LeVel Review: Auto-ship Scam and Terrible Customer Service
I decided to give LeVel a try and boy, was that a mistake! I feel like a complete idiot for even considering it. I spent a total of ?149.27 on patches, tablets, and shakes, and when I received my products, I was happy with them. However, a month later, I received more products that I never requested or ordered. I was extremely confused and contacted the representative who set up my account. She informed me that an auto-ship was set up when I first bought from them. I couldn't believe it! Not once was I informed about this auto-ship, neither by the representative nor by email. I only found out about the additional products when they arrived at my doorstep.
I tried to contact LeVel, but it turns out that you can only do so through email, which I found extremely weird. There is no phone number to call. I sent my products back, but I had to pay ?11 for a tracking number and to send them back. If you don't get a tracking number, they won't let you know when they've received the products, and they won't refund you. I was refunded ?127.30, but where's the rest of my money? They charge a 10% restocking fee for sending products back, which is not fair at all. I had no idea about any of this, and they're now refusing to refund my ?11 for sending the products back and my ?22 that I lost for refunding them.
I looked online and found out that many people have complained about this same issue. LeVel is making money by setting up an auto-ship, and when customers send products back, they keep 10% of the cost, making a killing off of everyone else's expense. I even tried to contact the representative who set up my account, but she hasn't bothered to read my messages or help me in any way.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid LeVel at all costs. Getting in touch with them is a nightmare. Their ticket response system is a pain, and you have to keep pestering them to hear anything back from them. If I could give them no stars, I would.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with LeVel: Delayed Shipping, AutoShip Issues, and Lack of Support
I recently had an experience with LeVel and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. While my husband seems to be benefiting from the product, I had a lot of trouble with the company's customer service. We ordered our first package on July 4th, but we didn't receive it until almost July 20th. The company claimed that there was a delay in shipping and apologized for the inconvenience. However, I had to stress out and contact them multiple times before they finally gave me a credit for the delay.
The credit was applied for this month of August, but my promoter had advised me to stop the AutoShip because I had purchased the buy one get one during the July bonus sale. So, I went in and stopped the AutoShip, but the website didn't accept it. As a result, they took $205 out of my account and are now shipping out more product that we do not need. When I contacted my promoter, she stated that she would put in a service ticket to have this taken care of. However, this was on August 5th and the shipment hasn't even shipped out yet. They're having delayed problems with the shipment and the promoter then tells me that I would more than likely have to pay for shipping the product back and then they would give me my $205 back.
This whole situation is very frustrating and disappointing. No matter how good the product is, a company needs to stand by its customers and do the right thing. It's clear that this company does not care for its customers, which is a huge concern of mine. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future because I would hate for others to have the same experience as me.
LeVel Review: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly of Their Products
I gotta say, I tried out LeVel's products and boy did I feel like a new person! The Patch, in particular, really did wonders for me. After just three days of using all three products, I felt like I was 20 again! My mind was clear, I had tons of energy, and I didn't even crave junk food anymore. I was bouncing around like a kid and even my coworkers noticed a difference - one of them even accused me of being on drugs!
But then, things took a turn for the worse. I started getting really dizzy and had to lay down wherever I was. It was scary, to be honest. I even had to call an ambulance one night because my blood pressure dropped so low. Turns out, some of the ingredients in the Patch can lower blood pressure and the caffeine content was probably too high for me. My cardiologist told me that the combination of high pulse rate and low blood pressure could have been deadly. Yikes!
Needless to say, I stopped using the Patch immediately. It's a shame because it really did work wonders for me, but I value my health more than anything. I've been off all LeVel products for three years now, but I recently decided to give their shakes a try. So far, so good! They're packed with vitamins and nutrients and they taste great. I'm especially loving the candy cane flavor.
One thing that does concern me, though, is that LeVel doesn't list the exact amounts of each ingredient in the Patch. I'm pretty sure they do that on purpose because there's probably too much of everything - Forslean, Garcinia Cambogia, and caffeine. It's definitely something to keep in mind if you're thinking about trying the Patch.
All in all, I'm happy with the shakes and I may even start taking the vitamins again if everything continues to go well. Just remember, if you start feeling dizzy or off in any way, listen to your body and take a break from the Patch. Your health is too important to risk.
LeVel Products: High Cost, Low Quality, and Terrible Customer Service
I gotta say, I've been using LeVel products for about 3 years now and while I love the products themselves, I gotta say the cost is just too darn high. I mean, I recently made a bulk order for $1,168 and I noticed that some of the vitamin packs only had one pill in them. This happened multiple times throughout the year and I finally got fed up. I made a video of me opening the shorted packages to send to the company, but they didn't seem to care. They wanted me to keep the packages and boxes so I could give them the lot numbers. I mean, come on, who has time for that? I just threw them away.
And don't even get me started on their customer service. On weekends when they have their biggest promotions, their customer service is CLOSED. And when you finally do get through to them on Monday, they just tell you there's nothing they can do once the order has been placed. So basically, you're on your own.
I understand that this company is built on a typical pyramid scheme, but I never took an active role as a seller or promoter. I just ordered for myself and my close friends who saw my success. And let me tell you, my success came from MY hard work of exercising and eating right. I just liked knowing I was getting vitamins and I loved my breakfast shake.
