Letgo allows any flake to review you and then block you from answering the review. Then when you complain to Letgo about the bogus review, Letgo does NOTHING about it.
All the good sellers on Letgo are leaving because all the flakes are putting stupid, childish reviews of their childish reaction from a contact and Letgo does nothing when you complain about the nonsense.

Today I purchase an iphone 6 plus from the guy name "boo wopp". I asked the guy a series of questions about the phone and he answered them falsely. I negotiated the price to 175.00 thinking the phone was with at&t which it's not. Also he has blocked me, so I have absolutely no contact with this guy. I will really like my money back for the item. I would also like an apology from him and the company. I am very disappointed and mad.

Making this quick as I can... I bought a toy table and a pair of jeans from this crackhead. She was so loud and boisterous when she got to my home at almost 10:00 at night yelling my apartment # up at the third floor and yelling up the stairs. She was obviously extremely high on somthing. I bought the items as quickly as possible to make sure no one else in the building was seeing this happen. I told her the next morning which is today that after I got done cleaning the table which was festering with spiders and roaches and roach eggs underneathand crawling live roaches ! My son began speaking with a seller on let go named Marley Walters from Clarion PA on 6/18/17. The product he was interested in was listed as an Iphone 5s. in excellent condition for $200. He asked if the product was still available and she replied with yes. He asked if the price was negotiable. She stated, "I paid $250 so what do you want to pay?" He replied, $150. She said, "Okay, I'll do $150." They then began talking about where and when to meet. He asked her if the phone would work on the ATT network. When he typed ATT, he mis-spelled it but she replied with, "AT&T? It's unlocked so any network." They finalized a place and time to meet, The Marienville PA Dollar General Store at 10:30 AM on 6/20/17. They exchanged the product and the money. Shortly after, I began getting messages on my Let Go account demanding the $200 that the product was originally listed at. She began with, "I wanted $200 he gave me $150." I replied, "I thought you guys agreed to $150?" She said, "No, I said $200." I looked back in the conversation and saw that they had in fact agreed on $150 and I reminded her that on the 18th she agreed to the $150. She replied with "No! I said I'd do $200 no lower than that? I need another $50." I replied with "No you didn't. It says in early conversation $150." She said, "Too bad! I want the other $50. I have it for $200 and I want the full price. I need the money for something by today." I replied with, You told him $150." She said, "Other $50 by today." I said no. Then I got a message that stated, "This is her mom. She doesn't remember saying $150 so she wants the $200 for it." I told them it was in writing and they I read what it said and that I had the conversation on my phone. I said she couldn't say one price and then demand another. Her mom replied with, "whatever. She had it listed for $200 she needed that money for something but whatever." I replied with "She told him $150. If she needed $200 she shouldn't have said $150. I can have him bring the phone back and get his $ back but she said $150 and I screen shot it." She replied with, "Whatever keep the damn phone." So then we tried to activate the phone on my ATT account. I tried twice. They informed me that the phone is locked and the person we bought it from (if they are even the owner of the account) has to call and have it unlocked by Sprint and then they need to give me the lock code they receive before we are able to use the phone. So when they informed us that the phone is unlocked, it is not. I attempted to contact them on 6/22/17, asking them to unlock the phone so we can use it but they have yet to reply.

I was under the belief that I was buying a brand new iPhone 6s and was ready to pay 400$ for it. I showed up at the meeting place in Kitchener Ontario and saw the phone. Phone looked to be good and I handed over my 400$. The guy left in a hurry. I was told that the iPhone was unlocked to all companies and returned home to find that my sim did not work inside the phone. I searched the imei number to see what the status of the phone is and it is a stolen device. I am very disappointed and upset that I am now in possession of a stolen device and i think that you should give me my 400$ back... for anyone that is selling phones on your site should have to enter imei number to ensure that there is no illegal activity going on. I am very disappointed that letgo does not have security measures in place to prevent people breaking the law and having other people dragged into it. I would like you to refund me my 400$. Please find attached the images of the sellers ad. After the fact I was going to message him only to find that he had blocked me as soon as the deal was made.

