I ordered from VAPING.COM but my stuff never came. They gave me this strange "tracking site" (not *** dhl) and the package never went anywhere or got sent at all. Their customer service was no help and now I'm gonna complain to my bank to get my money back.

This place is a scam! BEWARE! I placed an order a month ago and still haven't got my stuff. I've sent emails over and over, but all I get are automated messages. Looks like I'm not the only one...this company needs to be shut down ASAP before more people get scammed! I'm sure they've taken a ton of money from folks and should be punished! 1 star only because I had to!

They keep puttin' me off for another day, sayin' they gonna "watch carefully" until it gets delivered. The last straw was when they gave me a supposed date my order would arrive, but guess what? It didn't! And their site, along with the tracking site, says it's still waitin' to ship. I gotta go to my bank and fight 'em over this purchase 'cause they keep refusin' to cancel my order. I swear, I ain't never gonna order from this company again.

It feels like they're not taking responsibility and it makes me question if this business is legit.

This website, Vaping.com, is a real headache. They use tricky language and avoid taking responsibility for their actions. Their customer service is non-existent. Every time I received a shipping update, they would say to wait up to 15 days for delivery. It's like going in circles forever. They relied on this tactic to make me feel insane and convince me that I was in the wrong. After 14 days, my package finally arrived within an hour of my house. But now, it's been "out for delivery" for 4 whole days. Vaping.com refuses to give me a refund. They boast about this free insurance called Route, but even though I paid over $14 USD for shipping on a $16 purchase, they haven't bothered to look into any of my claims. This website is absolutely terrible. At this point, I'm pretty sure it's a scam, and I'm out $30. I'm going to make sure to report them as frauds wherever I can, so that no one else falls for their tricks and loses their hard-earned money like I did.

I been ordering from vaping.com for like almost a year. The stuff they sell is pretty good, but the shipping and complaint departments need some work. I made an order in January this year. It got delayed and they tried to deliver it when I was on vacation. They left a note on my door saying to email the shipping company. So I did, right away. But I never got a response. I tried reaching out to vaping.com and route to either get my stuff or my money back. But both companies just keep telling me to talk to the other one. They don't take responsibility and it's hard to know what's going on with my stuff and my money. It's clear to me that this company ain't trustworthy enough for me to keep buying from them. I should be able to get my money back for stuff I didn't even get, but it seems like they just want to pass the buck and keep the profit.

This place is a total scam. I picked out what I wanted then went to checkout and it showed me the total which was $99.93. Then I checkout and get a confirmation email and to my surprise it was $179.11. I was like what just happened? Well it only showed that it skipped from one price to the next not even showing how or what it was for. So after inquring I find that they had charged my card and extra $72.00 for some state vape tax which they dont even tell you about nor show you when checking out. Not to mention This is the 1st site out of 5 that I have used that has ever done this . then I get an age verification from *** stating the shipment cannot be processed until the age is verified . that was never done I put in a cancellation exactly 6 minutes agter i saw the mistake in the amount charged that was on the 25th of nov on the 27th which was sunday *** from vaping.com emailed me stating he sent a request to the warehouse to cancel the order. Well guess what, 2 days later on the 29th , today it now says shipped. it hasnt went anywhere nor could it be shipped as I was informed without the age verification they would and could not ship it. I reported it to my bank and will be disputing the charges as this is total fraud. you cannot sell something to someone and show a total price and then just add charges without the customer knowing in advance. Stay away from this company at all costs its not worth the trouble.

Vaping.com uses GLS as the shipper. They don't require or check if adults are getting their stuff. We got a product and there are kids living here. They just left it in the mailbox and didn't even ask for a signature or ID check.

It used to be good, but now it's terrible. Don't order from these guys, seriously. It took forever for my package to even reach the shipping company, and let me tell you, that shipping company is the absolute worst. They're so unprofessional, always lying and making empty promises. They never bothered to call me back and they even laughed at my issues. And vaping.com? They won't do a damn thing to fix it. I'm definitely going to dispute the charges on my credit card because of this nonsense. Vaping.com gave me three different delivery dates, and the carrier gave me three different ones too. I demand at least a 50% refund for all the trouble I've been through, especially because of the carrier they chose, who had the audacity to laugh at my problems.

And I gotta sign for that package too. This is ridiculous! They need to do something about this. And let me tell you, this is proof of how unresponsive this company is. They gave me a tracking code: RSBC115C76375 and it was sent through Deliver.it (the worst company ever). The tracking system said they tried to deliver the package on 2/24/2022 at 1:15PM. I work from home and hardly ever leave during the day, especially if I know a package is coming. But Deliver.it didn't follow the instructions to use the call box by the front entrance and dial #*** or look up *** and press the call button. If they did that, they would've called my cell phone and I would've let them in, signed for the package, and we would've gone our separate ways. But that didn't happen. I've emailed Vaping.com so many times, I lost count. They're really good at delaying the refund. And their customer service can't get ahold of Deliver.it to find out what happened to the order and ship it back to the manufacturer. I WANT A REFUND RIGHT NOW and I hope ComplaintsBoard.com can light a fire under their butts to fix this issue ASAP...JJ

They told me to wait 15 business days, so I did. While waiting, I decided to read their policies. It said that if my package got lost or delayed after 15 business days, I could get a full refund, which I want. I messaged them about their policies and asked for my money back, but they haven't replied. They have my money, but I don't have the product. It's been 21 business days and 29 days since I placed my order. The tracking info keeps changing every day, and it has been delayed 8-9 times. I think they don't care about the ComplaintsBoard.com because they've had complaints before and nothing happened. I told them I would contact you, but they didn't respond. It's been more than two weeks and I haven't heard anything from Vaped.com or Vaped.ca. I tried contacting them with multiple emails, but they haven't responded! I asked for a full refund, but still no response! I did some research and found out that this business has a history of deceiving their customers and not honoring their online sales. My order number with them is CA25896 and I paid $289.49, with $32.50 of that being Federal sales tax (GST). I want either the product I ordered to be shipped immediately or a full refund issued immediately, please. I also want an apology for messing around with me. If neither of these solutions is met, I will be filing a claim in the courts! Thank you. Attached is the payment and receipt.