But with my final order, I tried to take advantage of the BOGO deal with shakes and they didn't honor one of the flavors. There was no note of that on their site or during the ordering process. It just feels sneaky, you know? I ordered two of the flavor that wasn't eligible and when I asked them to switch it to another flavor that was eligible, they refused. "There's nothing we can do once the order has been placed."
I'm sorry, but that's just not good enough for me. I can't keep paying these high costs for a company with zero to no customer service. And I shouldn't have to comb over each and every package to make sure I got what I paid for. It's just not worth it anymore. I'm cutting my ties with LeVel and moving on to something better.
LeVel's Thrive: My Experience with the 3-Step Program
So, I started using LeVel's Thrive products back in April as a birthday gift to myself. I've tried a lot of health products out there, from big corporate companies to small hometown gyms, all with their own diet and lifestyle plans. But I have to say, the difference with Thrive is noticeable. I feel more energized, focused, and have even lost weight. Most importantly, I feel like my body is getting closer to a balance, thanks to the vitamin intake from the 3-step program.
One time, I accidentally took the 3-step program out of order. I woke up at my usual 6 a.m. and took two tablets (even though my coach and the company warned me to start with one), then immediately put on my patch (which is actually step 3). Instead of having the shake, I decided to have coffee that day. Big mistake. I felt like the product wasn't working correctly and was extremely irritable and jittery. I contacted my LeVel coach, advisor, or whatever you want to call her, and she immediately laughed and said, "Lori, I told you to read it and take it correctly. You took it out of sequence, so it's not going to get the full benefit. And did you drink coffee?" I almost lied and said no, but I knew something was off, so I admitted to it. She said, "Well, there's your answer right there. You took it out of sequence. Don't ever do that again. And Lori, your body must metabolize very well, so take one!" To this day, I only take one pill, unless I need the two tablets for a long day out and about. And yes, sometimes I indulge in a greasy order of tots and chili and cheese. Don't judge me, LOL.
Now that I know to take the system in its three-step format, stay away from other caffeine, hydrate as much as I'm supposed to with water, and not skip my shake, my results couldn't be better! So, my moral of the story is to follow the rules and guidelines, read all warnings and labels. I guess that's pretty basic, right? Hahaha.
Overall, I'm a very satisfied client. I started in April at 169 lbs, and by June, my weight was down to 153 lbs. Thrive on, guys!
Le-Vel Thrive Women's Daily Supplement: My Experience with Dangerous Side Effects and Lack of Customer Support
I recently tried out the Le-Vel Thrive women's daily supplement and was excited to see what kind of results I would get. For the first three days, I only took one of the two capsules and combined it with a shake and the patch. I didn't notice any major changes, but I was hopeful that things would improve.
On the fourth day, I decided to try taking the recommended two women's daily supplement capsules. Unfortunately, within just 30 minutes, I started experiencing some pretty intense side effects. I had moderate heart palpitations, dizziness, nausea, shortness of breath, and fatigue. Needless to say, I was pretty alarmed by these symptoms.
I immediately stopped taking the products and went to see my doctor. Together, we discovered that the women's daily supplement capsules contained citrus aurantium and several other herbal stimulants. This was a major red flag for me, as I knew that citrus aurantium is banned in several other countries and can have similar effects as ephedra.
Over the next eight days, my body went through a pretty intense withdrawal period. I continued to experience side effects like heart palpitations, dizziness, sudden changes in blood pressure, shortness of breath, nausea, and fatigue. I even had to go to the ER twice because I thought I was having a heart attack or stroke.
It's now been several months since I stopped taking the Thrive products, but I'm still experiencing these same symptoms on a regular basis. I've had to take a medical leave from work so that I can undergo a battery of tests to try and figure out what's going on with my body.
I reached out to Thrive customer support to let them know about my experience, and I even uploaded several medical documents to show that my health issues started as a result of taking their products. Unfortunately, they refused to open an injury claim and said that my documents proved nothing.
I'm now seeking legal advice to try and get some kind of compensation for the pain and suffering I've experienced, as well as the time I've had to take off work. My goals are simple: I want Thrive to properly label their products to warn others about the dangers of citrus aurantium and other herbal stimulants. I also want them to compensate me for the harm they've caused me, and I want to speak with a real person at their company who can show me some compassion and care.
My Experience with Thrive: A Costly and Unsafe Solution for Exhaustion and Anxiety
I gotta say, I tried LeVel and it was a total bust. I mean, who knows what's even in this stuff, right? But my friend was raving about how great she felt on Thrive, so I figured I'd give it a shot. I've been dealing with exhaustion for as long as I can remember - I can sleep for hours and still feel like I need a nap. And caffeine? Forget about it. I can drink a Red Bull before bed and still sleep like a baby. So when my friend told me about Thrive, I was intrigued. But then she told me the price and I was like, "Uh, no thanks."
But I was desperate for a solution, so I decided to try just the pills and the patches. Big mistake. Within 15 minutes of taking the pill and putting on the patch, my heart rate was through the roof and I was feeling nauseous. I toughed it out for a few hours, but I still felt exhausted and needed a nap. And don't even get me started on the patch - it's a nightmare to take off and it leaves behind this sticky residue that's impossible to get rid of.
I kept using the product for about a week, but I wasn't seeing any improvement. So I called my friend and told her I wanted to stop. She got her upline involved and they suggested I try just taking one pill in the morning and drinking more water. But I already drink over three liters of water a day - how much more could I possibly drink? And then they wanted to send me the shake powder to try. I mean, come on. I don't need a nasty shake to tell me that this product isn't working for me.
