We had a Lennox Furnace and Air installed by an authorized dealer on 08-05-16. Our problem was with the Air system.
On 06-05-19 we had the air system serviced due to no cooling. They searched for a freon leak and added freon.
On 04-08-21, more freon was added due to poor cooling.
On 08-20-21 the unit was serviced again as it was not cooling. Technician attempted to fix problem but it reoccurred.
Finally, in early May 2022, we had another technician examine the unit. He attempted to fix the freon leak, but told us if this did not work, he recommended replacing the air system. In June, we had no choice but to replace the unit.

Desired outcome: We are requesting a check for $1450.00 to compensate for poor performance and short life of the unit.
