I ordered a pair of safety prescription glasses. I could not see through the lenses. They said the prescription was made correctly. So I sent the glasses back shipping at my expense. They offered to refund only 70% of the lenses and 100% of the frames. I filed a dispute with PayPal because I fill they should refund the entire price since the lenses were unusable. Now they said I get nothing back because I filed a dispute. According to their policy on quality and manufacturing, errors are refunded at 100%. They don't adhere to their own policy.
Desired outcome: I would like to be refunded 100% for the cost of the glasses and shipping or remake the glasses correctly.