In the end, I used the product for about three weeks before I decided to call it quits. I just don't think it's safe for my body. And if you have anxiety or sensitive skin, I would definitely steer clear of this product. The patch is a nightmare and the shakes are gross. Save your money and find a different solution.
LeVel Review: A Certified Nutritionist's Perspective on Gut Health and All-Natural Benefits
I really like LeVel and all of its products. When I first tried it in April 2017, it was just for a review. As a certified nutritionist with 15 years of experience in the medical and health industry, I thought it would be good to try out some products. However, I ended up taking it daily after that!
The woman I spoke with was very knowledgeable, helpful, and full of information and resources. She encouraged me to do my own research and guided me into the product. We had a deep conversation about gut health, which is important for overall wellness. I have IBS and lactose intolerance, and while the company doesn't claim to take care of these issues, they do focus on gut health and bacteria, which play a major role in your wellness care. These products aren't magic pills, and there isn't a single product out there that will instantly make you lose weight. The first 10-14 lbs are water retention and digestion/bloating, which you can reduce by drinking more water and eating properly.
Thrive's ingredients are clearly listed on their packaging, online, and easily accessible. They are backed by over 50 patents and approvals. It's important to find the right person to market "health" to you. I don't recommend Thrive to anyone who may have a soy allergy, as it contains some soy products with pea protein primarily, and whey in their shakes. The vitamins are of very high quality, and the caffeine levels in the pills and shake combined alone are less than 65mg (less than a cup of coffee) and are made with green/black teas. The only other green coffee bean extract (this is what is used naturally to help with suppressing or weight) is in a variety of different DFT patches that are clearly listed on the site and packages. There is zero synthetic caffeine in the products. This is a plant-based premium nutrition company.
Taking any supplement or product will not change bad eating habits or prior medical conditions you do not consult first. So as I read faulty reviews here, it's very clear they are the scammers or mixing up what Le-Vel products are.
The cost is because of quality. People spend $5 bucks on a Starbucks coffee over a $1 coffee at a gas station.
I'd rather take a Cadillac quality vitamin, stay consistent, focus on eating properly, while knowing it takes time to change your gut health, dialing in proper nutrition into your lifestyle, and being educated or finding answers.
I love the probiotic help this has given me. It's helped my digestion, my sleep, my skin, and my life. I've shared it with many clients, and many doctors/nurses/naturopaths and natural physique body builders use Thrive BECAUSE of its all-natural benefits.
A healthy lifestyle should include drinking at least 80 ounces of water a day. If you're taking Thrive, you shouldn't be drinking coffee or energy drinks either (that's what kills you). Never take vitamins with coffee. Can you drink a coffee down the road? Sure, but the pH acid level destroys the body before it ever absorbs your pills or even medicines. (Google it ;) or research it. Knowledge is free.
It's great to give a product 30 to 60 days to see results while following the motivation to focus on your overall health.
If you have any congestive heart or HBP issues prior to Thrive, always speak to a doctor. Our products have no relationship to HBP or prior bad health issues that require a longer and bigger change to your health decisions, including cutting fatty foods, processed foods like pizzas, greasy burgers, and including more fruits, fibrous vegetables, lean meats, and proper hydration into your system and focusing on a healthier nutritional lifestyle.
There isn't a single vitamin or shake company that can outdo a bad diet or how you take care of yourself.
LeVel's Customer Service Needs Improvement: A Review of My Experience
I just gotta say, I had a bit of a rough time with LeVel's customer service. I mean, I posted my honest Thrive Experience on their Facebook page and it disappeared! I guess they only want the positive reviews, but hey, they don't control what I say online.
Now, don't get me wrong, I love their products. The pills, patch, and shakes that come with my monthly auto-shipment have been a game-changer for me. I used to get migraines all the time, but now I only get one or two a month. Plus, my IBS is finally under control after 10+ years. It's amazing!
But here's the thing. I ordered the larger DFT Ultra patches in purple, which cost more than what I usually get. When I opened my box on August 1st, I saw that they sent me the wrong patches. I figured it would be an easy fix, so I went to their website to submit a customer service ticket. But guess what? I couldn't do it on the weekend. I had to wait until Monday.
So, first thing Monday morning, I submitted a ticket explaining the situation and asking for new patches at their expense (since I already paid for shipping and handling) and a return label to send back the incorrect item. But I didn't get a ticket number or any kind of acknowledgement that they received my request. I waited until Tuesday and checked my account, but still nothing. So I submitted another ticket. And another. But still no response.
Finally, on Thursday, I sent an email to their customer service email address with a picture of my order form and the incorrect item. I got an auto-reply saying that wasn't the right forum for my complaint and I needed to submit another ticket. I replied that I already did that twice without any response, and at this point, I just wanted a refund for the price difference. Finally, I got an actual reply, but it was just to say that they never received my tickets and I needed to submit a third one.
Now, here's the kicker. You only have 15 days to request a correction or change to your order after it's delivered. And with all this back and forth, I'm already on day 6. How many more times did they expect me to submit my request?
I finally sent a reply saying that this was my final message to them. I canceled my auto-shipment and I'm trying to figure out how to delete my profile from their website. I'm just so over this game.
I mean, they have no problem taking my money for the monthly auto-shipment, even if it's not actually mailed for a day or two. But they can't even contact me about a $14 difference? It's ridiculous.
