Hi, My name is Madelyn Madrid. I send the document from US to Manila last June 25. As far as I know that day also they pick it up from the store going to airport. The lady from the store milpitas told me that night also leaving going to airport. Expected arrive in Manila like 7-10 working day. But now is already July 7. My husband haven't recieve yet. I though ur service guys is really good. But is not. I really regret that am choosing LBC than UPS. Now I feel like no more trusted your LBC. I applied for a passport in DFA NCR South Alabang branch and availed the LBC courier inside. Transaction date 3/23/18. Tracking number [protected]. Delivery guy handed over my passport to the village guard and left. I was lucky that the guard brought it to my home.
A passport is a LEGAL document and should be handed over only to the OWNER or appointed person by the owner who presents an ID and authorization letter. I suppose this is your guideline.
I feel really disappointed in your service. Considering we pay for 150 php for this because we would like to avoid any hassles. But your delivery man could have brought me problems should the person he endorsed my parcel with (who was not even related to me) fail to give me my passport.

i ordered through an online shopping site something for my boyfriend's birthday.. the online seller shipped my order to Cebu through LBC express last June 22, 2018.. the tracking # was [protected].. i received a text message from LBC computer system last June 25, 2018 that my shipment is ready for delivery and i should expect delivery within the day but it didn't arrive.. i received the same message last June 26, 2018 but again, it didn't arrive.. i kept on sending LBC track and trace and i was really surprised last June 29, 2018 that they already forwarded my shipment to Manila..! i was in the area from 7AM to 6PM the whole week and i even told our security guard that i am expecting a shipment from LBC.. usually, LBC's delivery man will inform the consignee upon his arrival to the area but i didn't receive any message.. i called LBC's customer service twice as soon as i saw your posted update and they told me that they will make a report but nothing happened as it was returned to the online seller.. the online seller shipped it again last July 2, 2018.. with the tracking # [protected].. i received the same text message from LBC computer system that my shipment is ready for delivery last July 3, 2018.. i waited but as expected, it didn't arrive.. they posted last July 4, 2018 that shipment was not delivered due to payment issues.. and i received the same message again last July 4 and 5, 2018 and until now (July 6, 2018), it didn't arrive.. i called the customer service hotline yesterday and told me that he will make a report about it but i think my parcel will be returned to sender again (for the 2nd time) because it is now forwarded to LBC CENTRAL EXCHANGE..! my area is not difficult to find since it's a famous university's address in Cebu and i stated the address completely (even the floor and name of the building) and the online seller wrote my cellphone number on the parcel.. we are paying right and we deserve the right service.. i thought LBC is HARI NG PADALA but i think LBC is HARI NG KAPALPAKAN..!

Now, we got a confirmation number from LBC for the said order on June 28 and it clearly stated that TAT is 3-5 days. On June 30, Saturday, it was my day off and for the whole day I was just at home. Here comes Saturday evening, we left for Oslob. A week had passed and still, no order from LBC came. So after following up on it, I got this stupid message that on June 30, they tried to come here but the house was closed. What the heck?! I was home the whole morning and afternoon! I noticed 2 missed calls from an unknown number, and I'm not even sure if it came from LBC or not. Now you would expect a responsible courier to at least text you about your order. But no! I did not receive a single text! Instead, onJuly 2, they left this to an "authorized person" named Annabelle Matabilas. I do not even know this [censored]ing person! And I do not remember assigning it to an "authorized person." Why the [censored] would they leave my package to an unknown [censored]ing person?! I want to sue LBC for this!

At sa araw na ito tumawag sila sa, akin sabi nawawala daw yung bagahe ko, anong ka tarantaduhan ito bakit ba ninakaw? Maliit na halaga lang yan pero yung effort at hardwork ko para lang mka padala ng regalo sa anak kung nag graduate. Kailangan bayaran nyu at kung hindi magsampa ako ng Case againts sa inyu.

[protected] this package was sent june 25, 2018. From Davao City (Mindanao) to cagayan de oro city (mindanao). There was only one update on this shipment which was on the time the package was accepted at LBC Gaisano Mall of Davao, after that there was no update anymore, I started calling LBC customer service june 28, 2018 to get an update but nobody can give me any information. I called LBC Gaisano mall of davao and told me they have a "manifest" which means the package has already left their facility. I called again june 29th and 30th, I even talked with the supervisor, but she neither can't give me any information about the package.
This package should be received by Mr. Trauvis Tagapan in Cagayan de oro City, because he will be leaving for the US on July 1, 2018 and supposedly give this package to my daughter in the US. But since you lost the package, I demand that you send this directly to my daughter in the US. Her address is 1487 NE 117th st Miami Florida USA 33161. I receive an sms from one of your courier who asked me my name because he said that I have a delivery from shopee. I did not give my name but I confirmed I was at home, yet he was very insistent in getting my name or the product would not be delivered he said. He already know that i'm home why was he very insistent in learning my name. Name are considered as personal information that can identify an individual and use his information in various things. Now I tried asking the employee what the product is so I could at least identify the order, but still he was very persistent in getting my name. So I said, you can just have that rts if you like but I won't give you my name. Now today, I sent a message to the employee asking him why he said it was from shopee because wgeasia had just sent me a notification of the rts. Now this employee's reply is very provoking and insulting. He even sound taunting with his messages. We would really appreciate that you have this matter dealt with.

I'm really disappointed how the delivery men were. They know that the box was too big that it cant be carried by just 1 person, yet they left the box more or less 50meters aways from our doorstep and let my 78 year old mom push it to have the box moved inside the house. How inconsiderate is that? Not that, the LBC people, before leaving the package kept on babbling about an extra tip or a snacks before heading as the box was too big. When my mom said she can't offer anything of their demands they then left the box, had my mom signed the piece of [censored] and headed off. Is that how you train your people? Be surely telling my friends about how inconsiderate your people are.

I just want to share my BAD experience I had with your branches here in TARLAC. Consider this as complaint againts your company! Take this seriously I have a video footage on how long I wanted and how I was treated.
I have a refund from LAZADA. My email clearly indicated I just need to provide them REMITTANCE NUMBER AND A VALID ID!
Yesterday, Sunday JUNE 24, 2018 arround 2:30 LBC MARKET CITY TARLAC. I find time to claim this SMALL AMOUNT OF MONEY I HAVE FROM LAZADA. The lady is kinda rude she have a trainee with her. She ask for the remittance id and valid card. She also asked for the order number. They told me they need to unlocked it from thier analyst through EMAIL! I patiently wait 20 minutes sge get back to me saying invalid ORDER NUMBER (Which was not adviced by LAZADA to give) I show her the email also the order number. Then she get back to write an EMAIL! I asked her to just call backroom since this was advised in my email she told to she tried already no one answered (which is a LIE) I NEVER SAW HER HANDING A PHONE. I still waited. After an hour she get back to me. Analyst keeps teeling invalid order number! I was beyond frustrated I wasted my time for NOTHING! I LEAVE THAT BRANCH REALLY FRUSTRATED!

I told him to call your back room he told to me that he tried no one is answering BUT THAT WAS A LIE AGAIN HE NEVER HANDED A PHONE. WHEN I RAISED UP MY VOICE I SAW HIM DAILING SOMETHING ON THE PHONE AND I HEARD THERW CONCERSATION. THE MAN ON THE LINE WHICH IS I THINK IN YOUR BACKROOM ADVISED THAT IT WAS JUST DIRECT MEANING NOTHING TO DO WITH EMAILING THAT ANALYST TO UNLOCK.
