Executive Optical Too full of themselves

I went to their branch in Ayala Center Cebu to get contact lenses. The “doctor” there started acting all high and mighty when I asked why her recommended grade was different from the doctor who gave me lenses at their store in Ayala IT Park. Saying she does not believe what patients say. Then proceeded to make me feel like I was so stupid for not understanding immediately what she meant. If their contact lenses weren’t affordable for me, and easy to obtain, I would have gone elsewhere instead of getting this crappy service. I hope they do something about that person, revoke what license she has, because she clearly does not treat patients with respect or care.

Recommendation: Better to go to other stores or clinics where you are not rushed or treated without care, where they see you as someone who needs help instead of someone who can give them more sales

Executive Optical Inaccurate lenses

Hello, Good evening!

I purchased my glasses last November 27 2023 and today i got it. At first okay pa sya suotin wala namang problem maybe kasi maliwanag sa loob ng EO Shop kaya di ko napansin na blurry sya not until nung nag grocery ako hnd pantay yung vision ko. May something tlga sa lens na hnd pantay. Grabe ang sakit ng mata at ulo ko ngayon. I would like to ask if i can return these para maadjust ulet yung glasses ko please. Kasi yunh right area may diperensya kasi super blurry nya wala akong makita or mabasa na words. As in grabe almost a week ko din to hinintay tapos ganito yung makukuha ko. Ang mahal na nga ng binayaran ko hnd pa tama. Im so dissapointed. Pupunta ako sa EO KCC Branch Zamboanga tomorrow to return and ask for adjustment sa grade ng lens ko kasi hnd ko tlga to magagamit. Please assist me, i dont want to pay anymore kasi i already paid my lenses tapos ganito pa nangyari. Please help po

Executive Optical Rudeness of Dr. Imelda Salentes

I just want to give feedback about Dr. Imelda Salentes (reliever), but before that, nakapag pa check na ako sa iba't ibang branch ng EO especially Quezon City and here at SM Trece Cavite, all the doctors their is very nice at very approachable.

Today, nagpunta ako sa EO SM Trece Branch to get check again kasi nabasag yung binili ko sa kanila last year. At the begining of check-up, nahirapan si Dr. Imelda Salentes because nagfa-fluctuate yung grado ng mata ko so nahirapan sya at dun na nagsimulang maging rude yung way ng pakikipag usap nya sakin. She said "Ano ba!? Puyat kaba!?, Highblood kaba!?, Etc... Kasi paiba-iba yung labo ng mata mo!? Yung kaninang malinaw ngayun naman malabo!?) so because of that, we decided na hindi nalang ituloy yung pag check at i-retrieve nalang yung recod ko para yun parin daw yung grado ko. She also ask na "Gusto mo magpacheck ka muna sa octa bago ka pumunta samin!?" like WTF, diba doctor ka!?

Sobrang nagpipigil ako at that time kasi feeling ko pinapagalitan nya ako but still I choose to be nice. Inisip ko nalang baka kasi maraming customer kaya parang nagmamadali sya. Then after ko lumabas sa room, sobrang konti lang naman ng tao at walang sumunod na chineck sakin. I also notice na nakikipag tawanan at biruan pa sya sa ibang staff. That's why I decided to complain na.

For all the optical clinics that my family and I have been before, I choose EO. But because of that, we might lose the desire to return. Maybe it's just a simple concern for others, but for me who has a medical problem especially mental health, then I was triggered by what happened? it has a big impact!

ALL THE STAFF, PATI YUNG MGA DOCTOR NA NAGCHE-CHECK SAKIN AT SA FAMILY KO EVERY TIME WE GO SA EO IS SUPER NICE, BUT THIS DOCTOR IS VERY RUDE!

Desired outcome: I want a disciplinary action to Dr. Imelda Salentes.