Honestly, at this point, I'd rather go to a big box store like Whole Foods, GNC, or Amazon. At least they're willing to help me out if there's an issue with my order.
I know a lot of people have had great experiences with LeVel, but I think it's important to share the not-so-great ones too. Quality products are important, but so is good customer service.
An Honest Review of Le-Vel Thrive Products: My Experience with the Three-Step System
I started my weight loss journey back in February and saw a friend from high school successfully using Le-Vel Thrive products. For months, I considered pulling the trigger and purchasing, but upon looking it up and really looking, I couldn't find any negative or positive things (except the extreme positives by promoters). It was all neutral reviews from normal people, and most had some sort of success if also dieting and working out. But there was nothing negative online about it except auto ship issues and double charges on cards. I had reached out to a few MLM exposers asking about Thrive, and none of them knew any negatives about it. So, I want to put out an honest review of products and the company itself out there because it is different in my mind at least.
I pulled the trigger and purchased Thrive products in January/February of 2020. It was a three-step system including 2 pills, a shake, and a patch you use daily. I felt great on it, slightly wired but nothing crazy. I started waking up at 7 am most days, having energy and working out. It helped put me into a habit, and it helped jumpstart my weight loss. I honestly felt very, very good on it. I took it for a few months. An interesting thing about the company is to become a promoter and sell Thrive products, they require nothing of you. No money down to start selling, no buying garages full of stock to sell your friends and family. If people buy it, awesome, if not, that's ok too. No high pressure to sell to recoup your "investments," etc., etc. That, to me, says a lot about them not being an MLM.
I stopped taking Thrive, then had a second friend start selling it, so I bought another few months' worth and use it intermittently with the other products I use to switch up stuff. I signed up for a promoter account at no cost to myself and even earned some free products, which was kind of cool.
The shakes are tastier than 90% of the stuff out there. It is convenient and easy to use. The three steps daily make it great for dysfunctional people like myself who don't always remember to take a daily anything as it's done right in the morning. It definitely helped me set up good habits and become more organized in taking daily vitamins in general. The vitamins are pretty decent even DPS said the vitamins were pretty hardy and worth what they charge for them. They also contain probiotic, which isn't advertised but definitely makes the product worth it for the cost as probiotic are still probably the most costly part of what I use daily. For me, I didn't personally think the patches did much. I felt the patch was mental. A constant reminder of the cost of what I was spending to lose weight and to remind myself during the day that I didn't need a second helping or a little more of anything. It reminded me throughout the day to intake more water and really mentally helped me by serving as a near constant reminder to keep pushing, and that was worth its weight in gold if you ask me. Now I do other things as those daily reminders, but the patch definitely helped in the beginning stages.
I chose to stop using Thrive regularly, but not because of anything bad. I didn't like the amount of soy I was consuming, but soy isn't bad in and of itself. I just don't love the idea of soy. I still use Thrive product I have around, not as a main source of supplements, but to switch up what I use daily. Again, shakes are better tasting than most of what's out there, so a Thrive shake some mornings is much tastier than another brand. They also have a bit of a pick me up in them that gets me buzzing. Not an intense buzz like a pre-workout, but a mild helpful buzz. But Thrive really did help me to start a journey of overall health, food awareness, and a personal journey to help find myself, and for that, I'm extremely thankful. I would definitely recommend Thrive products to people just starting out with weight loss and need a simple starter program that contains all they need in very few products (to get the same amount of stuff in Thrive, I now take 4-6 vitamins/supplements throughout my day), and the cost of Thrive, while slightly more than buying individual products, isn't really all that expensive. I save maybe $30-$50 monthly buying everything separately, but it's a lot more steps. I have to go out and purchase vs. easy right to my door each month. I use different amounts of products, so it requires more trips/orders, etc., through the month as I run out of stuff. It really wasn't a bad deal now that I see the differences in their system vs. matching products. It's way easier, and to pay $30 more for convenience is definitely worth it for many reasons. I pay for convenience when I order takeout, buy paper plates, by ready to cook meals, etc. So paying for convenience for vitamins doesn't seem outrageous either. I did like purchasing my products in the daily form vs. the containers. Anytime you order, you get the choice of daily packs of canisters. The daily packs were much more me and nice to be able to just grab and go.
Overall, I'd say give it a try. It definitely started me out right, and I'm thankful I pulled the trigger. The people I see selling it regularly are doing well, it seems, and must have many regular returning customers to be willing to promote as they do as Thrive doesn't force the promoters to do outrageous stuff, and that's amazing.
This morning, I'll drink a Thrive shake with my breakfast and get my workout in while I have the little buzz it gives me and feel ok purchasing products in the future to have on hand for slow start mornings.

Le-vel Thrive Review: Mostly Caffeine and Vitamins, Not Worth the Hype or the Money
I gotta say, I gave the Le-vel Thrive products a try (I did the 8 week shake, patch, pill system and some of their other stuff) because I saw some folks I know getting all hyped up about it and making some serious cash selling it. I mean, if they're making bank, there must be something to it, right? Well, turns out it's mostly just caffeine and some decent vitamins that you can get anywhere. The real trick is that they give a good chunk of change back to the people who sell it. And let me tell you, those people are relentless. They'll push this stuff on anyone and everyone, and they're raking in the dough with every sale. They'll try to get you on autoship too, so they can keep making money off you without even trying.
