Color is not accurate on most shirts
I'm very disappointed in the colors. Especially the black and blue. The shirts look very faded unlike the vivid colors represented on the website.
Excellent Customer Service
I've been a customer of Life Is Good probably for 20 years and not once have I ever had a problem. They really have it together. I had to make a recent return and my credit was posted to my credit card account in less than a week. A wonderful business.

So difficult to find 100% cotton nowadays
I personally love the fit, look, impressive variety of colours and designs, and quality of these 100% cotton tee shirts and other clothing. I've only had good experiences with this company. Shipping to Canada isn't cheap, but it's fast and dependable. And any defective shirts have been immediately replaced by new ones by the friendly customer service staff. In the age of COVID-19, I would expect shipping delays with my packages, and fewer customer service folks in the office. The only thing I could fault this company with is omitting the less-than-favourable online reviews of their products.
Life is Good Crusher Tees: Quality Decline Disappoints Vets
Greetings, fellow shopper! As an avid customer of Life is Good (lifeisgood.com), I would like to share my thoughts and experiences with their products, specifically the Crusher Tees. I have been purchasing these tees for my wife for quite some time and initially, the quality was exceptional, with the products lasting for years. Unfortunately, the recent Crusher Tees have been quite a disappointment. They are now super thin and of poor quality, resulting in them coming out of the dryer all puckered and unappealing to the eye.
I did some research and even weighed an old shirt that had been washed many times to compare it to a recent purchase. To my surprise, the old shirt weighed 7.75 ounces, while the new shirt was only 6.05 ounces. This made sense since the old shirt contained 28% more cotton than the new shirt! Mind you, the new shirt was not part of the "cool tee" line that is known to be thinner.
It's frustrating to see the company cut corners, utilize less cotton, and compromise on the quality of their products to save a measly 25 cents per shirt in today's cotton prices. Especially when these shirts retail for $35 each, and in result, losing long-time customers forever. I hope Life is Good reads this review and reconsider their cost-cutting measures.
Life is Good Shirts: Quality and Cute Designs with Some Downsides
As a lover of good quality shirts, I stumbled upon "Life is Good" and was pleased with the selection of shirts they offer. Their shirts are not only comfortable but also have cute and funny designs, which create a feel-good vibe. However, I found that their shirts tend to run small compared to other brands I have purchased. Therefore, I recommend ordering a size up to ensure the perfect fit. The material, while of good quality, shrinks after washing, so it is important to wash it in cold water and take care of it so that it lasts longer.
I had placed an order online and was delighted that I received my shirt within six days, which was a pretty fast turnaround. However, I placed another order over the phone and realized that it took longer than expected, nine days to be exact. Therefore, I would suggest placing orders online to expedite the process.
Although I love my shirt, I needed to exchange it for a different size. Unfortunately, I discovered that Life is Good does NOT allow exchanges. Instead, I had to return the original shirt that I ordered and re-order in a different size. On a positive note, they did pay for the shipping to return the shirt. However, it took five days for them to receive the shirt, after which it took four days to refund my account. That is slightly longer than other companies I've dealt with, who usually credit accounts even the next day.
I did have to reach out to their customer service team during one of my purchases, and I was somewhat disappointed with the experience. The representative was not very helpful and didn't seem interested in resolving my concerns.
Overall, while I generally recommend Life is Good for their quality shirts, there are some downsides to their experience that you should be aware of before ordering.
Life is Good: Negative Feedback for Terrible Customer Service & Why You Should Avoid Them
Life is Good, a well-known clothing brand, has been receiving negative feedback lately due to their customer service. One customer had a bad experience when she ordered $120 worth of t-shirts and accidentally entered the wrong house number. She had been trying to contact the company for over two weeks now, sending emails and calling the customer service hotline every day, but to no avail. It's frustrating to expect a response, but receiving none is disappointing.
The customer's worst experience came when she waited for three hours on Monday, only to be told to leave her number and wait for an "optimist" to call her back. Unfortunately, it's been almost a week since then, and she still hasn't received any response from the company. As a result, she concludes that Life is Good's customer service is terrible, and she wouldn't recommend buying from them.
She went on to say that there are many companies out there that also donate to education, and she would suggest selecting one of them instead of Life is Good. She is questioning if the company's donations to education are valid if they treat their customers this way. Therefore, she urges everyone to save themselves from the trouble and buy from a different company that can support their customers more effectively.
In conclusion, the said customer's feedback is a warning for other potential buyers of Life is Good's services. Every company should prioritize their communication with customers, especially those who paid for their products. It's a significant factor in building trust, loyalty, and advocacy from consumers.
