when I couldn't receive the initial contact with the scheduled lawn care person. I was given a breakdown and quote for the service I requested (which sounded reasonable). The service was for mowing and edging all of the front yard (which encompassed the sides of the house also, shaping all of the shrubs (large and small ones), and weeding. However, that was not what I received. The lawn service person left all the weeds, shaped up only three larger shrubs (which didn't make sense), and did the edging not well at all. They tried to send me the before and after pictures, but the link did not work.
My neighbor, who was inspecting the work for me as I was away, called me and said that the lawn person had not done a very good job. I called Lawn Love customer service right away to ask why I hadn't received the pictures. As I was speaking with him, the customer service rep then sent me the pictures that the lawn care person had submitted to Lawn Love. The angle of the "after" picture that was taken did not show that they had only trimmed three out of the ten shrubs and edged around that area with the three shrubs were. Two days later, I finally returned home and was very disappointed that the pictures did not show what I saw in person.
When signing up with the Lawn Love rep, she specifically asked me how many shrubs there were for shaping, and I made it clear that it would be all the shrubs in front and sides of the front yard including going down to the side of the garage area. We went over it several times before finalizing the payment and confirmation.
I was so disappointed since the initial sign up and assurances sounded very professional. It seemed to me that the blame was falling on the outsourced lawnmowing person's company. To say the lease, this did not leave a great impression on me, a first-time client. and so it will be my last time employing Lawn Love's services. Perhaps Lawn Love needs to vet the lawnmowing companies they have contracts with more closely.
I'm cancelling my upcoming bi-weekly services immediately as I was told by the customer rep that I have 48 hours to do so before the next scheduled service. And I hope they will alert the outsourced lawn service contractor right away so that I won't be charged and deal with this again.
Lawn Love, you have lost me as a customer who would have given your company many referrals from my family, friends, and co-workers. Your lawn care concept is a good one, however, it definitely needs some upgrading to retain your returning customers. My best to your continued future.

I scheduled for weekly services because my grass grows fast. Lawn care will cut my grass on a Friday, and then when its time to for my next appointment they will find a reason to reschedule. ( Be aware that they dont cut the grass low at all so sometimes it doesnt even look like its been cutting begin with).For example if its raining, theyll cancel my appointment which is understandable. However, this has been a routine for them. They will reschedule it out for the following week. Then theyll continue to reschedule making more excuses such as having a staff shortage. Thats not the issue. The issue is that once they do finally come out to cut my grass, they charge an additional fee of $20. That is unfair. This has happened 4 times. Im constantly explaining to them that I have never rescheduled services and alert them that they are the ones who waits and let the grass continue to grow longer. I dont know if this is a way to get more money from people or what. Please be aware and dont waste your money.

Lawn Love provides no quality assurance and thus the service is unreliable and subpar. I scheduled weekly lawn mow but the crew member routinely postponed service such that i actually received a mow every *** days. Also when the crew member did arrive they would almost always leave the job incomplete. Twice they didnt do the backyard, claiming they didnt see it, which is remarkable. And other times they just left the yard a mess, with grass clippings strewn about everywhere, including on the walkway to the front door. When I complained, the crew member said I was particular about service. Lastly, the pricing is not transparent, with constant bait and switch price increases.
6 weeks ago, we started trying to get lawn care started with this company. *** sent a text to us to rate his work, he was never here. This company said they would send someone out on the next Monday. The same thing happened. There have been 8 appointments scheduled and no one showed up. I am thinking this is a scam business-or an extremely unrepeatable

I signed up to get my lawn mowed almost 3 weeks ago. I have received at least 11 "your service has been rescheduled" emails and notifications, many times listing weather as the cause, but there hasn't been any truly bad or any iffy weather at all on those particular days. Their claims are false, their providers are shoddy, or Lawn Love just likes to blame their incompetence and fraudulent behaviors on their providers. I've had to call them multiple times a day, every single day since I first signed up for services through them 3 weeks ago. I recently gave up on them and tried contacting them so I can leave a review, which they conveniently ignored 4 messages about. I don't know how they're still operational at this point. Even on facebook their page somehow removed the reviews section, which I've never seen being done before, so clearly, they have garbage reviews. Lawn Love is an awful company and absolutely frustrating to deal with. They won't get any of my business, nor from anyone I know.ZERO stars.