I went to one of their big Thrive rallies once, thinking I might want to get in on the action and start selling too. But man, it was just so skeevy. All they care about is making more and more money, and they don't really seem to care about your health. And when I asked about some of the side effects that my friends had experienced (like hemorrhoids, heartburn, and digestive issues), the promoter acted like I was crazy for even suggesting that it could be from the shake and all the extra vitamins, soy, and caffeine they were taking.
But you know what? They're really good at convincing people that this stuff is amazing. And those perky promoters with their cute little Thrive patches? They're laughing all the way to the bank while people shell out their hard-earned cash for caffeine vitamins. And don't even get me started on the unexpected expenses that can come with this stuff.
All in all, I wouldn't recommend Le-vel Thrive. Sure, the vitamins are decent, but you can get those anywhere. And the caffeine? Well, you can get that from a cup of coffee. Save your money and your health, and skip this one.
Disappointing Experience with LeVel: Caffeine Sensitivity and Nightmare Customer Service
So, I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with LeVel. I mean, I was excited to try their Thrive supplement, especially since they claimed it had less caffeine than half a cup of coffee. But boy, was I wrong. As someone who's sensitive to caffeine, I had some serious heart palpitations and my blood pressure shot up. Not exactly the kind of experience I was hoping for.
But that's not even the worst part. Their customer service is a nightmare. I mean, seriously, who wants to deal with a ticket system? I never even got an email saying I had a response. And when I tried to cancel an auto-ship order, they wouldn't let me, even though it hadn't even left their possession yet. I had to wait for it to arrive and then pay to ship it back to them. And now, even though they've had the product back for a week, they still haven't processed my refund. And to top it off, they charge a restocking fee, so I won't even get the full amount back.
Honestly, I don't think I'll be using LeVel again. If you're sensitive to caffeine or have blood pressure issues, I'd definitely steer clear of their products. And if you do decide to try them out, just be prepared for some seriously frustrating customer service.
Thrive Supplements: A Dangerous MLM Product for Those with Health Issues
I ain't never tried this product before, but my brother's old lady was sellin' it. He had some health problems, ya know, with his heart and all that, and was takin' blood thinners. Then he ended up in the hospital with some gut bleed or somethin'. While he was there, he asked the docs if he could keep takin' the thrive supplements. They didn't even check what was in 'em and said it was all good. But then he was in the hospital for weeks and had to get a pacemaker put in. Even after he got out, he kept takin' the stuff and his blood clotting was all messed up. It went on like that for months until he passed away from sepsis after a surgery. He definitely shouldn't have been takin' thrive with all his health problems, and the doctors didn't help by not checkin' what was in it.
I used to work in healthcare, and I know that when someone gets admitted, they gotta put down all the meds and supplements they're takin' in their electronic record. But since this is one of them MLM companies, it ain't easy to find out what's in these supplements or what they do to your body. That's dangerous for folks with serious health issues. My brother already had a bad heart rhythm and high blood pressure before he started takin' thrive. And there's a bunch of comments on here from people who ended up in the ER with sky-high blood pressure and other problems. That's what happens when people sell MLM stuff to their friends and family without knowin' what they're sellin'. So if you're thinkin' of buyin' this stuff, be careful.

My Experience with Le-vel: An Honest Review of the Product and Its Effects
When I first started using Le-vel, I was also dealing with a bladder infection and was taking antibiotics for it. I was hopeful that the product would help me feel better, but I wasn't sure how long it would take for the effects to kick in. To my surprise, on the very first day of using Le-vel, I felt a surge of energy that lasted throughout the day. I was so energized that I found it hard to settle down and relax. However, as the days went by, I noticed that the initial energy boost began to fade away.
Despite the diminishing energy levels, I did experience some other noticeable side effects. I developed a red, itchy rash on my neck and also noticed a rash under the patch. Additionally, after a few weeks of using the product, I started feeling a little nauseous. Although my appetite decreased slightly, I didn't experience any significant weight loss even after using the product for six weeks as directed.
I found it difficult to take all three products (capsules, shake, and patch) at the same time, so I had to eliminate one of them. However, even after doing so, I didn't experience the clarity of mind that some other users have reported. In fact, I felt like my thinking process slowed down and I became more lethargic. This was surprising to me since I'm normally an upbeat and energetic person.
I decided to try Le-vel to see if it would help me lose weight. I'm not the type of person who jumps on the bandwagon and promotes anything without trying it myself. While I understand that some people may respond well to the product, I just didn't see the results I was hoping for. For the amount of money I spent on it, I expected more.
That being said, I don't hate the company or the product. I'm just sharing my personal experience with it. I think that some people may really benefit from using Le-vel, but it just wasn't the right fit for me. I plan to finish using the product since I already paid for it, but I'll be purchasing a similar product from my local health food store in the future since it's much more affordable.
Update: It's been a month since I finished using Le-vel, and I'm happy to report that I haven't experienced any side effects from stopping. However, I have lost a few pounds since adding more exercise to my lifestyle. Overall, my experience with Le-vel was lackluster, but I'm sure that others may have a different experience.
Le-vel Review: Shady Business Model and Lacking Customer Support
I gotta say, I don't usually need to contact customer support for monthly purchases, but when I do, I expect them to be helpful. Unfortunately, Le-vel's business model seems to be the opposite. They rarely assist their routine business customers, which is a real shame.
I've had to contact their customer support multiple times now for almost the same issue, and it's always a hassle. If you want to return a product that you didn't want but purchased on an autoship, tough luck. And if you do return it, you have to pay for shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Want to cancel an autoship order? Good luck with that. They'll tell you they have no way of stopping the shipping, which is just ridiculous.
