September 10, 1999 we purchased a Lennox HM30-100-3 Complete Heat System for our home. It performed as expected for 5 years 1 month. On October 13, 2004 we had to replace the 93K98 Combustion Air Blower(not under Warranty). December 24, 2008 we replaced the second blower(not under Warranty). September 30 the blower failed again and was replaced(under Warranty) As of this letter the September 30 blower which is termed "After Market", is beginning to fail, and is not under Warranty. This is only 2 months.
Why do I have to use an "After Market" product when new parts are
available? My Dealer has been less than helpful.
Adding to our misery, is the water tank, which is leaking (rust deposit under the tank). Is it under Warranty?
According to Lennox propaganda(Advertising), you have the best product on the market?
The question at hand is what do we do now? What are our options? Please advise me quickly as the heating season is upon us. I need to replace this albatross or its parts as soon as possible. Please advise!

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
We have the same problems with our Complete Heat System plus whenever we get below freezing temps (and in Chicago that is often in December and January) we wake up to no heat and the intake pipe outside is full of frost. Until we go outside and clear out the frost build up we have no heat! Our newest problem is we now only get lukewarm water, then it gets hot for about 1 minute, then back to lukewarm. I was hoping I'd find there was a recall on this thing as I do not want to invest any more money in repairs. What we have paid out already I think could have bought a new furnace!
From what I've read online, Lennox is not making replacement parts for the HM30.
