While I acknowledge the importance of adhering to policies and deadlines, I believe it is essential to recognize the unique circumstances surrounding my laptop purchase. These critical issues have disrupted my life significantly and were reported promptly.
Given the persistent nature of these issues and the fact that they were reported promptly, I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter. It has been 36 days since the purchase, and the laptop's performance remains far from satisfactory.
