I ordered a dress from Light in the box using their sizing chart for $202.00 The dress arrived within their shipping time frame but the dress was faulty in that the top of the dress would not lay flat and acted as if a balloon was inflated when you put it on. I immediately contacted customer service the day after receiving and asked for a return authorization and address. They refuse to provide either. I am now 2 weeks with daily contacts and they still refuse to allow the return and refuse to credit my credit card. Their website advertises complete satisfaction for 7 days and obviously that is not true. They have offered me several things, 30% off of my next purchase, 50% off and I keep the dress (why would I pay 100.00 for a faulty dress?) and now 90% of the purchase price of 167 the rest was shipping I suppose. I didn't buy 90% of a dress. They continue to refuse to allow a return so I am in the process of reaching out to their CEO Jian He in Singapore in hopes he will intervene with this less that honest customer service department. I would warn anyone not to shop with these people. They are rip off artists with a capital R
Claimed loss: 202.00
Desired outcome: 202.00 credited to my credit card.