Life is Good: A Disappointing Customer Experience
Life is Good is an online retail store that offers a wide variety of products such as clothing, accessories, home decor, and more. At first glance, the website looks appealing and welcoming with its bright colors and catchy slogans, but unfortunately, customer experiences don't match up with this general impression.
One of the primary frustrations reported by customers is the lack of communication and support from the customer service team. One person shares that they were never credited for their return and have since been unable to contact the company through multiple channels including phone, email, and social media. Another recounts waiting on hold for over two hours, only to be disconnected when it was their turn to speak to a representative.
The problem is compounded by the recorded message about focusing on the good during these difficult times, which feels insincere and out of touch with the actual customer experience. Several customers also mention the lack of response to messages and requests for call backs.
Despite the company's claims to offer free shipping and returns, it seems that many customers are left feeling unsatisfied with their experience and trapped with subpar merchandise. It's disappointing that a brand that prides itself on spreading optimism and positivity falls short in the most basic aspect of customer service.
Overall, it's apparent that Life is Good's product image does not align with the reality of their customer service and support, leaving many frustrated and disappointed. It's a shame that a company with such potential has fallen short when it comes to delivering on the promises they make to their customers.
Inconsistent and Frustrating Customer Service from Life is Good: An Honest Review
I have been a loyal customer of Life is Good (lifeisgood.com) for many years. While the customer service representatives are always pleasant to deal with, I have recently experienced some issues with the company's tracking and communication systems. However, my latest experience has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated.
I placed an order over three weeks ago, and despite multiple attempts to contact the company, I have yet to receive any updates on the status of my shipment. I have sent three emails, engaged in a live chat, and made three phone calls to inquire about my package, but to no avail.
To make matters worse, I made a more recent purchase with the company and received it promptly. It is disappointing to see inconsistent levels of customer service depending on the timing of the purchase.
I understand that there are occasional hiccups in shipping and that sometimes delays occur. However, waiting three weeks without any communication or updates is unacceptable and unprofessional.
After reaching my breaking point, I finally received an update from the company explaining that technical difficulties had caused the delay. However, to my surprise, Life is Good went above and beyond in compensating me for the inconvenience. They stood by their product and services and I commend them for their actions.
The positive resolution of my order has led me to encourage others to do business with this company. Despite the initial shipping hiccup, they have demonstrated their commitment to their customers and their services. In summary, Life is Good does indeed live up to its name.
Potential Fabric Issue with Life is Good T-Shirts: Excess Suds During Washes - A Warning for Prospective Buyers
I recently purchased three t-shirts from Life is Good and received them as promised. However, the sizing seemed to be a bit off as they were all very big. Despite this, I thought one of my kids could use them. Before wearing any of the shirts, I always wash them as a precaution. One of the shirts was a beautiful red color, but I was concerned about it fading, so I put it in the water first. Much to my surprise, there was an abundance of suds coming from this one shirt. At first, I thought there was something wrong with my washing machine, so I ran it through the complete cycle twice and was still getting suds. After much trial and error, I finally washed it and ran it through two more cycles before achieving almost clear water.
After this experience, I decided to wash the other two shirts to see what would happen. Unfortunately, there were twice as many suds generated as the first one. I washed them and ran them through the complete wash and rinse cycles three times already, but they are still producing suds despite the fact that I haven't added any washing detergent. I am baffled as to what could be causing this problem. Has anyone else had this issue? What could be in these shirts that is causing this kind of result?
Dealing with excess suds has caused me to waste so much water, and I am hesitant to order t-shirts from Life is Good again. Overall, I was satisfied with my purchase, but this experience has made me rethink future purchases from this company.
Poor Customer Service Experience with Life is Good: A Disappointing Lesson Learned
I recently placed an order on lifeisgood.com at the beginning of July. Unfortunately, upon receiving my package, I found out that I had been shipped the wrong item. The packing slip inside belonged to someone else, even though the package was addressed to me. Naturally, I attempted to reach out to customer service to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, my attempts were met with very poor service.
I have sat on hold for over three hours, only to be hung up on once I was finally first in line. I have also sent four emails, yet I have received no return email. Moreover, after leaving my phone number on multiple occasions, I have not received any return phone call. I even took to the company's Facebook page and still received no response.
As someone who works in a service industry myself, I am aware of the challenges that arise during Covid-19 and business shutdowns. However, I believe that customer service should still be provided in some capacity, whether it be through email or phone calls. The lack of support I have endured is simply unacceptable.