Executive Optical Lens frame transfer issue

we go to eo southwoods mall to transfer the lens of my partners eyeglass to a new frame since it was broken. She signed a waiver that if there's any dents on the lens they will no be liable but when they finished theres a huge crack on the lens claiming that it was like that when we handed them the lens. Unprofessional staff and the manager just watched as we quarrel with the staff. They insisted that we are the one who put a crack to the lens and that it was like that when he was about to transfer the lens to the new frame. Who's in the right mind spend that much to transfer a broken lens to a new frame? they can't own up to their mistake!

Desired outcome: We would like an apology and for them to shoulder the lens that they accidentally destroy

Executive Optical Wrong prescription - waste of money and time

Since I was planning to get new eyeglasses with transition, I went to local optical on May 1, 2023. They said that my eye grade is still the same as my current eyeglasses. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to choose from available frames. So I went to Executive Optical (EO) Waltermart Sta. Maria in Bulacan. Luckily, they were having Buy 1 take 1 promo for all their frames. After choosing the frames, they checked my eyes and claimed that my eyesight has improved but they don't mentioned the new grade of my eyesight. After I got my eyeglasses, I tried it but then it is blurry in distance.

Given the established reputation of EO, I did not think a second thought about it and maybe my eyes are just adjusting to the new eyeglasses. But after about more than an hour, it is still the same. So, I went back to EO to report this. However, the doctor has already left and asked me to go back the next day. And upon checking, they mentioned that my new eyeglasses has no grade for farsighted but for astigmatism only. So I decided to went home. While driving, my eyesight was really blurry using the new glasses. So I changed back to my old glasses to be able to get home safely.

As instructed, I went back to the store the next day after my tiring work. But again the doctor is absent. They get another doctor to check my eyes and it turned out that I have grade for farsighted. However, they disclosed that they still need the doctor who checked up on me for the disposition. So they again advised me to go back when I can. On May 6, again I went back to the store. And the doctor gaslighted me and said that she will not give an incorrect prescription and that I already have 20/20 vision. She told me if I opted to change the lens, they will charge me a new one. She again checked my eyes, but she mentioned that her prescription is still the same and I have 20/20 vision. She should said it to me on the 1st day so I will no longer request for a new glasses. Btw the surname of the doctor is Dela Merced. Out of frustration, I left the store with so much disappointment.

In my 7 years of wearing eyeglasses, this is my worst experience from an optical clinic. Much more, EO pa.

Executive Optical Dr. on duty at SM Angono branch, they gave us wrong eye glasses reading

Im Mrs Perez mother Dominique L Perez, we arrived at EO Sm Angono Branch around 10:30am, we when there bcoz we need new eye glasses to my daughter, she check up the guy on duty, during the check up, my kids compliant about the reading glasses she said ; dr di ko po makita yung sa malayo, dr said wala tayong paki alam sa malayo ang need mo yung may makita ka sa malapit, My daughter is "far sighted". Kaya kami nag pagawa ng salamin para may makita yung anak ko, bakit dr ang masususnod eh di naman siya ang gagamit,

can you check the details on your system ang binigay na grado sa mata niya ay 200 + eh 500+ na pala siya. Feb 6 kmi nag p ck up s EO Sm Angono branch, then bumalik kmi Feb 15 kasi nahihilo ang anak ko sabi nila Mommy mali yung grado ng salamin ko wala ako makita sa malayo, even signage sa jeep or yung naka sulat sa black board sa school wala siyang makita. May dra nag asikaso sa amin sa Sm angono, kaso bkit need nmin bayaran eh pag kakamali iyon ng dr ninyo, I suggest pls check your dr if they do there job correctly. kasi kami mga customer ang nag suffer sa maling check up nila dapat friendly at accommodating sila sa mga costumer hindi yung suplado at naka mangot alamin nila yung rights ng costumer hindi yung sila ang masususnod eh hindi nman sila ang gagamit ng eye glasses. nag Double tuloy kami ng gastos dahil sa dr ninyo palpak. I need your immediate action on this matter.

