stole my credit card details!
I purchased two phone cases from MiniInTheBox over a month ago and received nothing yet. Emailed them numerous times, tried to get a refund but just wasted my time. Several days ago I received a call from my bank and was told that my card was charged 4 times! Someone actually stole my credit card details and made several purchases! MiniInTheBox is the only website I ever bought from. I'm new to online shopping and this site was the first online store I ever used. I was totally scammed by this company! I canceled my card yesterday and now they don't have access to my money. But the fact is that they stole my money or gave somebody my credit card info. I already contacted my bank and called the police. This place needs to be shut down!

I ordered a phone case and a screen protector from MiniInTheBox website back in December, 2015. On the 27th of December someone from the company contacted me and told that my order was shipped. It is now late February and I received nothing yet! They promised 10-20 business days delivery and its nearly been 2 months! Tried to contact someone from the customer support, but never received a response. I have no idea where my items are!

I will never order anything from LightInTheBox again! Twice I ordered from them and twice they scammed me! Well, the second time was my fault for trusting this scam company! The first time I ordered two dresses and when I received them they were super small! And the fabric was covered in smelly yellow stains. When I contacted their customer service they just called me a liar. The second time, I ordered a sweater, and received nothing yet! I contacted them again and asked for a refund. I would never purchase anything from LightInTheBox again! I ordered twice and both times was completely scammed! The first time I ordered, I received a dress which was super tiny and did not fit at all. When I contacted customer service they called me a liar and replied no more. The second time, I ordered a shirt. I also paid extra money for quick shipping, but received nothing yet. I waited over two months only to be told that shirt I ordered was out of stock. So I asked them to cancel my order and demanded a refund, but they refused. After that I contacted my bank and fraud department of my credit card company. Then they finally refunded me. What a horrible company.

I ordered something from Miniinthebox. Before I made an order I checked the reviews and everything seemed fine. Now I know that all the positive reviews are fake and probably written by their employees. I never received what I paid for. They took my money and sent me a confirmation email. But I never got a tracking number. Several weeks passed and I decided to contact their customer service to see what was going on. Their rep promised to call me back as soon as he finds out what was the problem. No one ever called or emailed me. I never received anything and I doubt that I'll ever get my money back. I really hate this site! I made a big mistake when I decided to buy something.

Hi, I'm now worried I may not get my goods. I only ordered them yesterday. Since then I have heard nothing but bad about them. I hope I get my goods. I was scammed at Christmas. A pair of Nike Air 87's £60 a steal. A steal it was. They were from China and fake. And I could not contact anyone to get my money back. I was given 7 days to return the goods. Learned that lesson. I purchased some products in early January from LightInTheBox. I received a payment confirmation email and my tracking number. It is now February 8th and I received nothing yet, but their tracking system says my order was delivered. I sent them several emails but received no response! They completely ignore me and I doubt that I'll ever get my money back. I'll report them to BBB because they are complete criminals and this company needs to be shut down!

When I ordered there were two options to chose from green and dark green. I liked the dark one, so ordered it, but of course I received the green one. I saw all the negative reviews and even though common sense told me not to order anything from MiniInTheBox I decided to give them a chance, so It's actually my fault. When I received my item and saw that the color was incorrect I contacted their customer support. They promised they would send the correct product to me. But three later there is still nothing. I'm very disappointed. I should have listened to the reviews. Please, avoid this horrible website.

I purchased some items from MiniInTheBox because of their very cheap prices. The shipping took forever and I could not understand why until I realized their warehouse is located in Finland. They say usually shipping takes 5-7 business days, but it's been almost a month since I made an order and I still have not received my items. There is no way to track anything and it's horrible! I tried to contact MiniInTheBox customer support but they never answered. I'll never order anything from them again!
cancelled wedding dress pre-ordered size
I ordered a wedding dress back in November of 2015. I had to Cancel due to the dress not being here in time for my wedding which was December 12, 2015. I contacted by email (because there is no company number to contact directly) they cancelled and promised to refund the full amount I Paid and Never received refund. It is now over 2 months and I keep corresponding via email, still as to date 2/2/16 they have yet to refund the full amount. This has caused much distress from the very start. Because of this company not having my wedding dress to me on time I was forced to buy another wedding dress last minute from ModCloth. Which has Wonderful Service unlike Lightinthebox.

I bought a bike computer as well as front light. The computer arrived without the magnetic device so I could not install it and the front lights never arrived. No way to contact light in the box because they always send me to a dead end browsing
ordered two smart watches, both arrived and one was faulty, they sent a replacement which ups wanted £30 extra for, the watches are cheap and nasty, had already paid £30 in taxes and wasn't prepared to lose any more money, the watches were cheap and didnt work, customer service is also awful AVOID

I ordered few small items from LightInTheBox and paid around 30 euros. I contacted customer service and they said that items are in stock and they would be shipped immediate. They promised shipping would take only 5-7 days. I was hoping to get them in a few days, but few weeks later nothing arrived. I did not know that items come from China and was pretty disappointed when I discovered that. After a months I finally received my items. They never sent me tracking information. I also paid extra money for rush shipping and some extra when I received the order. This website is useless. There are better websites where you ca but the same items only several times cheaper!