While I am a fan of Life is Good products and have ordered from them in the past, this experience has taught me a valuable lesson. As a result, I am planning to dispute the charges on my credit card in an effort to get my money back since my item appears to be lost somewhere, and I cannot get any answers. Overall, I am greatly disappointed and feel let down by Life is Good's customer service.
LIFE IS GOOD" Clothing Company: Disappointing Experience and Ethical Concerns
I recently ordered some products from the clothing company "LIFE IS GOOD" and I have to say, my experience left a lot to be desired. The company offered a promotion where customers could receive a free pair of flip flops as long as a code was entered during the order process. However, due to a discount code I was using, I was unable to enter the free flip flop code in the same order. After reaching out to LIFE IS GOOD via email, I was told that the pair of free flip flops would be sent to me as soon as possible. Unfortunately, several weeks went by and I had not received my free flip flops, despite sending two follow-up emails. I was beginning to feel frustrated with the company's lack of follow-through.
As I continued to research LIFE IS GOOD, I discovered that their clothing products are manufactured in India. Sadly, India is infamous for its child labor and worker abuses when it comes to clothing manufacturing. I was heartbroken to hear that the company I had ordered from supports these terrible working conditions. I also learned that when LIFE IS GOOD's clothing products are not selling as expected, they offer steep half-price discounts. It made me wonder if the company was willing to cut corners and overlook ethical practices just to boost their profits.
In conclusion, I urge potential buyers to think twice before making a purchase from this company. While they may have a catchy name and positive messaging, their actions do not align with their supposed values. As consumers, we have the power to vote with our wallets and choose companies that prioritize ethical practices and fair labor standards. Let's hold companies like LIFE IS GOOD accountable for their actions and ethically source our clothing moving forward.
Disappointed with Life is Good's New Tank Top Hem Design
As a loyal customer of Life is Good, I have been buying their t-shirts and sleeveless tank tops for several years now. I have always been satisfied with my purchases until recently when I went to buy new tank tops for the warmer months. Unfortunately, to my disappointment, I found that all the tank tops featured a "high low" bottom hem which is not to my personal taste, and I know many women share my sentiment on this.
While I understand that some women might prefer this style to cover up their below the waist-to-crotch abdomen and buttocks, I am not one of them. For women like me who do not want to wear tops that resemble "butt-flaps" or "beetle-butt" or "cockroach butt-shell", it would have been thoughtful if the brand could offer options for those who prefer square hems like their t-shirts.
Unfortunately, this change has resulted in a burden for many of their loyal customers as they have to take their shirts to seamstress shops to level the bottom hem which can cost up to $15 per shirt. I find this extra cost unreasonable as Life is Good tank tops are already quite expensive, and I do not see the value in paying that much extra to make them look attractive.
As someone who is tall and slim, retirement age and enjoys wearing tank tops, I believe that it is necessary that Life is Good listens to the requests of their valued customers. They need to offer more choices for those who prefer square hems in their tank tops, which will allow them to cater to a broader range of preferences for their customers.
In conclusion, I hope that Life is Good takes the feedback of its customers seriously and considers offering more styles and options in their tank tops. I, for one, know that I would happily return as a customer if this were to happen, and I'm sure many of their other loyal customers feel the same way.
A plea to bring back the original Life is Good tees and graphics
Dear Life is Good team,
I wanted to share my thoughts on your current product offerings. I must say, I was disappointed to see the shift away from the original tees featuring Jackie, Jake, and Rocket the dog in their classic stick figure style. In my opinion, these tees were the hallmark of the Life is Good brand.
Moreover, I was puzzled by the decision to print the word "vintage" on the inside back of the shirts. It felt like an unnecessary use of resources and didn't add any value to the product. Instead, I hope you will consider designing new phrases and graphics that capture the spirit of the Life is Good message.
I understand that companies evolve over time, but I fear that the current offerings have lost the unique charm and character that made Life is Good stand out from competitors. Rather than relying on generic block lettering and flashy designs, I implore you to return to the original tees and graphics that made the brand so beloved.
One suggestion I have is to bring back the embroidered smiley face on ball caps. It was a small detail, but it added a touch of personality that set Life is Good apart. And please, get rid of the cheesy cloth tag.
In order to thrive in the competitive retail market, it's important to distinguish yourselves from other companies. By returning to your roots and showcasing your original designs, you can continue to shine in a way that other brands simply can't. I truly believe that giving back to your loyal customers by reviving the originals will ensure your success for years to come.