And if you want to change your autoship date? Forget about it. You're stuck with preset dates, unless you want to delete the autoship altogether. And even then, I'm not sure if that kills your track record for future rewards programs. It's all very confusing and frustrating.
But here's the real kicker: if you want free product, you have to sign up two customers directly under you, and your credits will be the average of their autoships. So if one customer purchases $100 and the other does $300, your credits will be $200. Why? Who knows. It just seems like a convoluted way to do things.
And to top it all off, their customer support department is severely understaffed. For a company that relies so heavily on monthly autoships, you'd think they would have more people available to help customers. But nope, they seem to be content with leaving their customers in the lurch.
Oh, and one more thing: they will sometimes use your credit card on file for autoshipments they move for their "Holiday" time off, without your authorization. So if you had an autoship for the 5th of July, and they're taking the 4th and 5th off, they might process your payment on the 2nd without telling you. And if you didn't get the email, tough luck. They'll just take your money without your permission.
All in all, I would not recommend Le-vel to anyone. Their business model seems shady, their customer support is lacking, and their policies are confusing and frustrating. Stay away from this company if you can.
Thrive from LeVel Review: Unsafe and Unregulated Diet Product - Stay Away for Your Health
I wanted to be healthier, not lose weight, so I decided to try out Thrive from LeVel. I started taking the capsules, shake, and patch on Tuesday, January 9th, 2018. However, later that day, around 6pm, I started experiencing severe stomach cramps while driving. I had to make a detour to my boyfriend's house and lay on the couch in the fetal position for about an hour and a half until the pain subsided. At the time, I didn't think it was related to Thrive.
On Thursday, January 11th, my 86-year-old mother, who also started taking all three forms of Thrive on the same day as me, stopped by my house and said she didn't feel good. She couldn't describe it, but she felt out of sorts. The next day, Friday, January 12th, in the afternoon, I started feeling really weird. After talking to my mom, she said that's how she felt the day before. My stomach pain returned, and I started feeling jittery and my heart was racing. I decided to look up issues with Thrive online, and I found out that many other people had similar experiences, including abdominal pain, heart racing, and feeling "weird."
Even my boyfriend, who started taking Thrive the same day as my mom and me, experienced heart racing and pain under his ribs. In my opinion, this product is unsafe. I couldn't find any scientific studies done on Thrive, only testimonials. Since Thrive is considered a diet product, it's not regulated by the FDA or any government entity. Plus, unless someone has issues with Thrive and goes to the doctor, Thrive isn't required to report any issues. They're only required to report anyone who used their product and sought the help of a physician for adverse health reactions to it.
I'm currently in the process of trying to return this awful product, but it's been a battle with Thrive. They only communicate via email and don't use phones. If you value your health, stay away from Thrive.
Poor Customer Support and Unreliable Products: My Experience with Thrive Le-vel
I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Thrive Le-vel. I mean, I just wanted some help with my order and the customer support agents were just so robotic and unsympathetic. It was like they were just reading off a script or something. I had to open a ticket to return my products because they actually caused me to have a medical condition. And let me tell you, getting that refund was like pulling teeth. I had to go through Compliance, which was only done through email, and it took almost three weeks just to get a response from someone in Support. And even then, there was no apology for the delay or anything. They just told me to email Compliance for my refund.
But that's not even the worst part. When I tried to close my account, it was like pulling teeth all over again. I had to wait weeks just to get a simple "yes" or "no" response, and even then, there was no explanation or anything. I had to keep asking "why?" just to get any kind of information. And let me tell you, that's not what you want when you're spending a lot of money on a product.
And speaking of the products, they're not even tested! It's just the same old stuff with a fancy new name and a $100 price tag. I mean, come on. If I'm going to spend that much money, I at least want some decent customer support.
Overall, I think Thrive Le-vel really needs to restructure their Support team. It's just not cutting it, and it's really hurting their business. I had to make a complaint on their Facebook page just to get any kind of response. So, if you're thinking about trying out their products, just be warned that you might not get the support you need.
Honest Review of Step 3 Thrive Experience: Changes in Eating Habits, Mood, and Energy Levels
I'm currently on my third day of the step 3 thrive experience from LeVel and I have to say, it's been quite the ride so far. I was both excited and nervous to try it out, especially since it's relatively new to the UK. On the first day, everything seemed normal, but I did notice that my cravings had stopped and I didn't feel the need for a cigarette or coffee. I also found myself urinating more frequently throughout the day.
On the second day, I woke up feeling incredibly awake and alert. Despite only getting four hours of sleep the night before, my body just seemed to wake itself up at 6:35am. Now on day three, I slept in a bit and woke up with a bit of a funny head. However, after taking my three steps, my mood has been up and down, mostly down. I've been feeling very irritable with my kids, which is not something I like at all. I was hoping that this product would give me more patience, but so far, it hasn't. I know it can take a while for the effects to fully kick in, but I feel like PMS is about to start. Not a good feeling, but I'm hoping my mood will improve soon.
One thing I have noticed is that my eating habits have changed. I no longer crave sweet or junk food and instead, I'm only craving healthy things and water. I would say that this product is working in terms of curbing my bad eating habits. However, the only problem I have is that the reps don't really provide much help. All they say is that this is normal for thrive and that it means it's working. They also suggest that I'm not eating enough or that this is just how thrive works. I've read a lot of good and bad reviews about this product, but I can honestly say that this is a completely honest review.