The person who was scheduled to do my lawn left many spots uncut. I rated the service 3 stars due to that. I was then sent a message from the person, saying they won't mow the dog p*** It is true there is some dog p*** in my backyard. But this was an excuse as many of the spots left uncut did not have dog p*** He replied extremely unprofessional messages. Dont understand the volatility towards the customer.
Worst company ever! They claim to be professional but they continue to send unprofessional people out to care for your lawn. They canceled twice, then when they finally send someone they don't have a working weed eater...REALLY! ok so I can't get the weeds taking of. Then they proceed to send a new crew who has no Idea that he is comming to cut weeds although I left a detailed message. This company is unprofessional and unreliable, I don't recommend them to anyone.
I have used Lawn Love for 1 1/2 years. Last summer was bad. They never came when they said they would. This year has been horrible. They still don't come when they say they will and today is June 10. I have been waiting since May 26 for them to mow. My yard is so high and it looks horrible. When I call the customer service people they always say that they're coming that day, but they never show up. I would tell everyone considering using Lawn Love to find someone else. They are unreliable and unprofessional. I'm not sure how they stay in business. I gave one star but they don't deserve it.

The second time because their company representative showed up at dusk and then said they didn't have enough time to do the job (No kidding, you showed up 10 minutes before sunset) and then tried to bump up the price by over $100. I literally raked all the leaves into piles, all they had to do was bag and remove them. The third time they were a complete no call/ no email/ no show. I called to speak with a manager and they put me on hold for 5 minutes then hung up. I called back the next day and before I even finished what I was saying, the hung up on me. Finally I had enough and told them to cancel the entire job. This company is a scam! I will gladly pay double to anyone if it means never having to deal with these clowns again.
Lawn Live advertises "Our mowing and maintenance service includes a mowing of your lawn and edging around the driveway, walkways, and landscaping beds. The 1st of 3 cuts cost me $46 for a partial edging of yard. If grass was mowed, I could not tell compared to my two neighbors who recently had theirs cut by other lawn professionals. Like the website but didn't live up to expectation. Service rendered was overpriced.
I was looking for a lawn service and found Lawn Love LLC. I received a prompt response with the date of 5/16/22 for my first lawn mow. Then I received another email stating my lawn would be mowed on the 16th or 17th. Those two days have passed. My lawn grows ever higher. On 5/17 I reached out to Lawn Love asking for assistance. I received an email stating they would handle my inquiry in the order received. It is now 5/19/22 and I have heard nothing. Very unsatisfactory experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have been rescheduled several times each time its a different excuse non the less I continue to give them a chance however I am feed up It is the final straw. I had a scheduled appointment on Monday, which no one came out until Wednesday and when they did they did not check the premises before they started mowing they did the edge and left the grass saying there were wires in the yard. Then they said they would return on Monday the 20th once I called the support line for a manager they told me I need to give them a report then s manager would call me back in 24 to 48 hours. When I asked the agent for his Id number he said because of confidentiality he was unable to give me that info. When a supervisor finally reach out to me and in the mix of sending messages back and forth he told me if Im having such horrible service why dont I cut my own grass. This company is unprofessional and extremely rude. I dont recommend this place at all

Be careful they do not screen who comes to your home. I paid cash without asking for a receipt. He told company I did not pay. That's what comes to your home.

The billing was completely unethical and any explanation offered was idiotic. Small problems through the mowing season, but I recently caught up with my credit card statements and noted charges for bi-weekly mowing through December, and January and February. Not the typical lawn growing season. I called Customer Service to see about this "mistake", but it was no mistake. Snow or not, the Customer Service person said that the team did indeed come out twice a month. They noted that the lawn growth had slowed in the winter (no kidding) and that they did misc yard work like edging and trimming and picking up winter debris. They seemed to miss the leaves. If I did not want to pay for winter lawn care, the fault was mine in not letting them know and stopping service in December. I have stopped service for now. No mowing needed in March. No refund was offered for bogus winter mowing over the last two months either. Unethical.

WHERE do I begin? I booked a service for cleaning up and bagging leaves. They ran over the leaves with a lawnmower and it looks literally like they did nothing else. There are leaves all over my backyard. They left five or six bags at the curb which had they cleaned up ALL the leaves there would have been at least fifteen. I booked for the front and the back and was quoted $166. I was told I didn't choose the bagging option which is a bunch of crap because I know exactly what I booked and if I didn't why did they leave any bags at all? I have been contacted constantly by some guy named Brad asking for $166 after I was given first a $10 credit, a second person gave me a $60 credit and then a THIRD credit of the $106 because my bank account was charged $116 THE DAY IT WAS DUE. I was paid in full then was being harassed daily by Brad for $166. But wait, it gets better. Today they debited $106 from my credit card. So we have paid these people a total of $222 for a job I was quoted at $166 and for a job that ultimately wasn't completed. I am furious and looking into a lawsuit. I want this matter resolved ASAP and I want ALL of my $222 back.