Executive Optical frame snapped after 5 days

the glasses was received 11/15/2022 we have to wait because the lens have to be ordered.. my partner went to sorsogon and het glasses snapped all of a sudden.. my partner went to SM sorsogon who just opened and immediately told her it's not eligible for a replacement.. they did not not even inspected it. You guys have a 7 day warranty policy.. It's possible that it's because the lens is too big and caused the frame to snap.. which happens.. this is not good customer service and I'm making a complaint about this..

Executive Optical Waste of time for stupid company policies eventhough both parties have agreed to a certain amount to proceed

I had visited a shop and ask for a lens production, I am aware that it will take time so ive agreed and proceed with the procedure, so to speak I agreed whatever they say after check up then I was told to wait and after an hour the services pastby my request was not being done because they wanted me to choose which kind of what the hell options they offer? It took me an hour to wait as I was an organized man and to my surprise, the thing that we agreed needs another confirmation after an agreement was discussed from the beginning, is this how eo exec do their monkey business? I dont care about how you make business but wasting my breaktime is not reasonable just to ask that I didnt pay beforehand because of your [censored] options! I am seeking legal advise on this matter as I skip my worktime just to get a service that you didnt rendered!

your staffs are very under friendly and always laughing and made eye glasses which made me fall twice injuring my right knee and ankle.

so how a full refund please my out of pocket experience.

beware I will report this is to DTI and maybe file a case.

you have until midday to fix this is and teacher your staffs customers service and the doctor include in this.

Executive Optical Poor Service

I've been a customer of your company since I'm a college student, but suddenly this is the first time that I get frustrated because of your one branch here in Batangas located at Xentro Mall Lemery Branch. I came to the clinic last week September 2, 2022, to purchase a piece of eyeglass then the Doctor checked on me, and to make a story short my eyeglasses is not available on that day because they said that they need to order the glasses in another branch, so the staff told me that we can go back next week for the pickup, they gave me an exact date which is yesterday September 08, 2022, that my eyeglass is already there in that day. So I came to the clinic today September 09, 2022. Then when I arrived at the clinic one of the staff told me that my eyeglass is not yet available because of my astigmatism, I had been waiting for almost one week then they told me that my eyeglasses is not yet ready without informing me, they have my cell phone number and for a recap, they gave me an exact date which is September 8 then after all it is not yet available? I travel for almost one hour to go to this Clinic, I waste my time for nothing. I left my work early to get this eyeglass, then it is not available, without informing me even in a text message. To fix this issue I approached one of the staff to refund my payment to buy another eyeglass. They refused my offer so in another way I decided to change the lens that was available at their clinic for temporary use before I buy it to another eye clinic, they also refused this suggestion even though the doctors were not talking to me for a better explanation for the issue of how poor the service they have.

Executive Optical Asking for discount

Nag pa gawa ako ng bagong glasses few days ago then sabi ng doctor tumaas ung grado ng left eye ko so ginawang 50 to 75. Nung umuwi nko napansin ko parang lumabo ung sa right eye ko so tinry ko muna bka nag aadjust ung mata ko pero bumalik ako after 2 days gusto ko sanang ibalik sa dating grado ung glasses ko. Kaso medyo na disappoint ako sa price noong mag pa gawa ako ng glasses 1400 ung pair of new lenses tapos discounted sya naging 900 pero nung ipapabalik ko na sana sa dating grado ung glass ko naging 700 plus ung isang lens lang. Hindi ko na lang tinuloy sana discounted pa din kasi kung tutuuisin 3rd lens na un.

