Nagkaron ng shipment issue nung una although naprovide ko naman yung complete address ko, so tumawag ulit ako sa BDO, same address and complete, nagbigay pa ko landmarks, tapos nakamonitor ako sa delivery, jusmiyo wala pa kalahating araw shipment issue agad, hindi nyo man lang pinaabot ng ilang days like 3 days para sana, nagschedule nalang ako ng pick up. nag attempt ba kayo tumawag, maghanap ulit? ano pa address ibibigay ko e yun na yung complete address ko! sorry ha! pero ang tatanga ng taga deliver nyo! madalas ako magpadeliver dahil nagsshop lang ako online, sa inyo lang ako nagka issue, kayo lang yung nakakastress! di na ko magtataka kung bakit ang baba ng rating nyo!
I still did not received my shipment all of you guys same reasons and reasons that you cannot locate my address, out of delivery, unknown persons, no consignee available! reasons and reasons but your not taking actions! I been in my house everyday and always and I never go out after work I stayed in home all the time! no one no lbc come and walang kumakatok sa bahay namin para merong magdeliver! this was already 2 months now and I still did not received the package I wanted to have! I have already an appointment from my local dti office here in cebu I already called them and have already an appointment and I will file a complaint about this! this was taking too long!
Same case here ..2 days wala daw tao sa bahay where in fact, andito lang waiting for my BDO cc .. Hindi ko maintindihan si BDO, bakit consistently si LBC pa din ang kinukuha.
Yun credit card ko 3x times ngdeliver ang lbc wala naman tawag tas sabi pumunta na office wala nmn sa log book nan admin.. mag anniversary n lng dhil inabutan nn lock down.
Lbc are you doing business... false remarks.. ginagawa nio bobo mga dinileveran niyo.. pinapasahod nmn kayu nan boss niyo. yun ayaw mgtrabaho as delivery person. hanap kayu nan managerial position...
Dapat ma review nan management yon delivery status bakit unsuccessful yun delivery.. yun sadyan tamad na tlaga.. dapat commision basis sila pag unsuceesful yun delivery nila.. dapat pending yon payment nila.. sinisira niyo ang reputasion nan company niyo.. the company has been in the industry for so long and competitors are doing evryrhing para matalo.. pinaghirapan nan mga boss eestablish ang company tas sisirain lang nan iilan tamad nan delivery person... isang araw wla n lng kayu trabaho dahil di niyo pinahalagan ang company niyo...

Grabe naman serbisyo nitong lbc. Hindi inaayus! Hindi ko din nareceive yung bdo cc ko. Same problem nangyari sakin. Delivery attempt daw pero hindi naman
LBC is worst. Kung di ko lang need ung Credit Card ko, pina cancel ko na sana. 3 straight days, puro may attempt daw na nagpunta, di naman ako umalis ng bahay, andito lang ako to receive the item. the [censored], ni walang advise na pupunta. Magtrabaho nga kau. Worst ever service 🤮
Same here..nakakairita talaga sla..track ko sa LBC ang BDO CC ko ang nakalagay.. delivery within this day...so naghintay ako Ng magdedeliver pero walang dumating, tumawag ako sa LBC sabi nla bukas namn nla delivery, Hanggang ngayon Wala pa rin.. tumawag uli ako s LBC sabi nla return to manila kasi daw Wala daw ko contact number na binigay Ng BDO..Ha, sabi ko lahat Ng information na kinuha Ng BDO binigay ko updated pa address ko..ayusin nyo n trabaho nyo LBC..pinapaasa nyo Ang mga costumer ninyo.