I reach out to *** last Saturday and was promised they could mow my lawn Monday. 24 hours later I received an email stating my service had been postponed until Wednesday. I call immediately and had it change back to Monday. Monday evening I got an email that they ran out of sunlight( plenty of sunlight left) so my service was postponed until Tuesday. I also was issued a violation Monday from *** for my lawn length. Tuesday I wait all morning and when no one was showing up I call and was told that a crew was assigned and they would be there to cut my lawn today. 6pm I get an email that they ran out of sunlight again and my cut was postponed until Wednesday. There was plenty of sunlight left both days. Lawnloves customer service was terrible and had to wait on hold for a long time just to be lied too. Needless to say I cancelled my service immediately and feel others should know how bad this company treats its new customers"

Lately, I've been scheduled and rescheduled 4 times now ... each time being pushed back five days to a week for a total of about a month. My 'Lawn Pro' has been changed three times in as many weeks. Nor is this sort of treatment anomalous or product of happenstance; convincing Lawn Love to appear and do the job has been a regular feature of doing business with this company since early 2021. I've had enough. Thanks to Lawn Love, I now have to deal with knee high grass, on my own, using a borrowed mower before my municipality fines me for having two months of grass growth in my yard. Oh, sure, call a friendly Lawn Love service representative and they claim they'll appear .. but will they really, and in how many months? One service representative told me that it takes a week for a lawn to be dry enough to mow, an obvious fallacy to anyone familiar with lawn care. I wonder if the company Founder and CEO, ***, knows how badly his business is thought of on Internet review sites?

Service was weeks late for initial service and kept getting transferred to different "lawn pros" that all had issues. Support did not respond at all to cancellation requiests and in fact the automated system sent somebody out to mow the day AFTER i had mowed the lawn myself. The 3 cut minimum was still in effect despite multiple cancellation requests. Finally was able to track down a phone number to call and on the phone they were able to cancel completely.This was the worst experience i've had with lawn services and is quite frankly a borderline scam with their practices and still charging credit cards despite cancellations and complaints.This business should be shut down as they do not fullfill any of the agreements, still charge customers, and do not even maintain a reliable way to contact either the business or the service providers.This entire experience was not only disruptive to my personal life, but also financially.The ONLY positive experience was months later after finally getting ahold of a representative - the person on the phone was polite and completely cancelled my account. This is for the ***, *** area but i can't imagine they have better business practices in other cities.

I have been a loyal lawnlove customer for years now. This year has been a nightmare, they're finishing the lawn, they've got none with the supposed to. The last time it was cut September 24th each week I get a cancellation and reschedule saying there's no Pro in my area. It's the front yard of a house it's a small space they don't have to do any trimming anything just cut the grass. From the 24th of September till now it is over was scheduled for a *** on the 25th of September has been rescheduled now again a time till November 2nd. At this point you need a machete to get through the grass is a small yard. I feel they're taking advantage of my disability because I have just recently have had a stroke oh, and they know there's nothing I can do. All season they were here once a week end of the season when I can get nobody else because it is the end of they now are rescheduling and canceling every week. They're blaming the covid. And the fact they have no Pros in the area which I know is not true I've seen them in the area. Again I feel very take advantage stuff for having a disability this is a warning to everybody do not use these people is the worst experience you will have ever. And they'll take your money when they don't show up. Excuse spelling errors again have had a stroke this is not easy for me to type thank you.

This is; however, a huge inconvenience because my last cutting was 4 weeks ago on June 8th. Now, my lawn is so long that I will have to pay an extremely high cost to have it cut. Also, my *** were NEVER cut during any of the lawn cuttings prior to June 8th. Everything is overgrown at no fault of my own. As I said in a previous discussion with ***, I should have been informed earlier that this may be the case going forward so that I could have ample time to find another provider. Living in the city, we get fined for long grass. I feel this could have been avoided with a little more communication. I am in such a bind now because *** been quoted extremely high rates because everything is so overgrown. *** even made the mistake of cutting *** at my home property (not under contract) instead of my rental property that was contracted with ***. You are offering me a discount for future service, but that does not help me. I dont see myself returning to *** at this point. My experience this year has not been acceptable. As a company, I would have expected you to address this issue earlier. Given that I have been a member of this service for several years, I expected better treatment. I am disappointed in this service and saddened that a couple years of decent lawn care is overshadowed by several months of poor service. I hope you understand the ramifications your actions have on customers going forward. Hopefully, you will avoid putting other customers in this position. Taking more care in how you treat your customers in the future will only help your business ***.