Thank you for taking the time to read my thoughts. I wish you all the best in the upcoming year.
Sincerely,
A Life is Good fan

Your Vintage Tees are NOT VINTAGE
If you want to continue in the same success your company started with, PLEASE, PLEASE GO BACK TO YOUR ORIGINAL TEES with the ORIGINAL FONT & STICK FIGURES OF JACKIE, JAKE & ROCKET the dog, WITHOUT printing the word "vintage" on it. The money you have wasted printing the phrase "vintage" on the inside back of t-shirts DOESN'T make it Vintage. Further, that money could be BETTER SPENT designing NEW FUN PHRASES that are characteristic of the Life that Jackie, Jake and Rocket are known for. Otherwise, the stuff you are peddling now has turned into the same cheesy block-lettering and gaudiness that other companies use, so you have LOST what originally made you great! Please reach for Excellence here, and go back to the original item and graphics. And PLEASE put the EMBROIDERED SMILEY back on your Ball Caps and get rid of the cheesy cloth tag. Make your original design the Unique Motif that will bring you even greater success! Remember, you have to GIVE BACK to GET BACK, and MAKE YOURSELVES SHINE IN A WAY THAT OTHER COMPANIES DON'T. This being said, I'm counting on you to REVIVE your original product, so that I and others don't have to make it R. I. P. Forever. Please view pics of original product. Thank you sincerely. And Best Wishes in 2020.
Life is Good's Women's T-Shirts Lack Diversity and Creativity: A Review
As someone who has been a loyal customer of Life is Good for over 20 years, I can honestly attest to the quality and durability of their t-shirts. However, I must say that I have become increasingly disappointed with their selection of women's shirts. The limited and lackluster color options, along with the simplistic and trivial designs and sayings, have left me feeling frustrated and confined.
It's perplexing to me that a company that prides itself on being progressive and inclusive would gender-code something as basic as a t-shirt. Why are the men's shirts more dynamic and thought-provoking in terms of both content and color? It's disheartening to think that a brand that claims to stand for equality and positive vibes would not notice this discrepancy within their own product lines.
I genuinely believe that Life is Good has the potential to create exceptional shirts for women that reflect the strength, intelligence, and diversity of its female audience. It's time for the company to recognize and embrace the fact that women come in all shapes, sizes, and personalities, and that there is a demand for t-shirts that reflect this reality.
In conclusion, while I still adore the quality of Life is Good's t-shirts, I sincerely hope that they will take note of the lack of diversity and creativity within their women's line and work to make some necessary changes. After all, spreading positivity shouldn't be limited to just one gender.
Mixed Experience: Great Products, Poor Customer Service at Life is Good
As a human user of Life is Good, I have to say my experience has been mixed. While the products themselves are of great quality and visually appealing, the customer service leaves something to be desired.
Recently, I found myself waiting on an empty phone line for a full hour trying to reach someone about an order I had placed. Needless to say, this was a frustrating experience and left me feeling incredibly dissatisfied with the company. When I finally did reach someone, communication was lackluster and there was little progress information to be had. It's not too much to ask for a timely resolution, especially when you're the one holding the end of the line.
To compound the issue, the lack of communication led me to doubt whether the order was even legitimate. Luckily, after some investigation, I discovered that my order had been delivered the day before and the recipient was more than happy with the gift. This revelation was a big relief, but it doesn't excuse the poor communication on the part of Life is Good.
I understand that things happen, and companies can have off days, but good customer service is a must-have in today's world. Customers want to feel valued and know that their concerns are being heard. When a company fails to live up to this expectation, it can leave a sour taste in the mouths of customers.
In conclusion, while the products on Life is Good are great, their customer service could use some work. With a little more effort placed on communication and customer satisfaction, there's no doubt in my mind that this company could be even more successful in the future.

Disappointed with Life is Good's Shipping and Customer Service
I recently made a purchase on lifeisgood.com and I must say, I was not entirely pleased with the order process. While I have never had any issues with the quality of their shirts, I did have an unfortunate experience with the shipping. I decided to pay an extra $16.00 for 2-day delivery, hoping to receive my shirts as soon as possible. However, after receiving an email notification after I made my purchase, I was informed that the shirts may take 5-10 business days to arrive. This left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, as I felt that the extra money I had paid for the expedited shipping had been for nothing.
What makes matters worse is that, despite contacting the company twice to inquire about my order and the delay, I have yet to receive a response. This poor customer service has only added to my disappointment and leaves me feeling hesitant to shop with them again in the future.