Nakaka dissapiont imbes matulungan tayo para makamura mapapamahal pa lalo

Executive Optical Rude doctor Ditas of EO SM Calamba

Nagpacheckup ang anak ko at nagpagawa ng salamin sa EO SM Calamba. Dr ditas ang name ng doctor na napaka rude ng approach sa akin. Kinuha ko un eyeglasses ng anak ko at pinatry sakanya, after 5hrs bumalik kami sa clinic dahil nagcocomplain ang anak ko na blurry un right lens nya. Sabi ng doctor na yan normal lang dw yan at 1st tym ng anak ko magsalamin. Bakit dw paulit ulit sya ng sabi sakin, ako dw mapaliwanag sa anak ko ng harapan ndi sya. Isearch ko dw sa google ang problema. Tama ba un approach na un? Ang dami tao sa clinic nagtinginan lahat sa akin dahil sinermonan nya ako. Sana bgyan pansin ang complaint ko pra mabgyan ng reprimand yang doctor na yan. Napakarude at namamahiya ng customer.

Had my eye check up at EO Cubao and wow this female doctor is very rude talking to me as if I mistaken my blurry eye sight. She would tell me that if I get headache because of insisting a higher grade, its not the EO's fault. When in fact she gave me a lower grade that is still blurry on my end. I hope you check your staff's attitude before hiring. What a waste of time and money!

Executive Optical The doctor called fritz in sm cebu city branch

I went to EO in SM CITY Cebu branch. I had spoken to an impolite and have no manners doctor. They call her Dr. Fritz, she seems don’t know what lenses will I need and got irritated when I told her that what she’s trying on me doesn’t help me to see things. After a few minutes, we finally got what I need. But after I got my glasses and i tried it on, the lens on the left sight was kinda blurry. I thought my eyes were just adjusting but really I conclude that it’s really not clear when I walk outside and I feel like I’m wearing a contact lens only at my right eye. It’s really uncomfortable. So i went back to the branch but the doctor called Fritz approached me impolitely. She blamed everything to me and suddenly walk out and letting me pay again. Yes! She went outside! Wtf! That doctor is really not good, i was trying to be nice to her but she blamed and scolded me as if it’s my mistake. I’ve gone to different optical clinic but this branch is the only branch whose doctor is really bad. Would rate it from 0. I paid again just for the left lens. I feel like they did it in purpose just to let me pay again.Worst optical clinic ever! Will never buy eyeglasses there again. Hope she will get reprimand because I know I’m not the only one who has been treated and victimized.

Executive Optical Damaged goods

Yesterday I went to Executive Optical SM Fairview and had my eye check up and get the right prescription eyeglasses. After choosing the frame (750pesos) I was examined by the Doctor told me that my eye grade is already 275+, then I was asked to return at 3pm to claim my new eyeglasses. That night I was carefully cleaning my eyeglasses I noticed that the left lens was somehow loosed, when I closely examined it I found out that the left frame was broken. I felt so bad because my eyeglasses did not even last 1 day and was already damaged. Upon closely examining it, you can see that whitish residue of a glue is present on the pojnt where it broke. If you will closely examine it, it is consistent with something being bonded together by a glue (like mighty bond). When I got my eyeglasses that afternoon the lady that handled me just asked me if the grade is okay because she made me read a chart. The frame that I chose was made of plastic and there is a great possibility that it broke and was just bonded together. At the back of the receipt was stamped: Taken / Released in good condition all in capital letters. Why wasn't I asked to check if there was no damage. What was the reason for that note stamped at the back when I was not made to examine the eyeglasses if it was really in good condition. Before leaving your store. Attached are 2 photoof the eyeglasses. You can see "whitish thing" atvthe point where it broke. And the photo of the back of the receipt that was unsigned by me to attest to the fact that the eyeglasses that I bought was in good condition.

Executive Optical Eyeglasses

I've ordered an eyeglasses through the official website of Executive Optical, as I received the item, I noticed that it has a lot of scratches and I also even received a color different from what I've ordered. I want a replacement or a refund. I've waited for it for a long time money is not just easy to find even in a very small amount. I hope you can help me with this matter.

