It took 3 tries and over 2 months to get my replacement lens order! It took over a month to get my order the first time. The website order tracker was totally inaccurate as it kept saying my glasses would ship "in 5-6 business days" with no movement through their various productions stages for several weeks in a row then all of a sudden had shipped. The lenses I received gave me horrible headaches for days until I finally took them to see a local optometrist who figured out that the lenses were made incorrectly, including one lens being CUT UPSIDE DOWN!
I had to send the glasses back for a redo, had to wait several weeks again (with the website tracker again completely inaccurate) and the 2nd time the lenses were AGAIN faulty, forcing me to have to send them back AGAIN to be remade.
Had to wait several weeks AGAIN before finally getting the correct lenses (on their 3rd try now) - over 2 months after my original order. They didn't even bother putting the 3rd try on their website tracker and their customer service communication was horrible throughout this entire ordeal. I wrote them a very negative review when they sent me a review request on TrustPilot and they emailed me with an (insincere) apology and said they would "take full responsibility" for my horrible experience but at no point throughout this entire process did they offer any type of courtesy discount/refund nor compensation for the fee I had to pay for the optometrist to diagnose the first faulty set of lenses (I sent them a copy of the optometrist fee which they completely ignored).
DON'T ORDER LENSES FROM LENSABL! Their "quality control" is a farce. Their customer service is atrocious. And they are clearly incompetent at making prescription lenses. So many better options out there!
Desired outcome: Partial refund/reimbursement of original cost and reimbursement of optometrist fee (for diagnosing faulty lenses)