I placed my order on Tuesday, June 16th after 2:00 PM, which means it should have been sent out the next day on June 17th. If it had been sent out on that day, my 2-day shipping would have meant the package would arrive by Friday, June 19th. Unfortunately, this was not the case, as the package didn't arrive until June 23rd - 6 days later than expected.
Overall, while I still enjoy the products offered by Life is Good, I have lost some faith in their shipping and customer service, which I believe to be crucial aspects of any online shopping experience. I hope that they can improve in these areas in the future and ensure that their customers have a positive experience every time they order.
Life Is Good Website Review: Disappointing Shopping and Customer Service Experience
As a human being, I realize that online shopping is a convenient way to purchase products, but it’s always important to do your research before placing an order. Unfortunately, this was not the case for me when I decided to purchase from Life Is Good website (lifeisgood.com).
Being a well-known brand, I was expecting a flawless shopping experience, but this was not my reality. After placing my order, I realized that many other customers had problems with order processing delays, and unfortunately, I suffered the same fate. My card was immediately charged, but after five days, my order still remained in the processing stage with no updates.
Frustrated, I decided to call their customer service for an explanation, but it was a nightmare. I was forced to wait on hold for almost two hours before getting through to a representative. When I finally spoke to someone, I was told that, despite the item being in stock, it would not be shipped for nearly a week. Compounding my disappointment, I learned that my online shopping experience with Life Is Good was going to become an arduous wait.
At this point, I made the unfortunate decision to cancel my order. It was a shame since I had been looking forward to owning one of their products and was excited about the brand's positive messaging, but I guess that was not meant to be.
In summary, I would caution anyone looking to make an online purchase from lifeisgood.com to think twice and perhaps read reviews before proceeding. In my case, their delayed processing time, combined with long wait times to connect with customer service, were ultimately deal breakers.
Life is Good: A Brand Betrayal - Why I No Longer Support This Company
As a person who used to be a fan of Life is Good, I have to say that I am deeply disappointed in this product. At first, I was drawn to the company's message of positivity and optimism - it really resonated with me. However, when I learned about the history of the company, my opinion completely changed.
It turns out that the creators of Life is Good, instead of embodying the values they claim to promote, have actually behaved in a manner that is far from positive. The art that forms the basis of this company's brand was stolen from Gary Blehm. This truly was the heart and soul of Life is Good upon creation and it is now being exploited by a corporation that only wants money.
It is no surprise then that the quality of Life is Good products has decreased significantly since this occurrence. The reviews too have been declining and the evidence points to an irreparable decline in the brand. The new designs that they have adopted consist of generic and mediocre inspirational quotes along with sub-par images that could easily be copied and pasted by a child.
In light of all this, I strongly advise against supporting this company and their products in any way. My initial rating for the company is now a 0/10. I am left with a sour taste in my mouth and cannot trust any further attempts at promoting "positivity" from them. I hope you consider my opinion and make the decision for yourself.
Mixed review of Life is Good t-shirt collection & customer service in "buy 2, get 1 free" offer with disappointing missing stock
As a fan of Life is Good (lifeisgood.com), I must say that I absolutely adore their collection of t-shirts. Over the years, I have purchased several of their t-shirts and have always been delighted with their quality, comfort, and unique designs. However, I recently had a slightly disappointing experience with them.
I had placed an order during their "buy 2, get 1 free" offer, and selected three t-shirts that I liked. At the time of ordering, all three were shown to be in stock and available. But when the order arrived, I found that only two of the t-shirts were delivered. Upon inquiry, I was informed that the third shirt had gone out of stock.
What truly disappointed me was the lack of communication on their part. When the third t-shirt went out of stock, it seems they did not bother to inform me. I would have appreciated a prompt notification with other options - like a replacement t-shirt or the option to cancel the order.
What added further frustration was the fact that when I scoured the website, I found that the original t-shirt I had ordered was, in fact; available. I had no idea why they couldn't have just sent it to me as part of the deal.
I contacted them to clarify this matter, but so far have not received a response. It almost feels like they simply do not want to honor their promise of providing a free t-shirt.
Despite this experience, I am still a big fan of Life is Good's line of clothing. I am hoping that they will respond soon and resolve the issue. Until then, I will have to withhold my complete satisfaction with their products and services.
Disappointing quality and customer service from Life is Good
I recently had an experience with Life is Good (lifeisgood.com) that I wanted to share. I ordered a hoodie from them and after wearing it only a few times and washing it twice, I noticed that the front decor was starting to peel off. I was understandably disappointed in this, as I had only just received the hoodie and had not done anything out of the ordinary when washing it.
