Central air conditioning
We had a Lennox Furnace and Air installed by an authorized dealer on 08-05-16. Our problem was with the Air system. On 06-05-19 we had the air system serviced due to no cooling. They searched for a freon leak and added freon. On 04-08-21, more freon was added due to poor cooling. On 08-20-21 the unit was serviced again as it was not cooling. Technician...

7 years ago we had a brand new heat and air unit installed by air comfort solutions the air unit was Lennox 4 months after it was installed it started blowing fuses needless to say it was a larger unit and the company did not install a larger fuse box for that purpose all they wanted to do was keep charging us for comming out and my unit was supposed to have a warranty some warranty every summer after that we have had to have a repairman out and it cost us no less than 300.00 dollars very time this last two years it's been 600.00 every time and now we need a new unit because e everything that can possibly be replaced has been my complaint is air comfort solutions did not do right by us after we overspent for their product and Lennox won't stand behind their product which obviously was a piece of crap unit the least they could do was replace their lemon and keep a customer...I do not recommend or will I ever buy a Lennox air unit again nor will I use or recommend air comfort solutions...pissed off client!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
HM30-100-3 Heat System
September 10, 1999 we purchased a Lennox HM30-100-3 Complete Heat System for our home. It performed as expected for 5 years 1 month. My name is Guy Ross and I am writing this on behalf of my wife, Betty Ross. Last summer when our home's central air system was serviced, we paid 2 years in advance for future servicing. When I called to schedule an annual servicing, the phone was answered by a person claiming it was a different company. They do the same type of work but claim they purchased the phone number from Advanced, who is no longer in business. They said they purchased the phone number because they were servicing some of Advanced former clients, but said they would not service us because they did not know where San Leandro was, and said that it was probably too far away from them. Advanced Heating And Air Conditioning was is Fairfield, CA. The voice on the other end of the phone who claimed to have purchased the number from Advanced claimed to be in Santa Rosa, CA.
OUr new Lennox a/c - 3 years old needs a replacement part already. We were told today that it will 4-6 weeks to get that part because it is not available locally. Really?!

I purchased a Lennox heat pump in Dec. of 02 and have problems with it every year. I have had to replace the capassitor, blower fan, fuses, and a host of other problems. I can no longer afford to repair all of things that goes wrong with this unit. I am very disappointed with this unit and I will never purchase a Lennox product again.
My compressor failed after two years. An authorized tech came out, found the problem, indicated the compressor is covered but wants to charge $1300 for labor. I called Lennox and they did not care. It is a shame to spend so much money on what I thought was a quality company only to find out what inferior products they make.
Purchased new furnace-defective from day 1. Computer board replaced in first 2 weeks/leaky coil COST ME over $1, 000 for labor/freon to fix!