We had a service scheduled for last Saturday June 27 which was last minute rescheduled for the following Monday June 29. The lawn care pro and his assistant showed up at 4 pm on Monday. Our yard needed weed removal and control with no mowing. The lawn pro seemed to have issue with our front yard being overrun by weeds saying that he wasnt prepared for our needs but continued to go around to our back yard and weed whack for approx 10-15 mins, did basically no cleanup and left without a word. The lawn pro said (when he first saw our front yard) that he would need to come another day so I figured that we wouldn't be charged $171 for 15-20 mins of weed whacking service. The next day I checked our account and sure enough they were attempting to charge us $168 for 15-20 mins of weed whacking? So I then filed a charge dispute with the company stating exactly what I have said above. Please keep in mind that we have NO ISSUE paying for good work and we plan to move soon so getting our yards organized is a must. I received a note back from Phil Z stating that they couldnt charge our card for the service from Monday. I responded saying I had filed a claim disputing paying for the service. He offered a $10 credit which made our bill $158? I responded saying there was NO WAY we were going to pay for this service. Phil Z then went ahead and canceled our account with Lawn Love and stated that he was sad to see us go and if we decided to stay with the service we would receive 20% off...WITH NO MENTION THAT HE WENT AHEAD AND CHARGED OUR CARD ANYWAY FOR $158. This does not work for us and is completely fraudulent. I refuse to pay for this NON service. And I am now concerned that they know where we live and could possibly retaliate if I filed a claim on Complaintsboard.com or social media. I have never had to deal with such unprofessional-ism regarding yard work and refuse to stay quiet with my experience with this company.

The next rip out, their "professional", who was a totally different person, showed up and did another "ok" job. The third visit was scheduled for 7/29., I received an email confirming that a "lawn care professional" would be out to trim on 7/29. On 7/28 I received an email stating that they were shorthanded and that my service was rescheduled for 7/31.On 7/30, once again they were shorthanded and My services were rescheduled for 8/3. On 8/2 they were unable confirm me for 8/3 so you rescheduled me for 8/4.At 8:15 PM 8/4 they emailed me saying he was on the way. At 8:56 they emailed me that he ran out of daylight and would be here on 8/5 At 8AM on 8/5 I received a text that stated he was "on the way". This text sent me to a link so I could see where he was. Unless he is cutting the grass in the Atlantic Ocean, that is not working.It is now 4:28 PM and I guess he got lost along the way, because he still is not here and my grass still has not been cut.I called their *** customer service number, and was told that even though I am scheduled for every two weeks, their professionals are all contractors and that LawnLove could not drive their schedules. When I asked if LawnLove was able to meet the obligations that they had made to me in scheduling to mow every two weeks, she told me that they could not make the contractors meet that schedule. I asked again, if LawnLove was capable of meeting the obligation that they made to me online, once again she deflected to the contractor - never did she accept any responsibility for the promises made on their website. When I tried to rephrase the question so that she would answer it, she hung up on *** left a one-star review only because this site would not let me give them 0 stars

The Guy is right. How did Complaintsboard.com rate them with a B-. I read their policy on n that and still not clear. Customers should have a strong bearing on the rating. This let's people have a true account based on others experience with them bad or good. OK where is the good? How could Complaintsboard.com in clear conscience rate them with a B-? Ok I have fired True Green, Elite, and several others. Believe me when I say they are ALL the same. Greedy and liars from the beginning. First they are in business to make money, in competition with other like companies, in winter things slow down, summer business is overwhelming and they can't keep up. So they lie take on 30-40 jobs in one day and don't have the manpower so they reschedule you to suit their needs. And then they still have too many jobs or won't do yours when rescheduled because the other guy has bigger project that pays more money. Hopefully you understand this is not just business but rackets (racketeers) they are called where I grew up at. They don't really care about you, just how much can be made in 1 day with no manpower (guys who don't want to come to work consistently) once they make a little money. If you can't get Complaintsboard.com help the SUE. You have a right under false advertisement and broken promises even if not in writing if they are taking your money and your credit card. Talk to a lawyer you do have recourses.

I emailed them about this with concerns that the grass will become overgrown. They told me they are sorry and want to ensure things are done correctly and gave me a discount on the mow. So I wait again the reschedule data. It rained for about 10 minutes, and other mowers were out that day but I got another cancellation. So I wait again for the reschedule and it has been several weeks at this point. I get another cancellation. I email them about this and they said they would talk to their "pro" and make sure the grass gets cut. They never mention my concerns about an overgrown grass at this point that stated clearly.I get another notice on the reschedule date that the lawn pro is on site! Nope, I am working from home. No one is at my house all day. I then get a *** for a mow that just didn't happen. So I email them explaining everything to this point. They said once again they would fix everything and send someone out. My lawn is quite overgrown at this point being weeks after the initial attempt to get my hard mowed. My next email from the company explained that my yard was overgrown and they wouldn't mow it without paying $122 from their "pros" quote. Ignoring this absurd situation, my yard was not worth $122 even being overgrown. This was a "go away" charge to get rid of me as a customer because their "pro" didn't want me. This wasn't even close to reasonable. So they cancelled on me 4 times. Fraudulently charged me for a mow that never happened. Then they tried to get me to pay more money.I am sure that some people have good experiences with this service because there are probably "pros" that do good jobs. But, if the company doesn't care who they are hiring as "pros" then you are entering a gambling game. My "pro" wasn't remotely communicative or professional. I was lied to at every point. They should pay attention to who they hire and work on being honest providers. I would stay away and just find someone local to trust.

