I bought a car about 7 months ago and still haven't got the title and registration
I bought a car about 7 months ago and still haven't got the title and registration. Now my car's tags are expired and I can't drive it, which is causing me a lot of trouble. I've called them a bunch of times to sort this out, but they haven't done anything about it.
We bought a car for $7300 on March 21, 2022
We bought a car for $7300 on March 21, 2022. In just 44 days, the check engine light came on, and the air conditioner needs some serious fixing. We reached out to the dealership, but they said it ain't their problem, even though we just got the car not even 2 months ago. We had to pay $150 to get the *** charged so it could work for now. The dealership better give us our money back for that, and also cover any repairs needed to fix the check engine light and fully repair the ***. We still haven't gotten a quote for the check engine light, so we don't know what's wrong or how much it'll cost.
I bought a used truck from Lending Group Auto and the seller assured me that it was in good working condition, despite having high mileage
I bought a used truck from Lending Group Auto and the seller assured me that it was in good working condition, despite having high mileage. They even sold me an extended warranty, promising that any major issues like engine or transmission problems would be covered with just a $100 deductible. I thought it was the best warranty available.
However, after a couple of months, I took the truck to a shop and discovered that there were multiple problems. The engine was acting up, there was an issue with the transmission, and the shocks needed to be replaced. The cost to fix all these issues is going to be quite high, on top of the $846.00 I already paid for a water pump replacement, oil change, and fixing some engine leaks.
I really need either a new working truck, assistance with paying for the necessary repairs, or a full refund of the amount I've already paid.

I bought my 1st car from Lending Group Auto to commute to work
I bought my 1st car from Lending Group Auto to commute to work. I got an extended warranty for $1200, but the owner canceled it. He contacted me to come in and redo the contract because he fired all his employees for cutting corners. The new contract removed the extended warranty. I asked for a few days to think, but the owner said I couldn't take the car if I didn't sign the new contract. Feeling pressured, I signed it. A few weeks later, my car started overheating. I had to replace the pump, thermostat, and radiator. Now they say the head gasket is gone and the engine needs replacing. I've had the car for 5 months, and the problems started just a month after buying it. Please help me find a reliable vehicle for work. Thank you, ***.
I bought a 2010 Acura TSX from Lending Group Auto on May 22
I bought a 2010 Acura TSX from Lending Group Auto on May 22. They sold me an extended warranty for $2,000, which they added to my loan with an interest rate of 3.89%. But guess what? The dealership took my money and never paid for the warranty! I didn't find out until January 28. I called the warranty company (AUL) and they told me twice that the plan I bought doesn't exist. Lending Group Auto just kept the money and didn't do anything. They're committing fraud and being negligent. I talked to *** at the dealership, but he wasn't helpful at all. He put me on hold for a really long time and never called me back. I even sent them an email explaining the problem, but they didn't respond. When they delivered my car, they didn't give me any tags, which is illegal. I couldn't even drive the car right away. It was a big hassle to get them to finally give me the tags. Dealing with these people is not easy. They have sketchy business practices that should be looked into by the authorities.
On Feb 19, 2022, I bought a *** Titan 4x4 from Lending Group Auto
On Feb 19, 2022, I bought a *** Titan 4x4 from Lending Group Auto. It had around *** miles on it, which is pretty low for a used truck. The truck looked nice and clean. However, on my way home, the headlights suddenly went out, and I had to drive without lights. It was a bit of a hassle, but I managed to replace the plug the next day.
After that, I had to replace the main window switch in the driver's door, but it wasn't a big deal. Then, I had to replace the washer nozzle. I guess these things happen with used vehicles, so I wasn't too bothered. ***, the person I dealt with at Lending Group Auto, said he would take care of these issues, but I had already fixed them myself, so no big deal.
The only thing that bothered me was that the interior lights didn't turn on when I opened the door. To fix this, I had to replace the entire upper console for the switch that controls them. It was a bit annoying, but I decided to deal with it.
About three weeks ago, while driving home from work, the radiator suddenly sprung a leak. It turned out that the bottom tank had a leak. I had to replace it with a new one from ***. While replacing the radiator, I noticed that the front drive shafts for the 4-wheel drive were missing. I called Lending Group Auto and spoke with Garret and his dad ***. They said they sold the truck as a 4x4, but it wasn't, and they asked me to call back on Monday so they could make it right.
I've been calling and calling, trying to reach ***, but he's always on the other line and promises to call me back. Well, it's now April 16, 2022, and I'm still waiting for that call back. I was okay with replacing the other things myself, but having to make it a 4x4 on my own is frustrating. I'm really upset that once they made the sale, they don't seem to care about the customer anymore. It feels like they see us as *** and just take our hard-earned money without any follow-up support. I regret buying this truck from Lending Group Auto. It has *** miles on it, and I feel like I've been scammed.
I traded in my 2017 **** Transit for a *** Suburban on 4/12/2022
I traded in my 2017 *** Transit for a *** Suburban on 4/12/2022. I had negative equity in the 2017 Transit, so I paid $4600 to cover the negative equity and the down payment for the *** Suburban. When I test drove and visually inspected the Suburban, I noticed that the tires were bald and the rear disc brake pads looked worn. As part of the agreement, they were supposed to replace the brakes if they were under 50%, put on new Michelin Tires, and fix the rear A/C. The engine compartment and under the car were clean, with no oil leaks or signs of oil leaks. They offered me a car from the lot to borrow while they did the repairs on the Suburban.
On 4/14/2022, I went to the dealership and picked up the Suburban. They told me that the brakes were almost new and that they put on cheap new tires (not the ones mentioned in the agreement). On 4/15/22, I woke up to find multiple oil leaks under the Suburban. I took it to a third-party mechanic (*** in ***) who told me and showed me that the front brake pads were the wrong size, the rear brakes were serviceable, and there were 4 major components leaking, which would cost over $7k to repair.
I reached out to the dealership and asked them to either take the car back or fix it to the condition it was sold to me in. They kept giving me the runaround until I finally spoke to "Baja," the operations manager. He had me bring the car in on 4/29/22 and directed me to take it to one of his mechanics down ***. The mechanic confirmed the leaks and issues but argued against the brake condition without taking off the tires. "Baja" told me that his plan was to have his mechanic fix the car while expecting me to pay 50%. I didn't agree with this and took the car back. I asked about returning the car, but they said it wasn't an option.
On 5/2/2022, I contacted a local mechanic who wasn't involved to get a quote for the repairs. On the same day, the Suburban lost brake control as we were driving it to the mechanic's shop.
