Le Style Parfait Kenya Two large corduroy shirts

I placed an order for two shirts from LeStyle Parfait on November 23. After about a week I still haven't received an acknowledgement or tracking information. I emailed them my concerns and they informed me that they will look into it. Eventually I began receiving vague tracking information throughout the following seven weeks. I again contacted Le Style and was told to be patient. I filed a complaint with PayPal and they eventually responded. When the shirts finally did arrive in January, I found them to be of inferior quality overpriced and far too small, not the size I requested. I contacted PayPal again but got nowhere. Same with Le Style, no response. Perversely, LeStyle later solicited me the opportunity to give them a 5 star review rating. I gave them a one star rating and explained why. No response, naturally.

Desired outcome: Refund

Le Style Parfait Kenya blazers

RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN! Complete scam! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! I made the mistake of filing a PayPal dispute because I never received the items, they sent the items, and the dispute was closed. However, once I received the items, they looked NOTHING like the photos online. They're cheap, Chinese mass-produced goods and the prints weren't even what I ordered. I can't file another PayPal dispute on a different basis, and the company claimed they would refund my money but never did. I paid to ship the items to FRANCE. Now they have my money and the garbage I paid for. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

The gag is, when I went on their website, a pop-up appeared showing my name and saying I just purchased the blazers 7 hours ago (I bought them early December), lending credence to their low-quality trash. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!

Le Style Parfait Kenya shirts

This company is a joke. No customer service. No quality control
Bait and switch tactics. No inventory. Non-responsive personnel.
Absolutley no access for complaints other than an email address. And it takes them 3-5 days to respond if they respond at all.

I ordered two shirts and received them in 2 months. I emailed after 30 days and they told me I had already received them, which was a flat out lie.
When I finally received the shirts, they were way too small. They wouldn't fit a 12 year old boy! And one wasn't even close to the acutal item that I ordered.

I've attached an image of what I ordered and one of what they shipped.
Not even close... And after waiting for 2 months to get the wrong items, they expect me to just send them back on my dime and they'll ship the correct items and sizes?

I don"t think so!

Le Style Parfait Kenya Non delivered goods

These people don't deliver what they promise. They are a big disappointment. They only delivered part of what I had ordered. I cannot recommend anyone. The customer care lady is also very very rude and does not help in any way. She threatened to sue me because I complained. These people don't deliver what they promise. They are a big disappointment. Le Style Parfait Kenya paid for goods that have not been delivered for months

Total Scam! Never buy from this website!

I paid for goods that have not been delivered for months. I tried to contact customer service and asked for refund. I didn't even got any reply.
In my order there were 4 products. After 3-4 months they sent my order. But only 1 of 4 products and in that 1 dress quality was terrible.

Don't waste your money in this website.

Le Style Parfait Kenya customer service

When inquiring (for the 3rd time) about an online order not received yet, you are told that you should write an email (already done) then that you can call a number but they'll have to get back to you because they do not know the phone number or the email address by heart...

Worse they do not know if it is ordered or when it arrives because someone else is in charge, the someone else whom they forgot the number.!?

Seriously? Order is paid! Deliver or refund. So unprofessional.

Above order was paid for via mpesa on the 07/11/18 & has not been delivered to me since.
Delivery was promised to be during the 24th-26th of the same month.
The customer care number provided rarely goes through and when it does, the lady on the line gives inconcrete answers & is evasive. Their email correspondence is also poor & dismissive.
I think I have been duped.
This kind of behaviour is unacceptable.
I want my money back.

Le Style Parfait Kenya men's sports shoes

I sent $69.00 + $3.45 tax $72.45 through PayPal to purchase some shoes on August 3, 2018!After a couple of weeks, I emailed the company letting them know that I haven't received my shoes, and Francisca emailed me back and said that they will be here in a week. Now it is September 21, 2018, still no shoes, and the company will not respond back to me, what should I do?

Le Style Parfait Kenya clothing

I made an order of 4 items of clothing and what was delivered to me looked like nothing on the pictures. The items were unbelievably poor quality and looked old. This despite the fact that the prices were not cheap at all. I could have bought the same in downtown Nairobi for about an eighth of the price. There was absolute no value for money and I was quite disappointed. The order also took about 2 months to arrive and the customer care was quite poor and generally non -communicative. Buyer be aware. Do not buy from this shop as what they advertise is very different from what you actually receive. My order number K2615LSPK (bohemian chiffon dress, women winter leggings, women sleeveless vest-long coat, ladies blazer long sleeve -zipper design)

Le Style Parfait Kenya product not delivered./rude customer service

I made an order with le style parfait.
Of a shoe costing 5000/-. I paid using visa and after the payment I got a notification that the order has been received waiting for fullfillment
3 days later, I got an email that the order has been fullfilled and it has been shipped and that an agent will contact me. Right now I have not got any contact from anyone. I try contacting them and what I get is arude response from their whatsapp. Here is my order number k2568lspk

Le Style Parfait Kenya paid for goods that have not been delivered 1 months later

I placed an order and paid for it by mpesa on 11th December 2017 and have not received it to date (9th January 2018).
Order K2458LSPK was confirmed paid pn 11th December, 2017. I sent an email enquiry on 14th December 2017 to find out the status of the order but got no response. I enquired again on 26th December, 2017 no response.

I want a refund of my money as they seem unable to filfill this order and there is no real feedback on either or phone.

So what Happened?!

I purchased a chiffon top [invoice number k2128lspk] on 3rd january 2017 from an online store called le style parfait kenya and they advised that the delivery will take 4 weeks. Below is the acknowledgement of my payment

I bought 8 t shirts for my GROOMSMEN for my wedding I bought them since 26th of August now it almost 2 months I keep emailing and texting them about the orders they never answered me a few minutes ago one of them texted me I canceled the order and each I never do that after that she blocked me I don't know what to do in my wedding is November 17th

I ordered 7 items on the site on 28th February 2018, paid via M-pesa and I am yet to rreceive my goods. My constant texts to contact personnel are being ignored. My order no IS K2565LSPK and K2571LSPK. I'd like to get my goods delivered ASAP.