Executive Optical Damaged lenses after nose pad replacement

Hi,
I went to SM Dasmarinas Executive Optical to get a replacement of my eyeglasses nose pad. Your staff Chester Aubrey aka Che-che asked me to sign a waiver saying that if anything happens with eyeglasses like if it get scratches it is not going to be the fault of the technician which is for me is kind of shady. What if it really get scratches /damage then, I will be on the loosing end only because I asked for nose pad replacement? So I asked her if she was seeing any dents she said none, I explained and showed her that it does not have dents or scratches on both lenses because I am not using it regularly, I got separate glasses for everyday use it was only that day that I lost the left pair of the nose pad so I rushed to getting a replacement. After showing that it was scratch or dents free and explaining to her to please take good care of it, I put a note on the waiver that says "My lenses has no scratches, Cheche" she acknowledged it verbally and said "iingatan naman po ma'am" because I trusted her and moreso, I trust E.O. My partner and I have been a long time customer so I then signed the waiver. I asked her again, should I really need to leave my eyeglasses to get a nose pad replacement..she replied yes, I have, to otherwise, It will not get replaced which is kind of strange again

After an hour or so, we went back to E.O. to claim my replacement nose pad and get my eyeglasses back, the nose pad got replaced but my lenses were damaged, it got alot of scratches on both I WAS VERY UPSET AND EVEN NOW I AM UPSET! -I felt like it was done on purpose or
-They did not take care of it because they have all the liberty to do that because of the waiver
-It is E.O.'s tactic to sabotage customer since it is damage I will be opted to get a new one
-They do not care for their customer!

This is unfair and frustrating. So I talked to the manager, Gina Nase and Aimee Marimot. They said they will do something. First, they asked me to leave my glasses again for assessment so what will I use then? I was there primarily for Christmas shopping. They said they would replace it but they need until Wednesday next week so I have to go back n fort which is extremely an inconvenience for me. This is UNFAIR

I need my lenses replaced. It was not my fault at all

Executive Optical I received a non-Polarized eyeglasses

This was on November 6, 2021. The store was at Puregold Laoag. I paid 23, 560 pesos for the frame and customized polarized lens (Sales Invoice No.29802). November 15, 2021 they texted me to get the item purchased, when I received the item it was not that polarized thing that I expected, it doesn't even change color under the sun. So I ask the person in the store, she said they ordered it OUTSIDE EO Laboratory so they can't do anything about it. I ask them to change it or make it to a transition lens so I can still use it on work but they insist me to pay additional money. What can I do to have a refund on it?

Executive Optical Rudeness of Staff

Good day.

I just wanted to share what's happen today around 6:15 at Victory Mall Balibago Sta. Rosa Laguna EO optical.

When we visit the store to purchase eyeglass in one of our friend.
The rudeness of your staff is not polite on the law implemented by there end.

She told us that Only Two person is allowed inside. Ok then we stay at the door and shoot a video for our content in Youtube so we promote your store like this. But the thing is after they had purchase they show up the item in which we counter part also the payment of our friend and it worth 2875 we contributed that payment. The thing is the staff confronted us Stop doing your video because were taking video from the door in which we shoot a while and it's really quite embarassing and irritate.. Of course i did not mock your staff I told behind her back that's she's so irritating and rude in explaining your rules.

Desired outcome: I want you to train your staff to be more polite in explaining your rules. Put a signage that No Video is allowed to take your eyeglasses.

I went to EO robinsons place ermita to get me a pair of eyeglass, I specifically said Doble Vista with photo chrome in it, optometrist check my eyes and everything, then here comes the eyeglasses first i test the reading sight ok when i wear around about 10minutes, my far sight is blurry I can’t see clear so I return the eyeglass worth 8,000 pesos and they want me pay another 2,000 for change lenses, because I chose that way kind of grade? What? I dont know how or what you check on me but all i want is doble vista thats all

I left that eyeglass there in the store useless i cant use it and i dont want pay for another lense and wait for it

I hope the management knows that is not right to blame customer for not giving right prescriptions of my eyes