I called *** and set an appointment to mow my front yard on 8.26.22 using my greeworks electric mower set at my chosen height to cut 4 plus inches that i do each week at my home in *** and all was confirmed. The crew with *** came today 8.24.22 unannounced and used his mower to buzz cut my lawn leaving lawn debris all over that will kill the grass showing no cleanup was done as per photo. They also broke a roter sprinkler head they refused to replace after i returned home and found the damage and called them. My mistake and learning *** that I never should have called a lawn care service the way they cut the lawn and didint follow my date to mow request when I would be home. I give them a minus 25 on a 1 to 10 scale for being professional, respecting my property, and creating lawn damage that I will need to hire a real lawn care company to make right. Shame on them and shame on me for such a poor hire even though the agents guaranteed their work, but dont.

Love lawn care has a contract with their customers you have to pay for 3 yard cuts before you can suspend your service they ask for your bank account number when applying for service they dont come do your yard on the scheduled date your yard will grow extra tall and then they say the charge extra when the grass is tall they take so long to come cut your yard until someone else will been cut it and then they show up and take money out your account like they did some work I feel like they do this on purpose to rip customers out of their money they need to be investigated

I contacted LawnLove on June 24th. The cost of weekly lawn service was documented in an email at $46 dollars per visit and was committed to start on June 26th (I have emails stating this). LawnLove was not able to fulfill my service with an ethical and qualified lawn provider until July 22nd. Throughout this delay, LawnLove made many concessions like they would credit a $20 long grass fee, and they would give me a Military discount, and they would give me other credits. On July 22nd I now see a charge for July 22nd of $93.10 for a single Lawn service. WHO DOES THIS! This company should be shut down for the lies and deceptive sales practices they have. After I signed up, and on June 27th, they came clean to tell me that the delay was due to the fact that they had no Lawn service providers in my area. DECEPTIVE! This company is dishonest. I have seen other posts where they would not delete credit card and personal account information upon request.

I am a military member living in Texas currently. I own a house in Jacksonville, FL and have a renter occupying the property. I manage the property from TX and scheduled several services through Lawn Love including a leaf clean-up and gutter clean out. The service was scheduled May 10th. I have several neighbors that keep an eye on the house for me. They reported that an individual did begin the leave clean up but once he left at the end of the day, there were still a large majority of leaves left on the property. They sent pictures confirming. When in town on the 20th, I confirmed this first hand. I filed a complaint with lawn love and never heard back. Upon calling again, they reported that the contractor was contacted but never responded. After waiting on hold for 20 min, I was told by a supervisor that I would be refunded for the service. A day later, I got an email saying they would only refund 30%. This was not discussed nor was 70% of the work complete. This is unacceptable.

I hired this company to mow my lawn and the first mow was $24. They mowed it and stated they were going to charge me a high grass fee of $57 which brought my total cost to $124. How is that? There was NEVER that $57 high grass fee disclosed in their disclosures. Plus how does that total equal $124 when my first mow was supposed to be $24. And I just moved into this house and the grass was already cut when I got there and I wanted to keep it going. They didnt respond when I contacted them. I no longer want any of their services. They are extremely fraudulent.
Ive had yard services scheduled twice now no one shows up and the job is marked as complete. First time it happened and I emailed them they sent me a picture of a yard that was obviously not mine then didnt respond further. Im certain that this whole operation is a scam from top down. Once its the last day of your service at about 8am they just *** it complete even when it isnt done. When you call in everyone has a different story and no one is certain of the next steps. They will also quote you at one price then change it upon job due date. This whole operation needs to be looked into, its extremely shady.
July 29, 2022 initiated first time service for weekly lawn mow and one time trimming of one tall ***. I was given a quote of $20.00 for *** trimming. Over next nine days, lawn tech was no show four times. This was reported to company. Next day, new lawn tech did mow my lawn. No *** trimming was performed. I called customer service and gave detailed accounting. Next mow scheduled, lawn tech made three appointments and was a no show each time. Yesterday, his third cancelation, I was billed for a total of $229.00 for a $31.00 lawn mow and $198.00 for *** trimming, none of which happened. Today I have called the customer service line ten times, the line rings one time, then disconnects. The one time I did reach a representative, he put me on hold and never returned to the call. Questionable business practice, taking money for nonexistent services.

