The address located at *** XXXXX where the home was purchased is under a gas lease contract payment once a year The payments have no scheduled time or date to make payments to the owner of the property's land for the lease agreement. No payment has been received, nor a timeline when future payments will be received.

We were extremely shocked to receive an invoice a month after we closed our account with Liberty and no longer owned our property. We are very upset at Liberty as we closed our account on June 22 do to moving and selling our property. We were told the amount that our final bill would would be through the date we cancelled and promptly paid for those services. A month later we received a bill for services of 7/16 to 8/17 and we no longer owned our property as of June 18th. For fear that our credit would be affected by not paying the invoice we paid the invoice but are very upset that they invoiced us after we closed the account and no longer owned the property. The customer service representatives were very rude and didn't care. Our experience with Bella Vista that we had when we first moved in was so much better. We will never use their services again! We sure hope that no other customer experiences the same thing we did.

Never received final bill or notification of collection I lived in franklin and was moving to North Carolina when I requested a final bill from liberty utilities and never received one or notification from the collection agency they sent my bill to. I contacted liberty utilities to explain what happened because I never got my mail from my old address despite forwarding my mail to my new address and they told me I had to resolve with collection. I attempted to resolve this twice with collections but they want payment with no fair resolution despite the fact they told me they sent two notifications to the wrong address

Being billed for months after cancellation on a rental property until new tenant arrived. My lease was up 3 months ago. I called and cancelled my service as I was moving out of state. I received a 'final bill' in the mail months later, even with mail forwarding produced nothing to call sooner. I was billed for months after cancellation. They claimed they couldn't find the call on their end and that's the end of their investigation so I have to pay. This was totally ludicrous. Then when I call back, they want all kinds of collections information on me before explaining. These people are scam artists.

Liberty Account activity is unclear and a distribution charge for tree removal

Account activity is unclear and a distribution charge for tree removal. I spoke with and one level up from a representative named Kendra who could not answer what the distribution charges and transmission charges meant. I finally got her to admit that the charge for $18.16 was for tree removal on the road Which belongs to the state. I was also charged this amount before any trees were removed. I am a renter not an owner. I moved in May 1 billing was To June 4 and this is the highest electric bill in the summer from this 400 square-foot apartment according to my brother the owner. This does not include winter. See my attached statement.

Liberty Can't get an electric bill

Can't get an electric bill. They keep asking for my husband's passport info. It's been over 2 months since we purchased our camp. We purchased a camp in Alstead NH on 7/15. We have called Liberty Utility several times wondering why we haven't seen an electric bill yet. They told us last week that no one has called them. My husband reminded them that he has called many times and has spoken to several different people. What I find most concerning is that they keep asking my husband for his passport information before they will talk with him. I've never heard of any company requesting that kind of information. They finally told my husband that they did mail a bill but to a wrong address and they will send another one. I read some reviews about this company and they are spot on.

Liberty Unauthorized withdrawal of my bank account for 208.23$ on my gas account (#***) through liberty utilities from Fall River,

Unauthorized withdrawal of my bank account for 208.23$ on my gas account (#***) through liberty utilities from Fall River, Massachusetts. My address at the time was ***. Even if I authorized this by an accident, without realizing it, my account is at zero. I want my refund back. This debted transaction occurred on 3/18. I also provided them with the bank tracking number and my bank account information. I've emailed several times and spoke with customer service. They said that they informed the supervisor each time and that the supervisor forwards in the financial department. I have not heard from that department, nor no how to get a hold of them. They do not have a phone list to check. Attached is the date of my bank account on the withdrawl. I also provided the tracking number for the withdrawal to the gas company which is

Comp. took 2 weeks to tell me I sent wrong info to avoid sec dep they won't count this time as it took 12 extra days to send in whole lease from L.L When we first moved and for the first time had gas put in our name the company stated we had 30 days to provide a lease and in doing so would null and void the 150$ deposit. So we did right away. More than halfway through the 30 days we received an email stating that one page was missing from the lease agreement and that they needed the whole thing. So we contacted our landlord who then provided us with yet another copy of the lease and then sent that one email to the company. This process took until 12 days after the 30 days to happen. Because it took that much time for us to receive the new copy of the lease from the landlord and then immediately emailed it to the company they won't accept it. So now have to pay the deposit and they won't do anything for us. It took over two weeks for liberty to even let us know that the first lease we sent wasn't valid. So the question here is since it took them that long to even let us know shouldn't we be allowed to count that two weeks off the 30 day time limit and still be able to qualify for them to ignore the 150$ deposit?

Liberty Liberty Utilities overcharged myaccount, and won't pay me my refund!

Liberty Utilities overcharged myaccount, and won't pay me my refund! This all started when liberty utilities changed my account number without even notifying me of such. With all payments on time and paid, they posted that I owed them $315, when I only owed $123. I called them multiple times over the past few weeks to make sure that they were only going to withdraw the $123 and each time they assured me that that it will only be the $123 owed. This morning on 3/11, they charged me $315 and withdrew that amount from my account. I called them and spoke with Anthony, who dismissed my concerns and would cut me of to tell me that I entitled to my opinion, and also that it would take 2 1/2 weeks to receive a refund. The unprofessionalism from him and from the other workers who I spoke with over this past few weeks has been unbecoming of any professional company. In all my years with liberty utilities, I have never missed a payment or been treated so disrespectfully. Thanks to you guys, I am now in debt to another bill. Raising two kids on my own and living paycheck to paycheck is not easy, and you all just made it much worse. There aren't any words to describe how disgusting the behavior of liberty utilities has been. I need that money refunded to me today, not in two and half weeks. If you can take it from my account in seconds, you can refund it to me in seconds also. I will say that I did speak to the lead, and I believe her name was Susan, and she was the only professional and polite person I spoke with. Liberty utilities you are the most unprofessional company I have ever come across. Refund my money TODAY!