I have the month's supply and I want to give it a chance to fully kick in, but I don't think it's a miracle pill. I haven't experienced the mad energy kick that they rave about, but I know that it's different for everyone. There isn't a lot of information on the internet about other people's experiences with this product, and most of what I've found has been relatively negative or calling it a scam. However, I don't think it's a scam because it has worked better in other areas where I needed help. I'm just hoping that my mood will improve soon and that I'll start to feel the energy boost that others have experienced.
LeVel Review: Concerns About Fraudulent Charges, Expensive Products, and False Claims
LeVel is a company that has been making waves in the health and wellness industry. However, there are some concerns that have been raised by customers who have had negative experiences with the company. Some promoters have been accused of charging customers' cards for autoship even when they have been told not to. In some cases, the products never arrived, and the promoter sent them elsewhere, hoping that the customer would not notice the $300 monthly charge plus a $50 annual fee. When customers complain, the company acknowledges the fraud, but they insist that the product was shipped and must be returned. If the product does arrive, the customer must pay shipping, restocking fees, and a percentage off. The refund ends up being only half of the fraudulent charge.
The products sold by LeVel are expensive, and many promoters cannot afford them. They must have two autoship customers a month to get their products for free and take pictures to post on social media. Some promoters team up and post each other's testimonials, lying and saying that they are just customers to attract new people. They are focused on the bonuses, such as the car and $80k, and post about them, saying, "Look, I'm getting $80k, and look at my new car, and this could be you." However, when you reach those goals, the payments are spread over years, and you must keep selling in volume the whole time, or the payments stop. If you can't keep up, the repo guy will come, and you will lose your car. The same thing applies to the $80k.
LeVel used to claim that their products were for weight loss, but they can't say that anymore because the ingredient they claimed did it is the same one that Dr. Oz got hauled into court about. The founders of LeVel only have marketing backgrounds and nothing in health and wellness. They know that having people post about how great selling their products is, with the expensive car and cash claims, gets them two things: a new promoter and a sale because they all buy it at first. The energy comes from stimulants, and the FDA doesn't regulate supplements, only the packaging claims, so no testing is required.
I was curious about what Thrive was, so I watched the case, and now I bet Thrive will be exposed. There have been complaints about personality changes while using LeVel's products, with men saying they were really angry on it until days after they quit, and withdrawals were over. Just because a product is for sale doesn't mean it's safe. Bath salts were for sale too and made loads of energy along with the crazy.
In conclusion, LeVel is a company that has some serious concerns that need to be addressed. Customers have reported fraudulent charges, expensive products, and false claims. The founders have no background in health and wellness, and the energy in their products comes from stimulants. The FDA doesn't regulate supplements, so no testing is required, and there have been complaints about personality changes and withdrawals. It's important to be cautious when considering LeVel's products and claims.
LeVel: A Total Joke and Scam - My Experience with Autoship and Customer Service
This company, LeVel, is a total joke and a scam. I met one of their promoters and was interested in trying their products, so I placed an order and paid with my credit card. Little did I know, the promoter signed me up for autoship without my consent. A month later, I received an email saying that my second order was being processed. I was shocked and immediately contacted their customer service page to cancel my order and remove me from autoship since I never consented to it. However, they responded by saying that they couldn't cancel my order once it was processing, but I could return the product once it arrived and incur a 10% restocking fee. To make matters worse, I had to pay for the return shipping myself.
I tried to reason with them, but they refused to budge. So, I decided to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and pay the $20 to have it shipped back. My complaint explained that I did not sign up for autoship and that the promoter should be responsible for the fees. I also asked for a refund of my shipping costs and waiver of the restocking fee.
Another month went by, and I still hadn't received a refund. Finally, I received a response to my BBB complaint, which basically said that I initially enrolled for autoship and that I was not enrolled anymore. They asked me to mark my complaint as resolved, but I refused. I submitted another customer service ticket and informed them that my return had not yet been processed by August 2nd, even though they received it on July 10th. They responded promptly and said that they would process my return minus the 10% restocking fee and minus their shipping costs to get the product that I did not order to me. In total, I lost $50.05 on this transaction, not including the first order that cost $176 and did nothing for me.
This company is a complete joke, and I doubt I'll ever see a dime from them. I wouldn't recommend their products to anyone.
Levell Vitamins and Shales
I have tried to cancel my account 6 times. I do not know my account number. You cannot look it up. I am really angry and I want this to stop ASAP or I am going to the FTC with a formal complaint. This is a completley fraudulent scheme to enlist customers without the ability to cancel.

Support Issues regarding my account: [protected]
I have been trying to cancel my account ([protected]) due to a bad promoter not doing her job. I wish to cancel my account, but have no user id/password information, and former promoter will not release that info. I have reached out to support through the site, with the only response being to log in. THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE! I intended to sign up, after unfortunately being told I have to be cancelled for 90 days first, to start back with the program through a promoter that actually cares about the product being working for the customers of Le-vel. It is shameful that the CUSTOMERS THAT ARE BUYING THE PRODUCT HAVE TO SUFFER BECAUSE OF BAD PROMOTERS! After trying to cancel for 6 weeks, still going through a run-around to try and cancel this account. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS LE-VEL! I want to be able to purchase the product under a new promoter, due to the fact that the product brings great results. I would hate to see the many many potential customers decide against Le-vel due to these type of issues. QUIT punishing your customers because of the bad promoters who YOU have placed in the field. That would ruin the success level that Le-vel has the potential to have, and also take away great opportunities to help the many thousands more of people who's life you could help, or even save!