This lady posted a Diningroom set for sale and we agreed that I would by it and the price included delivery. For 10 days we were texting and I even tried to meet up with her to give her a deposit.
Finally after ten days she tells me that she will not deliver the set. Toooooo busy
When I called her and asked her if she would be able to rent a truck and a would give her $100 dollars more, she said no they would not take the responsibility to transport it to me... so at that point I was stunned cause I thought I would have it delivered. When I very politely suggested could she pay half of the expense of the movers with me at least which was 125$ each of us. She immediately told me forget it ...my husband will sell it to his employee... and that was it. That is what she said!
I was shocked. I tried to call her. Text her. But nothing...
So basically for ten days I was told delivery was included. And then she dropped that service and chose to sell the set to her husbands employee...

Seller listed a product as $2, 000 when the caption said is was marked down by $2, 000. His actual expected price was $15, 000+. This is very frustrating when I enter price filters and products like these show up. I use price filters for a reason. I asked why he was selling the car (already knowing he was a dealer) for $2, 000 (not realized he actually expected $15, 000+ for it) and what condition it was in. He bluntly replied, "Because I'm a dealer." And did not answer what condition the car was in.
When I wrote a review for the misleading prices and not-helpful conversation he then wrote a review saying I'm untrustworthy. I have done nothing but report that his listing prices were not the actual asking price. I would like his review removed and I will remove mine. Please make sure that sellers are listing their actual asking price and not the amount of money they are discounting.

I posted my sons iPhone for sale @$30 cheap. I got contacted . Told them it was connected through cricket when my son was using it. A few hours later they called back said it was old cricket not new cricket. I wasn't aware there were old and new cricket. I to them try metro and t Mobil where I bought the phone was purchased through a promotion. They told me they couldn't afford it and did not have the time to deal with it and want there money back. Sure the day sold was a week ago I have no idea what's been going on where they been taking having what done to it. So please I sold a lot of things on let go and had other problems where I had to involve the police. It's a risk dealing with people online. I don't expect to be protected I can do things on my own. But if let go reads all the transactions should do something about people wanting there money back after taking the product for about a week and decide they don't want it.

Nigel and a Bryan in the Houston Texas location called me to go ahead and give me a credit for the iPad that I scammed from me. During this conversation Nigel asked for my social which he then proceeded to mock me by saying, "what an idiot, I get on the phone say I'm a manager then you give me your social. No wonder you got scammed." After they literally laughed, mocked and continued to call me stupid the asked for my social again for the credit toward my scammed iPad which I started to give again, at which point, NIGEL again laughs callling me an idiot. I never got a credit and have never dealt with so much unprofessionlism. I don't know if this was off the clock or not but Nigel in the Houston Texas office whose clearly from England needs to be fired. I didn't deserve to be treated like that after already being ripped off.

Tried to sell my old iPhone and it was stolen by the guy i was selling it to. He gave me fake money and took off with my phone. He took out the SIM card and I didn't realize it was fake until I opened the bills to see they had fake writing on them. Hi, so I was selling a small black and silver Lenovo laptop since I needed the money to pay off the rest of my rent or else I would get kicked out. I signed onto let go due to hearing good things about it and it was much safer than Craigslist. I instantly got people who were scammers who wanted me to ship it out to Nigeria to an unknown plot stating their friends was in the military and what not, but I knew there was no military base there since my fiancé was in fact in the military and told me. So then this guy named Martin contacted me, he stated he lived in Pennsylvania and would like the purchase the laptop. So I agreed to sell him the laptop and he sent me a email through "PayPal" that said my fund won't be in available until I provide proof that the package was sent. I did what it asked cuz it was my first time selling online so I didn't know what to expect. I sent proof of the package being sent and what not. After that he didn't contact me much but it turns out he was using a google account to contact me and didn't bother answering my messages until he said he received it. After that I received an email saying that I will get my funds to 1-4 days so I was cool with it. Until this morning I grew worried since I still had nothing and called PayPal. Who then told me they don't send emails like that and the funds would be available immediately. SO now I have to file a police report, beg my apartment manager to give me more time since I got scammed out of my laptop, and HOPEFULLY get my item or get paid the amount I was promised. Letgo seriously needs to ban scammers the moment they are reported or else they will lose people fast! Look at me, I was super confident of them making sure the people are safe and that nothing will happen to them then suddenly good, honest people lose their items and don't have money. I swear I am trying to be calm but half of my friends are telling me to sue Letgo, but I don't want to see them burn. I just want to see them make the app where you can only see people nearby selling things instead of around the nation, to prevent selling to scammers who 'live' out of state or country.