I hired the Lawn Love company to complete aeration on my property. The lawn pro they sent out put numerous holes in our driveway when they crossed from one side of the yard to the other. When they finished, they left without letting me know and allowing me to inspect their work (or see they damage). The damage covered about half of our small driveway. After contacting a concrete repair company, I was told the only way to repair the area would be to replace the full driveway and not "patch" repair it. I contacted Lawn Love and shared numerous photos along with the quote of $4536 from the concrete company. The photos clearly show hundreds of dings in the driveway most being the exact shape of the aerator blade. Zooming out to show the entire driveway, makes it hard to see the damage because of the color of our concrete and the fact that the holes are so close together. They end up blending in with the concrete color. The close up photos show the damage very well. After a few back and forth emails they informed me that their lawn pro denied making the holes, that the holes were pre existing and they would only pay me $50 due to the additional complaint I filed about the aeration not being done well but NOT because of the driveway damage.

He told me okay the charge was $19 the 1st cut because I had a discount of$31 . The crew arrived Saturday 4-16-22 at about 2pm . They started right away ...soon they came to my door and said I would have to pay ,$50 for them to cut back yard . I explained what the salesman said. And no I can't afford this. He offered to use weed killer spray I was sure he w ment to do that instead of the$50 charge this morning when I checked my bank account I was charged$19 and also $49 . Where do I start? Scheduled service and first time was good. Second time, no one came. My crew messaged me saying they accidentally marked it as complete and that they would take care of it within the next few days. It was raining for a couple days after that, so I was understanding and was trying to work with them. They never showed, I got charged, and then got a message saying my crew couldnt accommodate me within their route anymore. Messaged customer service stating that I either want a refund for non-service or not charged for the next one. Simple and reasonable response/request. Then received identical generic responses each time from some perceivably robot person. Even after I provided screenshots between the crew and myself. Kept getting auto messages saying that they consider the issue resolved because of no replies (even though I replied like 3 times, including to the one saying they considered it resolved). Then, I tried to cancel everything, but the website stated I needed to complete 3 services before that could happen (even though I didnt get the second one). Wont allow customers to remove their credit cards to squeeze every *** from them before they can finally terminate everything. Its disgusting customer service. So sketchy. Still no one thats real has been in contact to resolve this. Reported to my credit card company and now here. Its not an about the money at this point DO BETTER

I spoke with a customer service agent who explain to me about the various service offered, it was a great sales pitch which one me over. Everything started to decline there after my original mow service was postponed multiple times. It started with one lawn pro named *** that was assigned who never showed up on on the scheduled dates. Then at the end of August I received a notification that my lawn pro is now ***. Due to the numerous no show appointments may grass got taller and taller. So I hear from *** that he is going to charge me for tall grass service and clean up. I explained the price was way more than anticipated and asked if there were is promo codes. He stated contacted customer support. *** proceeded with the service 8/24/22, I got home that afternoon to find that there was no cleanup and grass clippings everywhere in my window seals, all on my patio, clippings all over the yard. But the kicker is when I found a whole in my vinyl siding without any notification as to what happen from the lawn pro. I contacted support, filed a claim, submitted pics and not heard back about the damaged. They send back *** to finish the job but then I see I am charged again another fee. It make NO Sense to charge an additional fee for services that was not provided the 1st time and then not to follow up on damage to my property. What kind of business are you all providing?

This is a systemic problem of the whole Lawn Love organization. This is a communication error. A service should never have been scheduled. I did not schedule this service. I called to inquire about rates. The person who took my call inquired about the address and the frequency I would need service. CLEARLY I gave that person TOO MUCH information. They gave a quote over the phone and I told them it was too high. The call was interrupted. We reconnected. They gave a lower quote. I said it was still too high, thank you. They pushed met to tentatively schedule a service. I CLEARLY was TOO POLITE with this pushy salesperson, and they MISUNDERSTOOD my intention. I DID NOT want a lawn service from Lawn Love. I scheduled a service with a different vendor. Two days after I had my lawn serviced, I was surprised to receive an EMAIL saying Lawn Love is coming in 10 MINUTES to service my lawn. THAT WAS NOT ENOUGH TIME TO CANCEL. I IMMEDIATELY contacted Lawn Love and I was very clear with them that I did not want this service. It should have been very easy for the service person to see that the lawn had been freshly mowed. Lawn Love first said I need to pay them, then they said they'd offer a 35% discount. They are billing me for $88. I should not have to pay a *** for a service I did not ask for or need. I am spending my time and energy now to undo this. I am VERY dissatisfied with the way they have set up their business. After I spoke with two people at Lawn Love, I received an invoice by email. I responded with note explaining the situation, and received an autogenerated email in response. COMPLETELY tone deaf.

