Hi, my name is Michael Neves I placed an order with your company back on November 21st or 22nd. I just received a email that the order was successfully delivered. I DID NOT RECEIVE THE ORDER. I placed an paid for an order on
26.11.2022 for a file organiser bag at £17.56. I did NOT receive a confirmation of order. The order arrived on 13.12.2022. What I received was a small toilet bag which, firstly is far too small for my purpose and, secondly is not to the value of £17.56.
This is not satisfactory. I would like to return this article and request a refund. Could you please advise me of the procedure I need to follow.

I ordered a women’s casual cat long sleeved tee shirt on 29th November 2022 and paid £25.23 via PayPal.
This item has not been delivered and the website/apps complaints procedure is completely incomprehensible.

My package was returned to the sender and I never got my money back for it
So I was ordering a pair of cosplay raccoon ears and tail for my partner for Christmas and was having it sent to a friends house since I don't trust my family around my mail but it was returned to sender due to some complications and so I tried to get it redelivered with the tracking number on the USPS website but it never worked so the package was sent back to the sender and I was never refunded because I'm not sure if I will ever get the package after it was sent to the sender. Customer Service Doesn't Work At All, maybe on purpose ?
I bought a winter coat from this website. First of all delivery took forewer, but I was patient and understanding. When I finally received it I found out that one of the pocket has a big tear. Because the tear is inside of the pocket it's practically impossible to fix it, so I can't use this pocket. I tried to contact a costumer service maybe 50 times. Unsuccessful. You have just 7 days for returning or exchanging, but every try ends with the notification "error, try later". The worst part is the fact there's no other way to contact a customer service except through the form you have to fill. But you have no chance to fill and submit it 😕 So you are stuck and there's nothing you can do.
Desired outcome: I'd like to get a compensation for all this inconvenience

I tired to make an order on their app. I put in my PayPal information and tried to continue to pay, it kept returning me back to my order, to pay again. I assumed it never went through because there was no confirmation that I placed the order. After 5 times of it going to my PayPal and back to my order page, I checked my bank account and they charged me 5 TIMES! The same amount 5 times! And there is no one to call to fix this! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They are a scam. I am out $200, I’m here crying because I needed this money for the holidays and it’s gone. And when I go into my orders or unpaid or anything like that, it shows nothing. It shows that I never placed an order with them. So I can’t contact anyone.
