Light In The Box Woman's jumpsuit

I ordered a woman's jumpsuit on 9/24/22 and did not request any special adjustments for it. I received several emails explaining what was needed for

the return, which I provided, then the last email that I received said that I cannot

return this item because of the "customization" of their products. All I requested was what appeared to be in stock which was the size & color. Extremely frustrating to deal with these people. My first order is now my last order.

Light In The Box Hawaiian shirts

I ordered some shirts from LITB and when they arrived they looked nothing like the photos. The pattern was blurry and faded... it looked like someone printed an out of focus iron on with their home printer.

I contacted them to express my dissatisfaction. I was told that I would have to pay for return shipping to CHINA before they would consider refunding my money. Why is it my responsibility to pay to return your garbage. They know this costs the consumer more than the price of the product so this is how they rip you off.. Send garbage, then make it impossible to get a refund.

My order no. [protected], was shipped 18/9/22. Tracking no. [protected]. It has not arrived. I have spent 3 hours trying your websites to check where it is, to no avail. No message gets sent. One site asked for $74 per month to answer my question ?. I required it for a special occasion. Haha.

Light In The Box Chopped red curly ginger bangs loose wigs

Yes I had ordered a copper red bangs loose curly ginger wigs in August and they sent me the wrong wig color and I had sent them a message telling them that you all he'd sent me the wrong wig color and I wanted a refund back and they are still not responding back to me about my order and this is October sill not responding back from them

Light In The Box Ladies dresses

I saw 3 dresses on the web. I received Floor length in 2 and it was advertised as midi Chiffon which is was not! Your website also showed gold thread on parts which did not appear on the dress when I got it. The second was floor length too advertised as midi and the materials for both were cheap looking.

The 3rd dress was only shown from the front with lace work on it. When I got it the back of the dress was cheap plain material with no lace.

I got on the return policy but the dresses are noted as non returnable items in the list. It is noted that a "ticket to return" is required but you cannot click and get onto it!

I managed to get an email to your company and got back a reply that said Boss on holiday! What is going on with your company? Has anyone tried the prompts on Return and Refunds. I see some emails saying you do not send refunds or refund postage paid. The numbers on the postage bags are [protected] and reference SWECN220904000732YQ and MP8004916646 with same ref as above.

I will not be able to wear the dresses . regards Loraine Norman

Ordered a dress for a family occasion boasted to my friends what a great site i had found and how beautiful dress I had found Have tried repeatedly for advice to return an item that looks nothing like one on your website ...and had no satisfaction ... so will not be ordering again and advise family not to...so disappointing as first order but customer service is shocking too...

Light In The Box My order

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online Shopping

The issue that I have experienced was: From my order one item is missing and one of the item is ripped. Most of the items are very small. I tried 2 of the leggings and after wearing just ones they are also ripping. These are very poor quality.

It occurred on: 2022-09-16

This meant that I'm very frustrated and had to go and buy more clothes.

Whatever is possible as they are not any good for me.

Light In The Box A missing item

I received both shipments this afternoon however on inspection I discovered that one item was missing! I will attach a screenshot of the particular shipment details elbow along with another showing the missing item! The shipment in question is Order number [protected]! The item, which is a kitchen roll holder, was part of Package 1 which was delivered on 26/9/22

Desired outcome: I would like to know if the missing item is simply being shipped separately or was omitted during packing! If omitted I would appreciate it if it could be shipped to me since I paid for it along with all the other items I ordered!

order returned because nothing was fitting asking money back following their instructions and the address furnished by support group sujet New message for order [protected] TID [protected] at 10:59 am 2022-07-07 . following their instructions y returned the merchedise on july 7 by Canada Post cc180203

I ordered the same dress in two different sizes, neither were the right size. tried to return items but it would be too costly. so I am trying to get confirmation of opinion A which stated 25% of total price refund in a voucher. the link will not operate. i have spent two weeks or more trying to get this sorted. so annoying that you cannot contact this website and get an answer.

it almost seems that this is a fraud website, certainly will not be recommending

Light In The Box Bag for men. Order Number: [protected]

Hello,

I have received a bag I ordered on your website. But I have a complaint to make. The bag is not opening because it requires a combination to unlock the opening latch. A code for opening the bag was never provided and it made the bag impossible to open or even to use. Please help concerning this issue as I have been unable to use the bag till now due to this problem. Thank you

Light In The Box Refund

I bought a dress and a hat from light in the box.