On August 1st, 2022, Lawn Love was contracted to cut my grass at my home. I had just finished my last Chemotherapy treatment the day before. Not only did they only do a PARTIAL job, what they did was terrible. They also took photos of my property without my authorization. I have 10 security cameras on the outside of my home and have the footage to prove it. In addition, I received an email just a day ago (with photos of my property) that they were charging an additional $51.00 because my grass was too high. I've read through the fine print of their awful contract, and nowhere does it say that I'm obligated to pay that without my prior authorization. I have a full time attorney on staff with my business and I intend on using it against this company. They pulled close to $120.00 from my bank account without my prior knowledge or authorization. I am ready to start spilling my guts on *** reviews, *** reviews and all the review sites I can find including all the *** sites. I just finished chemotherapy and I really don't think that these companies can just arbitrarily just rip people off. I've contacted their support line, called, even messaged them on their *** page and received NO RESPONSE. I'm now left with no other cause of action than to start blogging and campaigning about how incredibly scandalous this company is. I'm also concerned that the two men that cut my grass (and did a horrible job) took photos of my entire property. I have their activities on security footage. They also posted my photos on their website. This is INCREDIBLY intrusive and has serious privacy implications. On December 16th I used the Lawn Love site to book a leaf cleaning and green waste removal for my property. The site prompted/asked if I would also like to include gutter cleaning with this booking. I selected yes. On my first attempt to book, the site booked 2 providers for the service and when I tried to cancel 1 provider, it canceled both appointments. I then restarted the booking, again requesting a quote for service for leaf cleanup, green waste removal and gutter cleaning. I got confirmation that the service was booked for December 18th. On the 18th at the end of the day I got a notification that the provider could not make it and had rescheduled for the 22nd. Today the provider came, spent approximately 1 hour at my property, only cleaning the gutters. No leaf cleaning or green waste removal as I had originally booked. I was charged over $200 for less than one hour of work at my property and none of the work I originally booked was completed. When I called customer service about the issue the representative told me that gutter cleaning and leaf removal have to be booked separately, even though there is no such language whatsoever on the site and in fact it suggests gutter cleaning WITH leaf removal quote requests. There was also no such language or indication in my quote or booking confirmation. I would have never ever ever in a million years booked someone for 1 hour for over $200 to do a small fraction of the work I needed done when I have been laid off during COVID. Customer service offered no solutions and told me I would have to re-book for leaf clean up and removal and likely wait until after Christmas due to timing. Their language and booking practices are deceptive and unclear and I was taken advantage of, paying an exorbitant amount and not receiving the service I requested.

We were out of the house during get first mow, which was done around April *** (we were not home so I don't have the exact date). The agreed upon fees were paid $59. The following week, my husband and I were home trying to box things up. There were two gentlemen working on our yard on May 1. My husband and I left for dinner and noticed the riding lawn mower was running the open gate area on the left side of our house while the worker was in the front of the house, half inside of his truck on the phone. When we returned it was dark. On May 2, when my husband and I were leaving our house we noticed that the gate had been damaged. Upon further inspection, both gates had damage to them, when previously they did not. It appeared that the fence post had been hit and then sawed off by the employees. I was never notified by the individual nor the company of this damage. The workers had left a hammer and crowbar in the backyard. The gates were damaged, the fence post damaged and the supporting panels also damaged. When I called the company to get assistance, I was told to go online to their support page and report property damage. I was never able to fully submit my report as "There was a network error. Please refresh the page and try again," was present despite changing browsers, wifi, and devices (phone and laptop). I called to get more support and was told the support specialist would submit the claim for me. The following morning, I received an e-mail stating I must submit property damage online. Twice I have received e-mails stating the property damage claim has been resolved. I have contacted this company 12 times via phone and nothing has been resolved. This issue is preventing us from successfully closing on our pending sold home.

It's website only and when complaints/changes are sent there is no response. - You cannot make changes to your services easily or on the website, purposefully, I assume. - I signed up for "weekly" mowing services. After three weeks of cancellations someone mowed on a Friday then I get an email that someone is coming Monday. That is 3 days, not "weekly". Doesn't matter cause they canceled anyway. -I added an additional property, was given a cancelation email last minute and still charged for services. No one has refunded me or rescheduled to actually complete the job - I was charged $54 for a lawn that other services quoted as $20-$25. And i was charged the same for the second property which has a yard 1/10th the size. Again this is the property where I was charged and no one even came. Also I paid more for blowing of clippings and weeding which was never done and the clippings were left everywhere (the first time they came not the second). - there are very obvious signs of a scam business 1) website difficult to make changes/it will not allow you to make changes 2) customer complaint/changes emails that are never confirmed or responded to 3) WAY over charging for basic services 4) manipulation ie. having someone come friday and then 2 days later to mow, charging more for "longer" grass when they canceled services for 3 weeks straight so yes it will be longer. Again I did not want to have to write this complaint but I am very scared that a company like this has my cc information, I am 100% that even after I cancel my services with them they will continue to charge my card and I will never be refunded for services I did not receive. I'm hopeful that it will be resolved but not holding my breath. I hope others stay away.

