Lewis Group review: sewing machine

I bought a sewing machine at Lewis store .I. Paid cash then on the first attempt to use it .it broke then I took it back and was told to come and collect in 3 days I gave them 3 week s and then I was told that the machine is still in the shop I gave them More time And when I call I was told that the repair does not have the part no one bothered to call me I keep quiet and went to buy another machine somewhere I went personally and I have been taken from pillar to post no one is willing to help me. The sales lady tried to explain but they don't want to replace my machine or refund me