The hat arrived faulty, seams not straight, raggy edges at joins and a fault in material on brim.

The dress nowhere near fitting me, I asked for refund of dress and replacement hat that had passed quality control with no major faults.

I keep getting emails giving me choices of 20%, 50% refunds in coupons to spend on their website. This is not what I want. I would like another hat and a refund for the dress what does not fit me as I dont think the next size up would fit me either.

The customer service is appalling its obvious they do not want to replace damaged goods or refund cost of dress. I would never shop with this company ever again, I am still awaiting return address label which they seem to be unwilling to give me.

Nothing I ordered came with new tags on, they were bundled in plastic bags which you need to open to inspect/try goods on.

Shame on this company, I cant afford to loose £59.09 and be left with goods that are useless to me.

AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY

Desired outcome: I would like replacement hat as the one i received is faulty, and full refund of the dress or if the hat is not replaceable with a hat that can pass quality control then i would like refund for thisctoo

Scammers. I ordered a wig from them and i did not receive my product. Sent an email and no reply or any form of help from lightinthebox . I also did not receive my money refund. DO NOT ORDER anything from this site. They will only steal your hard earned money . I do not recommend this site.

Light In The Box Hawaiian shirt

I've had enough! You have taken my money and not sent my product. I've submitted a few tickets and it makes no difference. Was told at the very latest the shirt would be shipped no later than 7th from your automatic email robot Selena! The shirt advertises 24 hour shipping. It's been 8 days or 192 hours and I've had very little. I will be reporting you for fraud and theft to my bank tomorrow (As you've had time to sort this) afternoon if you continue to refuse to sort this issue out!

Light In The Box refund service

Have returned 2 dresses posted via Royal Mail on 23rd and 24th August and asked for refund. No response at all.

Order No. [protected] 2 dresses - £26 and £33 paid papal £60.18. Postage receipts attached.

Ordered 08.22 both received too late. Requested refund and have heard nothing. Very poor service. I wish to see this case resolved before taking further action.

Light In The Box Several women's shirts or tops.

I order several tops from u and have not received them. I do not want my credit card charge for something I didn't receive. I looked it up and it said something about my address. My physical address is correct on there. But if u send it to the post office. We have to use our P. obox 208 Frederica Delaware 19946 cause they do not deliver mail to our houses. Light In The Box order never received

August 16th, my parents ordered a few Stranger Things clothing items for my sons 9th birthday which was the 21st of August. They received an email from USPS that the address they had given to the company was incorrect. It was indeed, not. My parents have been reaching out for days, as the order was returned to sender, with no luck. I messaged with one of their employees on their official site this evening, "Shakira" and she gave me a step by step to give my parents, and it didn't work. I seriously hope that they get their stuff together. I would never recommend ordering from this site, ever!

It appears you have now deleted all of the tickets with details of my poor quality dress and return. I was shocked with what I received, paid to return, and now you have deleted any evidence of there being a problem.

This is disgusting.

I can see that my item is back in China and yet I've still received no money back?

You owe me!

Light In The Box Spamming and tracking

I unsubscribed from this business but they keep tracking me and posting personalised adds. I want nothing further to do with this business. I wanted to delete my account but I see no such option on their website. I found one of there emails they send and unsubscribed indicating I don’t want to see anymore adds from them. A few minutes later one of their adds pop with no option to close them permanently. What are they trying to achieve by hounding people who very clearly don't want to buy anything from them ever again.

Desired outcome: For this business to delete ALL my information they have and leave me alone.