I was quoted online using my address. I live in 2.21 acres. My property line can be seen on any map you pull up. They don't show you a map before quoting. "Pro" came which he couldn't be more than 17 years old.. had an even younger girl with him helping. They showed up to my property with 2 push mowers. 2.21 acres. I had to go to work so I couldn't stay and supervise. When I got home I saw that half of my yard.. at least 1.5 acres of it was not mowed. I immediately responded to the "rate your pro" who is *** and stated that my property was not finished and that i would like to have the issue addressed. I was returned with a very ugly text from *** stating that I was rude for complaining and that my yard was over grown (they rescheduled this service to a later date...i also am a nurse who works 70 hours a week) and that he knew when he saw my yard that I was trash and and wanted a hand out. He also said that he gets complaints all the time. I literally wanted someone to be aware that I paid $190 to have 2800 square feet mowed and to rectify the fact that they promise an accurate quote using satellite imaging. My property is clearly marked on all maps... the immaturity and unprofessionalism was uncanny. He went on in one of his 7 texts to me saying that he would get my money anyway and there was nothing I could do that he did what I deserved. And that if I couldn't afford to pay that I shouldn't have booked the service. Just flat out rude. So I called corporate and spoke to someone... told her I'd the rudeness and type of response i received. After a5 minute hold she came back to tell me that the map they use only showed what they mowed. Hello... are you not going to address the blatant disrespectful response i received. They came out &cut on May 23, mind you they were suppose cut the front lawn &trim, weed eat,& blow off clippings. He only cut the front yard&left the areas along side my house/walkways overgrown &didn't trim or weed eat (pictures provided) I wasn't charged the $19 instead I was charged $50.49 5/27/2022.On 5/31 i was charged again for $40.70. I spoke with customer service&explained everything&he agreed that i was overcharged he explained that i was charged the $19 plus a long grass fee which made it $50.49. Long grass fee was $38 plus dollars. So I was like ok why was i charged an additional $40.70 from my account 3 days later. He kept me on hold for &said ok we will refund you the overcharge. So cool i get off the phone&i receive a email stating I would receive a refund for $19. When I say I was livid they had just lied&shot me all this bs&only ended up refunding $19 not the whole amount. I called back&this time the story is completely different, this time it was explained that they charged me the regular price to mow your lawn($38.99+taxes) &didn't add the discount which was suppose to be $19 so they were only refunding that amount (which they only refunded $16.30 on 6/1/22 so more lies and pictures provided) Ok so why was charged $40.70 3 days later they now say oh that was not us that was the people that cut the grass the added that on separately. So how does it go from being charged $19 +long grass fee totalling $50.49 to we charged you the normal rate to cut the grass and we forgot to discount you the $19 &we have nothing to do with the additional charges. I hired this company when I bought a brand new house. This house is in a HOA, when trying to find company that would come out and mow my grass ASAP they was the first ones to come. When the guy came out to mow my grass he was supposed give me a quote on landscaping and cut my grass. Now when you get a company and pay for services you expect for the services to be completed however it was not the man did not mow my Back or Side of my yard I called Lawn Love back and told them that I did not want the same company to come back out and give me the estimate I wanted another one and finish what they did not do witch was give me estimate for my landscaping, or mow my back and side of my yard.. Well what do they do? A few days pass and the same guy comes back out to the house after I told them I was not wanting him to come back. Now he is lucky I was not home because I am a Lawyer... But I did talk to him on my door *** and on the phone he tried to get me to pay him under the table for the landscaping because apparently Lawn Love takes a percent of that I told him no just send me a estimate. He fixed the grass but still did not cut by the back. So fast forward 3 weeks I never got a estimate for landscaping another company was supposed to come out last Saturday and never came out. I requested them to only come out on days I am home witch is Saturday or Sunday. I called Yesterday 05/16/2022 and a man hung up on me after waiting 25mins on hold, on 05/17/2022 I called and requested a supervisor around 5 times he refused and finally after going back and fourth he got me to one. She was very nice and helped me out a lot assured me that they would be coming out today to cut the grass.. But now my grass is the cutting without a fee so she waved it. So now its 5pm on 05/17/2022 I called back again and called in to get a update because no one is there yet I called and a *** up on me called back and finally got to the same supervisor and now I am more then upset with this.