Desired outcome: Make this wrong right, due to their bad promoters and support site, should be priority to be corrected and the 6 weeks attempt to have this account cancelled should be backdated to a customer who desires to continue to buy their product.
autoshipment
I forgot to cancel my auto shipment and I have other important bills to pay. I asked them to cancel and refund my money and their response is basically sorry, can't do anything about it. It's ridiculous that there is no call number to talk to an actual person. If y'all are about building relationships with customers you are hypocrites. How do you build a relationship/resolve issues through a keyboard? Very unhappy at the moment.
refund
I had my first order of thrive and decided I didnt want more. I didnt know it was on repeat order and I wasn't given any log in details online to cancel it. I recieved another order and was charged £110. I sent that parcel back over a month ago but still waiting for my money back! I keep messaging the lady I placed my order with and that's like talking to a brick wall. I would like my refund please.
le-vel customer service
Someone has used my email address for their Le-Vel account. I reached out to her via Facebook, with no response. I have sent several emails, posted on all their social media and all I get in response it contact support@le-vel.com, which is absolutely useless as it requires you to set up an account. I do not want to set up an account with them...just want to be removed from someone else's account. A few of their "sales people" have contacted me, but are just as useless. No one associated with Le-Vel wants to provide any help in getting this issue resolved.
new skin care & nutrition products
I ordered the new skin care along with nutrition package. The box came in and there was broken glass where bottles shattered. The skin care had leaked out all over everything and broken glass was everywhere. The skin care box was soggy and open and the boxes of shakes were open & scattered in the box. The dft package was soggy and gross. I asked they send me new package. (next day) I sent my rep a picture of the mess and she said she sent to support and told me to file a support ticket. I filed the report and it took way to long to get a response. The response basically said sorry - we attached a link for you to upload photo but there was no attachment and they cancelled out my ticket. I had to go in & re-open ticket and file another one. It is awful enough that they do not have a customer service number like most companies do. It is a sign that they don't care enough about customers enough to talk to them but instead make you go on a [censored]ty ticket system. AWFUL and DISAPPOINTED in the POOR Customer Service. I purchase over $500 in products and this is how they treat them. Plan to cancel my membership and find a company that cares.
scam / fraudulent sales practice
I have never heard of Le-Vel Brands before today, Jan 28, 2019, until I received a package in the mail for a product which I did not order.
So, I do not have an account number or order number. Nor, do I have any names, because no one is available to discuss this issue with me, as you will see from my explanation. The only reference I have is a UPS tracking number (which I also provided to the email address referenced below: [protected] 89
My credit card was also fraudulently charged for this product on Jan. 23rd, 2019. I searched for the company's service number 1-888-557-005, which is only a recording and tells you to create an account or send an email to a support mailbox at support@le-vel.com. I sent an email to support@le-vel.com to let them know that my credit card information has been stolen and was used to fraudulently order product from them. I informed them that I would like to return their product, if they will provide a return authorization and have it picked up. I received an instant automatic reply that stated that they will not communicate with you unless you create an account with them.
I do not wish to create an account with them. I have never created an account with them. I have never had contact with anyone related to that company. Yet, somehow they obtained my name, address, and credit card information. And, now I find out that they are not reachable for contact, unless you create an account, which likely requires you provide them more information. Additionally, this creates the perception that you now know the company and have a relationship with them.
This is all circumstantial. But, to me this reeks of a scam.
I know that someone is monitoring that support mailbox and they could easily reply to resolve the issue.
I have notified my bank and they are cancelling the transaction.
This company's practice to send product to a person who has not requested it, needs to stop. Additionally, I believe it is possible they may be using information from the dark web to make it appear as the person to whom they are sending product has actually purchased the product. Now they have a better chance of actually winning the argument with a bank who is investigating unauthorized transactions. So then, Le-Vel gets to keep the money and, in the end the innocent consumer loses money.
Consumers need to know about this scam.
this place is a scam
I have a 216.74 purchase on my card that I did NOT make! I want my money back now! I have emailed and called to no avail! I have not been called back or anything! I'm so tired of trying to get my money back but I will! This place is such a horrible place that acted like I'm the criminal for not wanting the product they even verified it wasn't coming to my address and that it was not in my name! I am so unsatisfied by the customer support I received! 216 is a lot of money when you have to work everyday to earn up a little money to buy your kids Christmas I want this resolved now!
This Le-Vel Brand LLC is such a scam! They rip people off and charge Credit cards and people who never heard of them let alone order anything. They refuse to make it right with the people they have stolen from!
fraudulent credit card charges
On 10/04/2018 I had the following fraudulent charge on my credit card:
10/04/2018
LE-VEL.COM
[protected]
$434.52
I immediately contacted the credit card company to notify them of this fraudulent activity.
I googled the phone number associated with is charge, and Le-Vel.com shows a history of dubious charges, and marketing practices.
Not to mention a lot of unhappy customers that willingly paid for their products.
legal services
I have been emailing your company for the last three months regarding a criminal matter I have been assigned. The support staff has told me numerous times that your legal team would be contacting me. I have received no correspondence from anyone. Please have your legal department contact me.