I reached out to their customer service team to see if there was anything they could do to help me with this issue. However, I was met with rude and dismissive responses that left me feeling frustrated and unheard. Despite sending photos to try and substantiate my claim, they still didn't seem to believe me.
After a lot of back-and-forth, they eventually agreed to send me a replacement hoodie. However, after receiving it and wearing it only a couple of times, I experienced the same problem - the wording and picture on the front started peeling off again. This time, I was extra careful when washing it and didn't put it in the dryer at all.
I've never had any issues like this with other sweatshirts that I own and have washed and dried countless times. I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of this product and the poor service I received from Life is Good. I've never felt compelled to write a negative review before, but this experience was so bad that I felt like I needed to warn others about the potential problems they may encounter when dealing with this Company.
Disappointing Quality and Unethical Pricing Changes on Life is Good Website
Well, let me tell you about my recent experience with Life is Good. At first, I was excited to shop on their website and purchase some solid long-sleeve tees made of 100% cotton that I've been eyeing for a while. However, when I went back to review my order before paying for it, I noticed that the tees had changed from 100% cotton to a cotton blend, which I always try to avoid. I double checked the colors I selected to ensure that they were 100% cotton, but unfortunately, they were not. I found it quite disappointing that both fabric types were the same price, but I had no choice but to stick with the cotton blend.
But what really bothered me was the prices on the sale items in my cart. They had been raised by $2 to $3, which seemed unethical to me. I felt like I was being taken advantage of, and I did not appreciate it.
Additionally, navigating the Life is Good website was a frustrating experience. It was difficult to find what I was looking for, and the site did not load properly. In some cases, I wasn't able to refine my search, which made it even more challenging to find the products I wanted.
All in all, the quality of Life is Good products has gone down, and I'm not sure I'll be shopping with them again. The website is just too much of a hassle to use, and the pricing changes were a real turn off.
Disappointed in Latest Designs and Ordering Process: Life is Good Review
I was really looking forward to checking out the latest designs from Life is Good on QVC last night. Unfortunately, I found myself quite disappointed by what I saw. While I have always loved the stick-figure designs with their smaller graphics, the new artwork seemed to border on tacky in my opinion. I couldn't find a single design that I really liked, although I did notice that they had included a few of the old style graphics featuring Rocket and Jake. Sadly, I still couldn't match up a design with a color that I truly wanted.
I decided to head over to the Life is Good website to see if I had better luck there. After some browsing, I did manage to find two designs that caught my eye. However, upon taking a closer look at my order the next morning, I was suddenly struck with buyer's remorse. $58 seemed like a lot to pay for two t-shirts at this time, and I began to worry that I may have made a mistake.
As I tried to navigate the website in order to cancel my order, I quickly found that the only way to do so was over the phone. I took a deep breath and dialed the number, only to find myself waiting on hold for nearly 20 minutes. While I remained hopeful at first, I soon realized that I simply couldn't afford to keep waiting.
All in all, I would say that I give Life is Good a rating of two thumbs down. While I have always loved this brand in the past, I found their latest designs to be lacking in quality and taste. Furthermore, the inability to cancel an online order without making a phone call is a major inconvenience. I hope that this company can improve their products and website in the future so that I can once again become a loyal customer.
Review: Disappointing customer service from Life is Good online retailer
I recently had the opportunity to purchase two items from Life is Good (lifeisgood.com), an online retailer that offers a variety of quality t-shirts with uplifting messages and designs. Although I couldn't wait to receive my order, I was concerned when I didn't receive any update on my shipment after placing my order on June 24th. After waiting for 10 days, I decided to reach out to their customer service department for some clarity on the matter.
It was not the best experience as I was informed that my shirts would be shipped sometime that week, and if not, I should follow up with them by that Friday. Despite making numerous attempts, both through phone and email, I was still unable to get a hold of their customer support team over the past two weeks.
To make matters worse, I only received one shirt with a billing slip indicating both shirts were supposedly delivered. This mishap cost me a total of $28. I was extremely frustrated with the situation, and was further disappointed when I saw an email from the company's president, Lisa Tanzer, saying she's sorry for the difficulty in getting in touch with them.
This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and it is safe to say that I will not be purchasing products from Life is Good in the future. I would have appreciated better communication from the company, as well as a resolution to my problem. It's a shame to see such a good idea for a company fall short on customer satisfaction.