This website is horrible, I hate it with all my heart! ! Don't ever think of buying from MinilnTheBox! I accidentally logged out of my account, but when I tried to log in it said the password was wrong. I tried again, but password was wrong again.That was absolutely ridiculous and impossible, because I use the same password for everything! Contacted their support and they promised to send a new password, but I never received it. I tried to get a new password like 20 times and every time I failed. This company-lightinthebox... Stay away! Lightinthebox is the biggest, scamming thieving company ever! The only form of communication they offer you is this "ticket crap". An order was made not by me and within minutes of the ordered being made... I messaged them via ticket letting lightinthebox know to cancel the order and that they did not have my authorization to go forward with the transaction. My cancel and message of unauthorized transaction was ignored. Lightinthebox pulled the money from my account in less than 20min of the order. Then after several messages via "ticket and some emails by me-no reply address from them of course regarding the cancelation and refund... I was appoligized to and guarenteed I would receive a full refund. Then out of no where several orders started popping up under my account-not by me. So then.. There was a created complicating situation purposely made by lightinthebox that had to be resolved by their customer service. Its ridiculous! Plain and simple! I told them... I never place one order. I never authorized one order from lightinthebox! They took unauthorized money from my acct, that I cancelled, expect and legally should receive. Fortunately I froze my account after they withdrew the 1st unauthorized payment. Had I not noticed the order and transaction lightinthebox would have drained my account dry! I noticed that all the ticket messages from their customer service promising my full refund disappeared. I now no longer can log in to my lightinthebox account see any activity. Please, stay away and never shop with Light in the box. They are the world's smart and trickest online scamming business.
For over 8 orders I made with the same address. They delivered. However, over a two months ago. I made an order with them. They delibately shipped my order without writing my house address on the package. So DHL failed to deliver and shipped it back to Light in the box.
I got angry and asked them for refund because I lost interest and time. They reply to me that they cannot refund me bacause I provided them with wrong address. Firstly, remember over 5 orders using the same address I registered with in the system they delivered but this time they don't have it😂😂😂😂. Secondly, they lied to me that the order will reached their oversea warehouse in 1 to 2 months. Remember this is DHL and the shipping is done by flight. On this claimed delay, they wrote to me telling that they cannot refund my money because my address is incorrect. But at the time of the transactions they received money from me on my same address, they now disregard it.
My simple advise is be very careful with Light in the box. 1. They are very irresponsible and dishonest. 2. Secondly, they are very inefficient and unprofessional in the customer. I believe English is biggest challenge there.
For myself, good bye LIGHT IN THE BOX. I will loose my hard enough money for now but this will be paid back heavily in the future. Tears don't never go unpaid for. never ordered-cancel for hundredth time! where's my refund?
I have not received my refund. Again and again and again... I never ordered or authorized the payment or withdrawal from my account. I have been given the run arrounds threw various fake/no reply messages. I'm going to find out who withdrew my money and have been trying to dispute it. I notified lightinthebox to cancel/stop order via email (Your companies only way of contact) just minutes after my minor daughter tried placing the order. My emails of cancelation fall into the catorgory of full refund per lightinthebox policy (unless you've changed it in the past 2weeks? Which I dont doubt after all the sketchy fraud type actions ive been dealing with this company-lightinthebox). You have no live person contact # so all i've been able to do since day 1 is email or log in and "ticket comunicate" over and over again to cancel and refund me. I no longer can log into your website due to the fraud ways of your company! But... While I was still able to login and email/ticket message cancellation... I watched orders pop up left and right under my account my minor daughter created. I tried canceling the fictitious orders but was unsuccessful as they popped back up stating payments pending. I would have just closed my bank account all together but i've been waiting to see if I was in fact going to receive a full refund as some ticket messages stated. Luckily my account has been frozen so you will not be able to withdraw or do any more transactions from that account. After I receive my full refund from my bank or once they locate or contact someone within this company... I will tell you/your company again... Just before Christ. Time I order some three jackets, all different designs. After 4 days, the message (and paid done in advance) 1 jacket still out of stock (no message under the order stock status = bad). The firm shall credit paid by account, does it ?. I paid extra expense "if the goods were to get customs duties as well). DHL as chatterer must always declare, so what did I paid for? Never good to knew. The jackets come, and it turns out: 1 jacket was not yellow as the category showed, does not Match the color viewed depicted of color in the jacket at the WEB-page. I could clearly see that illustrated jacket photo was yellow. Disappointingly, the color was brown / green! And Light In The Box offering a 20% discount, but was not in my interest, I would have yellow color. Costs for return are up to 80% of the price this jacket! No way! Just keep it for your own stock placement. So, jacket 2, the right color, but the enlightened goals for the jacket was a Disaster! WEB company informs about small size, choose a size twice your normalize. So was done, even that, Light In The Box admits no return for their expense. As customer, you would have to pay for all this no good company performed incorrectly. Sizes . Light In The Box table agrees with my goals, but what comes to it, given target sizes are 2 times smaller When arrived this. I've sent dozens messages, but give up! Never use this web site, you will regret it, as I now do. Argghh, anger standing in line! Keep away ! Better to choose a WEB suite in your own company!
