The whole process has taken about a week. I applied and received lease documents to read and sign. Then I had to send a copy of my ID for verification. After verification process, everything was approved, payment processed from my account and item was shipped right from Best Buy. I do not know if they offer a warranty. I will pay for apple warranty directly. Make sure you pay it off in 90 days unless you don't mind paying double over a year. Read the lease before signing. Great customer service so far!

I've ordered 2 different items now. I ordered an iPhone xr and the Apple Watch. Both experiences were wonderful! It's all quick, easy and straight forward. Shipping was also very quick! I definitely would recommend to anyone who doesn't have the money upfront to make some of the more expensive purchases!

Leaseville gave me a chance when many other companies turned me down. I needed a computer to be able to work from home during Covid-19 lockdown and my company wasn't able to supply me one due to backorders so I could either go without work and claim unemployment or purchase a computer. Thankful Leaseville was there to save the day.

They approved me to finance a tv. Lease was signed paid and everything. Then I got an email that they wouldn't complete the transaction. It was a problem on their end not mine. I guess it's my fault they made a mistake. Just another site to sucker the less fortunate if you ask me. I feel bad for people that get mistreated like I did.

I have wanted a Cricut for so long to help with my small business. With the pandemic I wasn't able to just go out and buy one. I also don't have the best credit. When I found leaseville I was so happy with how simple and fast the whole process was. Be fore I knew it my Cricut was delivered right to my door and I was crafting in about a week after I submitted my order. Payments are reasonable and the customer service is outstanding! I plan on ordering more, they will be keeping my business!

I gave this company a shot to buy myself a birthday gift this year as things have been really hard lately. I haven't had any issues so far. I do wish that seeing and managing your payments online was a bit easier as it would be great to be able to just pay early, change the payment date, change your payment method, or even just view all of your payment dates online instead of having to contact customer service. I really have enjoyed my experience so far aside from that small criticism and hope to make more purchases in the future!

Only issue is being able to update payment information
Only issue is being able to update payment information. They don't have a payment portal on the Web site, which would make things easier. As a result, you have to wait for their payments email team to respond. In the meantime, they lock you out of your product, offering no way to get it resolved at once. A 5-star company would have something on their Web site to get it back up immediately. As it stands, they use remote lock, which, for example, means they have access to your MacBook. That's not a good thing. Not a good thing at all. But, I'll let that slide. What I don't like is that they just don't make it easy to make a payment right away to unlock things. Fix that and it's a 5-star company. It's the only real knock, because other companies like them do generally have a place to go online to apply a payment. Please fix that.

I was denied by Leaseville due to banking with Navy Federal Credit Union
I was denied by Leaseville due to banking with Navy Federal Credit Union. After sending them an email questioning their decision, they stated they were unable to verify my banking information and sent an email to do so, which I did via DecisionLogic, they also requested a copy of my Drivers License. I then received an email stating I was denied due unverifiable income, they were unable to verify my identify and too many overdrafts. I sent my drivers license as requested, had no overdrafts in the past 6 months or more and they were given access to my banking information. I believe due to my questioning their decision in the beginning they only gestured to appease me and had no intentions on even looking at my application. But now you have a poor review. This was God's way of saying save and buy the iPad Pro outright. SO thank you for not financing it.

Your mission statement says it will help people who's rather unfavorable with credit and finance, but you surely didn't help me... My credit is not bad (640), but it isn't great. My debit cards are legit and have longevity, no negative balances, and I'm fully employed, and able to make all my payments on time, but somehow I was still denied. I bank with Navy Fed, and the disclaimer said I was not accepted because of financial institution or other info? Hmmm.. what would the other issues be? Very disappointed, and I'll just wait until proper credit is established with myself, so that I can just get a business loan and handle all my needs. Save your sorry's, and concerns, because all I wanted was a laptop, and ultimately rejected for no good reason. That tells me my money wasn't good enough for your services, and your mission statement is flawed. Thanks but no thanks. I'll take my money elsewhere
